The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well maintained, and housekeeping was timely and efficient. "Disappointing Stay for a Special Occasion – Expected More from a 5-Star Hotel Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for her surprise birthday staycation. Upgraded to a Harbour Bridge View room on Level 23 ($715/night), but the view was mostly of a vacant construction site – very underwhelming for the price. Noisy interconnecting room and loud sports cars between 12–2am made it hard to sleep. Breakfast ($65pp) was below expectations – dried sausages and barely cooked bacon, though staff were lovely. Room service on our last night took nearly an hour – ordered at 7:38pm, food arrived at 8:30pm. As a solo mum, this was a trip we had saved up for a long time and wanted it to be truly special, but we were left feeling disappointed. Expected more from a 5-star hotel. The positive highlights of our stay was the lovely big bath and high-quality shower amenities, which added a touch of luxury. Fantastic location and beautiful walk along the waterfront!! For the price we paid, the view fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. In hindsight, the lower rate Deluxe King Room overlooking the water would have been a much better choice!  -"

"Great location, beautiful room, fantastic amenities. Got upgraded to a larger suite which was awesome. Enjoyed our stay.  Only bit that was a bit disappointing was that the bed was left unmade and had to call for service to get this done. All sorted in the end. We had a beautiful time. Thank you"

"The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff member that served us at check in definitely needs further training in customer service. A lot of options at the breakfast buffet, however none of it was remarkable. I understand they are cooking for large numbers of people, so volume instead of quality appears to be in place. We had a nice time, but probably would not return."

"The location is fantastic, located by the Darling Harbour, you can reach the Aquarium and Darling Harbour within 3-5 minutes. You can also access Sydney CBD (QVB etc.) easily. For the staff, they are super friendly and helpful. Despite I didn't request a daily room cleaning service, they tidied my room every day. If you don't want to have such service, you can definitely require not to too. The view of my room is amazing, you can enjoy the view of Darling Harbour. And one more thing which I found quite important is that the room has a perfect soundproof. Since it's winter in August, it's quite cold in Sydney. The lobby has very warm temperature and cozy vibe. However, the room's air conditioning didn't provide a warm temperature that I satisfied, the room temperature remains between 18-20 °C during our stay, it would be perfect if it's like 23-25 °C. And this was the only down side I can think of, other than that, I had a perfect stay!"

Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home. Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle. We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window. Overall a very cozy stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney. The hotel is located in a prime spot in the heart of Sydney CBD, making it easy to walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and The Rocks. Public transport is also readily accessible, which made getting around the city very convenient. The apartment-style room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities — perfect for both short and long stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One small detail to note is that slippers were not provided in the room, so I had to request them from the front desk. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would be more convenient if they were placed in the room by default. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. I also appreciated the on-site restaurant and rooftop pool, which added extra convenience and enjoyment to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want comfort, space, and a central location in Sydney.

Giriş yaptığımda ismi SH ile başlayan Hintli veya Ortadoğulu bir adam beni karşıladı. ”Seni dört gün boyunca aynı odada tutacağım, böylece oda değiştirmek zorunda kalmayacaksın” dedi. Normal bir insan bana dört gece deniz manzaralı odaya yükseltme yaptığını düşünürdü, ama dört günün de şehir manzaralı olduğunu ve eğer dört gün boyunca deniz manzarasına ihtiyacım olursa aradaki farkı ödemem gerektiğini söyledi. Affedersin? Müşteri olmak bir ** mıdır? Beni yükseltmemeyi seçebilirsiniz, ancak konaklamam sırasında odamı değiştirmeme gerek kalmayacağı düşüncesiyle beni düşüremezsiniz. They had 3 lifts and one was down, shard by the guests and car park users so you can imagine the wait time was like forever as many others mentioned. The longest I had waited for was 2 mins. The rooms were pretty worn and apparently needed big renovation. My son has sensitive skin and it was soon reflected the cleanliness of the carpets and curtains were quite bad. He had rashes 15 mins after entering the room. I didn’t expect such problem given it’s an expensive apartment. Otherwise the location is great, easily accessible to the attractions.

Convenient location next to the ICC, 80m walk from Convention Tram station, 10-15 min walk from Central station. The hotel is clean, modern, with good amenities including comfy slippers. Easy walk to Darling Square and China Town, highly recommended!

World square was right across the street and within walking distance to chinatown. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was great having a washing machine and small kitchenette in the room. There was a bit of stale smell in the room which I think is common for rooms with kitchenette. Nothing too bad to detract from the great stay.

On the plus side: we upgraded ourselves to a village suite and the size was spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and something to look forward to, although 7am start is a bit late for us.. Most of the staff were lovely and well trained. Room was cosy and quiet at night. Fresh towels and clean bathroom. Easy and convenient location outside of CBD. This is the only big hotel in the area and there are some great restaurants nearby - Carmela, Margaret, Bill’s etc. usefully close to Chemist Warehouse for essentials you’ve forgotten. On the negative: It should be classed as 4* - quite cheaply constructed and maintained. Not what you might consider to be luxury. Rooms are dark,  with poorly thought out lighting; the carpet rarely vacuumed (if at all) during our five night stay. Hand held shower head spray nozzles were blocked, bathtub drain was also blocked. Sinks not very clean. Windows in room and dining room very dirty. Big construction site adjacent so we moved rooms to get away from the noise and view of the cranes. Overpriced hotel offering when you consider we could have booked the Capella in CBD at nearly the same rate as our suite, but nice to be away from the city.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an efficiency that made checking in seamless. We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
