Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home. Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle. We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window. Overall a very cozy stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney. The hotel is located in a prime spot in the heart of Sydney CBD, making it easy to walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and The Rocks. Public transport is also readily accessible, which made getting around the city very convenient. The apartment-style room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities — perfect for both short and long stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One small detail to note is that slippers were not provided in the room, so I had to request them from the front desk. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would be more convenient if they were placed in the room by default. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. I also appreciated the on-site restaurant and rooftop pool, which added extra convenience and enjoyment to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want comfort, space, and a central location in Sydney.

Had an amazing experience at Amora. Place was clean and view was so spectular. Would be surely returning back someday.

Giriş yaptığımda ismi SH ile başlayan Hintli veya Ortadoğulu bir adam beni karşıladı. ”Seni dört gün boyunca aynı odada tutacağım, böylece oda değiştirmek zorunda kalmayacaksın” dedi. Normal bir insan bana dört gece deniz manzaralı odaya yükseltme yaptığını düşünürdü, ama dört günün de şehir manzaralı olduğunu ve eğer dört gün boyunca deniz manzarasına ihtiyacım olursa aradaki farkı ödemem gerektiğini söyledi. Affedersin? Müşteri olmak bir ** mıdır? Beni yükseltmemeyi seçebilirsiniz, ancak konaklamam sırasında odamı değiştirmeme gerek kalmayacağı düşüncesiyle beni düşüremezsiniz. Ciddi bir hastalığım var ve yılda bir veya iki kez seyahat etmem gerekiyor. İlk defa böylesine çirkin bir olayla karşılaşıyorum. Gecelik 2.000 RMB'den fazla bir ücret pahalı değil ama ucuz da değil. Personel o kadar suratsız ki, bu da deneyimi gerçekten etkiliyor.

Disappointing Stay for a Special Occasion – Expected More from a 5-Star Hotel Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for her surprise birthday staycation. Upgraded to a Harbour Bridge View room on Level 23 ($715/night), but the view was mostly of a vacant construction site – very underwhelming for the price. Noisy interconnecting room and loud sports cars between 12–2am made it hard to sleep. Breakfast ($65pp) was below expectations – dried sausages and barely cooked bacon, though staff were lovely. Room service on our last night took nearly an hour – ordered at 7:38pm, food arrived at 8:30pm. As a solo mum, this was a trip we had saved up for a long time and wanted it to be truly special, but we were left feeling disappointed. Expected more from a 5-star hotel. The positive highlights of our stay was the lovely big bath and high-quality shower amenities, which added a touch of luxury. Fantastic location and beautiful walk along the waterfront!! For the price we paid, the view fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. In hindsight, the lower rate Deluxe King Room overlooking the water would have been a much better choice!  -

The apartment had everything we needed and all the furnishings were lovely. However, it was a little dirty when we arrived with dirt on the floors and in the shower and the hair dryer was very sticky. But it was quiet at night, right next to a station and a few restaurants and was comfortable so would stay again.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff member that served us at check in definitely needs further training in customer service. A lot of options at the breakfast buffet, however none of it was remarkable. I understand they are cooking for large numbers of people, so volume instead of quality appears to be in place. We had a nice time, but probably would not return.

I had the pleasure of staying and I can't say enough about how incredible the experience was! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an efficiency that made checking in seamless. The lobby was luxurious, with elegant décor and a relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for the entire stay.

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
