"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"Very good location! Getting to the main village is pretty far from bus and car drop off at the tourist ticketing counter. You will have to take a bus and buggy in so carry light or something manageable as you will have to push them through uneven stones. Once you’re at the village, the hotel is just a few steps from the scenic drop off point. Hotel staff is friendly, we were offered a complimentary cocktail drink and ethnic clothing rental at another outlet 50m away. It’s also near an ethnic clothing rental shop (it’s good, we’ve tried them), restaurant and village buggy point. We were grateful we’ve booked this place as we don’t have to push our luggages around further. Room was clean, aesthetic, with a good view of a plantation. "Hotel in the heart of the village, it is very convenient as from the shuttle bus it’s only 5 minutes walk, so it’s practical if you have a lot of baggage. Service is great, however rooms are very small (which is not surprise taking into account the hotel location). If you get a street looking room be ready for a lot of noise until very late night."

We really loved staying at the resort, the breakfast is great, especially the coffee, and we enjoyed the cocktails and batik experience. Everything was perfect!"

"住進千户苗寨的詩意裏！這家民宿讓我流連忘返。 在千户苗寨挑民宿時糾結了好久，最後選的這家，直接成了我這次旅行的“滿分驚喜” 推開房間門先被景觀驚到——超大觀景窗正對着成片的吊腳樓，晨霧漫過屋頂時像闖進仙境，傍晚燈火漸亮時又成了璀璨的“星空村落”，角度好到不用找機位，手機隨手拍都是能當壁紙的大片，朋友看到朋友圈都是直出，忍不住感歎“這出片率也太高了”！ 住下來更覺得舒服，房間裏特別安靜，窗外衹有蟬鳴，白天窩在沙發上喝茶看景，整個人都跟着心曠神怡。更貼心的是管家，從接我們下車到推薦遊玩路線，都説得特別實在，有問必答，有求必應。 早餐也完全超出預期，有現煮的米線和新鮮水果，海鮮，粥品，乾糧……種類豐富又管飽，邊吃邊看苗寨晨景，一天的好心情都從這開始。 如果再來千户苗寨，我肯定還選這家，把風景、氛圍和貼心服務都佔滿的民宿，真的太難得！"
