My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the room temperature is centralized, and it became quite warm during our stay (with outside temperatures ranging from 18-22°C, while the room temperature was 22-25°C). However, the hotel staff swiftly rectified the issue by providing us with an air cooler and offering complimentary breakfast. Additionally, they gifted us fruits upon check-out. The service was truly superb. One thing to note is that the hotel is located far from the city, about a 45-minute car ride from the main tourist attractions.

Beautiful property surrounded by attractions for families and kids. We traveled as a big family and booked three rooms. My husband loved it so much that we extended our stay for one night. Pros: -New and luxurious facilities. -Top service. Everyone seemed loved their job and good at what they were doing. The front desk, Ms Ivy Chu particularly, coordinated our stay with a great manner of professionalism. The fellow who cleaned our room noticed my daughter crying over a lollipop and comforted her by offering some snacks. I greatly appreciated the hospitality. - SPA is top notch and a must try. Cons: - Depends on your taste. The place is away from the city center and was really quiet at night. I almost felt a bit scary, but my husband loved it. - Not many choices of restaurants within and nearby the property. The restaurants were unreasonably expensive. However, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, huge selection of food and all delicious.

I had an exceptional stay at the Nanjing Shangri-La. I was unwell during my visit, and Leon, the Head Concierge, went above and beyond to take care of me — personally going to the pharmacy, arranging special attentions, and even coordinating my next stay at another Shangri-La property. He also helped me with restaurant and sightseeing bookings, and kindly showed me the hotel’s rooftop. The Horizon Lounge was a delight, with its refined atmosphere and panoramic view. My room offered a beautiful city view, and the housekeeping team was always thoughtful and attentive. A heartfelt thank you to Leon and the entire staff for their genuine care and hospitality. My stay was truly memorable — can’t wait for my next stay in Nanjing!

這次入住 鐘山高爾夫的體驗真的超出預期，必須重點誇一誇前台的服務！ 辦理入住時，前台的袁經理全程面帶微笑，主動熱情地跟我們打招呼，不僅快速幫我們完成了入住手續，還貼心地提醒了酒店的早餐時間、練習場位置，甚至聽説我們是來旅遊的，還加了我的微信耐心推薦了南京的特色美食和小眾打卡點，特別周到。 期間我們臨時有需求，打電話給她諮詢也特別有耐心，認真瞭解我們的問題，很快幫我們解決，完全沒有一點不耐煩。離店的時候，Zora小姐姐還主動幫我們提行李，叮囑我們注意返程安全，細節裏滿滿都是温暖。 這樣貼心又專業的服務，真的讓人感覺特別舒服！下次再來這個城市，一定還選這家酒店，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

感覺心情變化像蹦極的一次體驗，入住的時候有多開心現在就有多痛苦，目前是全身過敏起疹子，取消後續所有行程直接去了醫院就診。 首先説明服務還是給滿分，前台接待的阿姨也很熱心善良，主動給提行李，送水果，希望老闆不要為難她。 奔着湯山的天然温泉來的，看評價覺得這家民宿挺有氛圍的，私湯又比較適合社恐，雖然可能秋冬是温泉旺季，在民宿中算價格偏高的了，還是為了私湯的氛圍感買單，拍出來的照片也確實很美，但是如果早知道代價是健康我真的不會來了…… 入住的時候阿姨就交代了鞋子浴袍這些都是消毒過的可以放心用，屋裡確實也有一股消毒水的味道，一開始還覺得很安心也信任民宿的衞生，直到晚上發現不管是穿上浴袍，躺在床上都是一股揮之不去的消毒水味……感覺上次聞到這麼濃的消毒水味還是在醫院病房。 泡完温泉，因為沒有帶身體乳，我就用了贈送的一小瓶精油做了身體按摩。現在想起來，過敏最大的元兇可能就是這個精油，或者是布草殘留的消毒劑太多刺激皮膚了。 選的是有早飯的價位，第二天早上老闆給做了早飯，早飯本身很不錯，店裡的幾衹小貓也都很可愛，分數留給早飯和小貓。 第二天吃完早飯離店了才是噩夢的開始，本來早上覺得身上有點輕微的癢衹是乾燥，結果越撓越癢，下午對鏡子照了下被嚇壞了，整個身體左右側，胸口部分和屁股上側都泛出紅疹。當時馬上吃了過敏葯，買了皮疹用的葯，晚上癢得幾乎一夜沒睡，時不時就癢醒過來擦葯，避免抓破。今天白天發現胳膊上又蔓延了一塊紅疹，馬上決定取消後面所有行程直接去醫院了，皮膚科醫生排查了之後給的判斷是因為接觸導致的過敏，兩三天內無法治癒衹能緩解，開的葯物都是抗過敏的。 房間整體的設施也確實有點老舊，晚上用水高峯的時候能聽到牆內管道的水流聲很大。作為民宿來説是可以接受的程度，但是考慮到價位，真心覺得不如再加幾百去園博園那邊的私湯酒店了，至少基礎設施有保障，這個天氣早晚都用冷水洗臉實在是大崩潰。之前還不懂為什麼網友推薦的時候明明照片很好看卻會説性價比不高，原來坑在基礎設施。 客房的熱水放出來非常慢，還遇到一兩次打開熱水直接放不出水的情況，第二天和老闆反應老闆表示熱水慢是正常的，但是熱水停水之前沒遇到過。 説下我很期待的私湯，本身也挺不盡人意的，因為室外氣温低，湯泉放出來的水摸着有點燙手，但是放滿池子需要很久，等放滿的時候水就是温的了，雖然送了葯浴包但是水温是泡不開的，上半身在寒風中吹着還會覺得有點冷，可以説除了拍照好看真的找不到別的優點了。 最崩潰的還是住一晚上就長了一身紅疹，之前出行住過很多大大小小不同價位的酒店，從來沒有經歷過這麼嚴重的皮膚過敏。客觀評價一下，真的勸大家謹慎用民宿提供的東西吧。

I traveled to Nanjing over the weekend and chose this hotel for the first time due to its architectural value. It was an outstanding experience, comparable to my stay at the same brand’s hotel in Abu Dhabi. The care and support from the service staff were commendable and greatly appreciated. The room had everything I needed—spacious, cozy, and with a breathtaking view and atmosphere. All essential facilities were provided as standard. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The swimming pool on the 63rd floor was a major highlight, impeccably maintained. This hotel will definitely be my go-to choice for future visits to Nanjing.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was full of twists and turns. Somehow, they hadn’t checked the room for problems before letting guests check in. The air conditioners were off even the housekeeping said the temperature would be dropped after 10 mins, the technician came and said the air cond unit's engine was off. The shower water pressure was unstable, freezing during use, and the gap at the shower door is too wide, causing water to leak out. The TV next to the bathtub couldn’t be used at the beginning, it turned out the remote control was out of battery. Overall, the design style of the room combines modern Chinese and Western vintage elements. You can spend your lazy afternoon with a cup of Yuhua tea in your room. The spa, gym, and pool are located on the 40th floor. The masseurs and staff are professional and friendly. You could enjoy your me-time or work out in a relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Zoey and Yuki, very generous and helpful staff. Honestly, my 5-star service goes to the manager, Mr. Gray, at the executive lounge, he provided outstanding service! He is very genuine and sincere. He knew that our return flight was delayed and offered us the opportunity to rest in the lounge until we were ready to leave. Besides, there is one more staff Mr. Jon from the concierge, he recommended us to go to several local places in Nanjing to try the local food, exploring the traditional Nanjing in a different way. First of all, service was great, from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping to the breakfast restaurant staff and lastly the super cute robot that brought all our deliveries to the room. Breakfast had good variety and was tasty. Room was very big and spacious but could do with a few more power sockets near the bedside on the left and the sofa. The dressing room has a sliding door which was very private. Location might be in a quieter area but we managed to get didi after a few rejects during peak hours.

湯山温泉來過好幾次了，以前都沒有在這邊住宿，這次選擇住在紫清湖温泉度假酒店，是這個片區比較老牌的温泉酒店了，設施挺齊全的，有餐廳和遊樂區。入住前會有管家聯繫，本次酒店的小吳管家服務挺細緻的，回覆問題很及時，提前發了動物世界的活動安排，遊玩很方便。7號樓前台的小姐姐也很耐心。下次考慮試試主樓的房間，到温泉和動物世界更方便。
