Spa İçeren En İyi Mauritius Otelleri

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, les buffets étaient très appréciés du point de vue de la nourriture, qualité et diversité. Manger avec la vue sur l’océan a été très appréciable. Le personnel très présent et bienveillant, ainsi que d’une grande gentillesse.  Merci infiniment à Emilie pour ses conseils et disponibilité. Merci au chef pour le repas que nous avons dégusté, le plateau de fruits de mer, car ça été un moment inoubliable. Concernant le SPA, dont nous avons fait un massage en duo, avec bain, merci à Sweta et Léanne pour leur professionnalisme et la qualité de leur travail. J’ai également fait une manucure avec pose vernis semi-permanent avec Léanne et son travail fût top 👍🏻  Merci à Dana, responsable du SPA, pour sa bienveillance. Nous remercions tout le personnel ainsi que les managers du complexe Tamarina, car notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, dans un cadre calme et de toute beauté. Olivier&Myriam (Suisse)

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Хороший отель с красивой и ухоженной территорией. Просторный пляж, где плавают черепахи. Завтрак довольно однообразный, но есть всё.  Удобный вход в воду, пляж чистят. Можно брать каяк на прокат бесплатно. Минусы: обед и ужин дорогой, если не всё включено. Отель достаточно старый.  В целом нам понравилось: живописный пляж, доброжелательный персонал, повезло увидеть черепах в океане.

A big shout out to Aziza at front desk. She is so welcoming and helpful through out my 3 nights stay. It was my friend’s birthday, Aziza upgraded our breakfast to Jade, arranged a birthday cake for dinner. I caught a cold during my stay and went to the hotel clinic to take medicine. When I go back to my room at night I received a get well soon card and a fruits platter from Aziza. Will definitely recommend to all my friends who want to travel to Mauritius.

Altı yıldızlı bir otelin imkan ve hizmetlerine diyecek bir şey yok, özellikle Mandarin hizmeti veren müdür Yash'ın Çinli olmamasına şaşırdım. Yüzen restoran için rezervasyon yapmamıza yardım ettiği için Yash'a teşekkürler, çok özel bir deneyimdi. Eğer İngilizceniz yeterince iyi değilse oteldeki herhangi bir garsona Yash'ı aradığınızı söyleyebilirsiniz, sorun olmayacaktır. Ve 87 numaralı odanın manzarasını çok seviyorum.

Отличный отель! Сервис на высоте! Особенно радует нестандартное оформление территории и архитектуры. Видно что в этот проект вложено много сил! Не забудьте прокатиться по реке!

Genel olarak ***et iyi bir otel. Süitte 2 adet tek kişilik yatak ve 1 adet çift kişilik yatak bulunmaktadır. Üstelik bu oda tipinde 16 yaş altı 2 çocuk için herhangi bir ek ücret talep edilmemektedir. kahvaltı ama kahvaltı dahil değil. Akşam yemeği biraz daha iyi, sadece biraz. Mauritius'ta havaalanında bir çocuğun okul çantasını kaybettik ve içinde değerli eşyalar vardı, bulamayacağımızı düşündük ama Intercontinental'in resepsiyon görevlisi havaalanı polis karakolu ile iletişime geçmemize yardımcı oldu ve okul çantası kurtarıldı ki bu çok GÜZEL bir şeydi. . Daha sonra check-out yapmak biraz tatsızdı. Pazarlık sonrasında, Çin'e döndükten sonra hesabıma iade edildi. Genel olarak, Ctrip yetkilileri de çok yardımcı oldular.

I had a great stay at Royal Green Resort. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good if you have a car — about 57 minutes from the airport by car. I would like to thank Vedhna in particular; she was professional and very kind in all her interactions with me.
