"Great location right next to Ala Moana mall and within walking distance to Waikiki. Room was clean but overall amenities for the room were average (nothing special for but enough for the stay)."

"We had a very nice stay at Hotel La Croix, it is walking distance to the beach. When we first got there, we had asked if we possibly could get a room with a view and was initially told our room initially assigned is on the lower level and has construction view. Manager offered to upgrade us for a fee to a higher floor room. It has a very nice view of the beach but being that the room has 2 windows, the other side is still a construction view. Beds are comfortable and room has everything we need. Because of the upgrade, we had received access to the Monkey pod room which provided free bottled water, canned drinks and snacks. Overall we had a pleasant stay there. Didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it's also nice that the hotel has ABC store right downstairs and free coffee in the morning in the lobby. "

Diğer güzergahlarla karşılaştırıldığında 20 No'lu otobüs oldukça fazla. Her cuma saat 19.45'te plajda dört dakikalık havai fişek gösterisi yapılıyor. Otel diş fırçası, diş macunu ve tek kullanımlık terlik sağlamamaktadır ancak diğer malzemeler temel olarak mevcuttur."

"Stayed here for 1 week,location is great. Right on Waikiki. This hotel doesn’t have its own beach but offers free sitting chairs to bring with you to the beach and towels. Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean,staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki,furniture needs updating,mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows,asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why,cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs,outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!"

"這次住的這間酒店因為看中它是2024年新造的，不會有蟑螂所以入住的，住過之後我覺得有好有壞。 優點：服務很熱情； 游泳池在8樓，很乾凈的一塊地方； 隔樓層就有一個很大的飲水機，可以出房間就能倒水，不用自己買水，也不是在大堂倒水再拎上去，很方便； 酒店有每個小時去waikiki海灘的接駁車，下車的地方見p2，離海灘有一點點距離，大概是每個半點有回程的車來，很方便。 酒店的電梯很快，先在門口要按去的樓層，然後電梯會自動分配，基本上一秒一層，完全沒有高層電梯難的痛苦，這點很好； 對門就是ala moana，沃爾瑪，公交車都有。 再説説缺點：我不知道別的房間怎樣，我們定的房間窗户是個頂天的可移動大窗，一開門，就是一個半人高的玻璃，然後就沒有任何保護措施，也沒有陽台。見p1，也就是説二十幾層樓……直接一開窗，一個大風一刮就會飛出窗外，我覺得是挺危險的。所以後來我們這個窗户都不開了，就開一條縫通風； 雖説是24年新建的房間，但房間的設施已經有些壞了。浴缸下水慢，晾衣繩已經收不回去了，智能馬桶的遙控器也是壞的…… 總的來説我認為這個酒店不值五星，頂多是個四星，可以一住。"

"ダイヤモンドヘッドとオーシャンビューで絶景！ラナイで景色を眺めながらお酒を飲むのは至福の時でした。 お部屋も広くて綺麗。大きな冷蔵庫のキッチン付き洗剤やスポンジやキッチンペーパーもありました。 Lフロアにはコンビニ、カフェ、ポケ屋さん、アイス屋さんもあり大変便利。宿泊分のアイス券をいただいて毎日楽しみました。唯一の欠点はシャワーの水圧が弱くお湯がぬるいこと。また是非宿泊したい幸せな空間でした。"

"Very pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!"

"Sorry but it seens I have more negative than positive to say: The fact that you charge such a huge deposit upon check in is ridiculous, especially since I can't charge anything like room service to the room! I've never seen a deposit like yours before! Plus the girl who checked me out said it would be refunded instantly...nope still haven't received it. The hotel location is perfect and the ABC store is perfect too. The bed, shower, and TV are great. The toilet is much too low. The restaurant on the 3rd floor has a great view but both the food and service are meh. Do not stalk me and ask me if I want my room cleaned. The sign on my door already answers this question. The girl who checked me out was very unfriendly. The guys out front were the friendliest and most helpful both"

"I’ve been to Honolulu many times but didn’t know how magical “Pink Palace” is! The whole heritage experience n all the opulence of Royal Hawaiian was way over my expectation"
