The owners were very rude. I was going to give a good review, even though we had some problems at first (breakfast was very poor, the toilet seat would not stay in position, inside the shower was the water heater, there was no one at the reception desk, only early in the morning and many many more). The worst thing happened as we were leaving. We weren't told that we had to pay in cash and we didn't have any. For 1 hour and a half my husband wondered around looking for an ATM machine to get cash. I told them to charge my credit card through the website and the refused and the lady told me (with the few English words that she knew) that it was my problem, not hers. They even refused that if we canceled the reservation, they would charge my credit card, even after I showed them the website that said it clearly. They simply didn't want to help us at all. They just sat there, staring at us, waiting for us to come up with a solution. Eventually we did, but we should we? It was the day that we were leaving Croatia, we had a very long day ahead of us, why should we exhaust ourselves over someone who does not care about their customers? I repeat, my husband was wondering around for 1 and a half hour guys. They could have told us earlier but they didn't. They responded to my comment that they threatened us to call the police because we didn't want to pay. That's a big fat lie. I was talking to the owner's son because she doesn't speak English. I don't know if he never translated that, but we were never threatened, simply because we wanted to pay. Even if we left without paying, they could charge my credit card. We wanted to pay, but they should have told us that we had to pay in cash at least a day earlier. But how would they do that, since NOBODY was working? NOBODY was at the reception. Way too expensive accommodation for what they are offering and very rude owners.

Struttura con camere rinnovate in posizione buona se si ha la macchina. A piedi per il centro e’ un po’ lunghetta. La sensazione generale e’ che siano in fase organizzativa, essendo aprile. Ci sta. Si nota una necessità di pulizia maggiore in tutti lo stabile. L’accoglienza e’ anche gentile ma da personale probabilmente ancora inesperto. Nessuna informazione che vada oltre al dare le chiami e portare al piano. Stanza carina con angolo cottura, ma mancano pentole e un minimo di microonde. Molto lontani comunque dalle foto che si vedono qui. Molto. La colazione la prima mattina l’hanno bucata. Arrivati in saletta, non c’era quasi nulla. Scatta la lamentela, perché in un 4 stelle non può succedere. Mattina successiva meglio, ma ancora non da 4 stelle. Vabbè, sarà che e’ aprile. Carino il parco giochi adiacente, per chi viaggia con bimbi. Il posto ha potenzialità, se trovano personale e lo formano bene hanno ottime carte da giocarsi.

I had booked a week at this very nice Hotel, and was looking forward to visiting from the 12th of July. Unbeknownst to me at the time of booking, SAS Pilots where planning strike, and sadly for us it went into effect a week before travelling. SAS was complletely impossible to work with, and could give no information and offered no rebooking until pretty much last minute (and then it was too late, no flights to be had), and at the moment of writing this, they still have to refund my flight tickets. When i booked the hotel, i booked it as nonrefundable (maybe stupid of me, but you know, I have never had to refund any travel before ), so I thought I was going to loose all my money on the Hotel. But!!! I wrote them end explained the situation, and was so extremely lucky that they run a pretty incredible establishment with amazing service, and they refunded all my money no problem and no questions asked. Not only that, but the money was back on my account the day after the refund was made. Thank you so much Andrea and Dioklecijan, You saved me a lot of grief. You did not have to do this, but your did and I am eternally greatful. Will definitely be visiting you next summer !! Much Love from Denmark !!

The hostel itself was so clean, comfortable and moderately large and nice. The desk was good as much as the school accommodation was renovated and the building and the interior of the hostel were really clean. Good hostel view The bed is a single bed, so it's not good for couples. Everything else is good, but the location is a bit bad. I took Uber to downtown, but it's about 45 kuna. Still, it was okay because it wasn't far away

Whilst staying at the 101 Dalmatians Hostel, I have been welcomed to enjoy myself, embrace the low pace lifestyle and enjoy the experiences offered. 101 Dalmatians stay has taught me that I can enjoy my own company, my own uniqueness, while still being in the company of others. I can serve and assist others, and still be of good service to myself. 101 Dalmatians is a safe place to stay if you want somewhere clean, simply furnished where you can connect to your own creativity, get inspired and bring your fruits to the world!

We booked this Hotel for 6 nights in total. The room was ok but there were a lot of things that, unfortunatly didn't worked and were not been taken care of, even after we went daily to the reception. When we first came to our room, the main light wasn't working, but the ladies from the reception helped us to get it work (it had to be switched on in the power box).The girls at the reception were very nice and helpful. The only window in the room was open and we could not close it because it was broken. There was no other room free, so we had to sleep with the open window (not that warm in october and my husband already had caught a cold). The day after, the handyman came because of the window. In the evening the window was closed but the handle was gone too. For the next 5 days, we weren't able to open the only window in the room and to get fresh air. The girls at the reception told us they would speak to the manager but nothing changed and we didnt't get anything in compensation. The sink in the bathroom also didn't worked, and the water did not drain. This problem was fortunatly solved after one day. Beside that, the room was not beeing cleaned at all, even if daily cleaning is mentionned in the description of the hotel. We got towels and toilet paper but there was no cleaning at all! So the room gets dirty after a few nights an the fact that we stayed 6 nights ... So now, that there was no compensation at all, i would nit recommand this hotel.
