"It is the best budget hotel I ever stayed in. The location is perfect for those taking the train to Lhasa or a day trip using the public buses. This hotel has rooms only on the eleventh floor with a small reception on the ground floor and a small tea room for breakfast. All the other rooms I guess are for the hotel next to it that costs more. The room has a great shower and is extremely clean with a hardwood floor. No TV or free entertainment channels but it can mirror your phone to screen."

"Literally minutes away from the railway station and the main bus terminal. Room is spacious with lots of storage space. Hot shower works well. Wifi is average speed at around 10mbps (slower when using VPN). Plenty of eateries nearby. Buffet breakfast was ok and filling with decent choices. Only issues are the elevators being super slow and found some hairs in the room (cleanliness issue)."

"第一天辦理入住，送了酸奶，味道不錯。就是晚上莫名其妙房間突然斷了電。等了十來分鐘，電工師傅來維修，恢復了電。前台服務不錯，為了表示送了早餐券。早餐還是不錯的，味道不錯，服務不錯。總體房間乾淨，位置好，靠近莫家街，夜市，走路10分鐘。就是門口在修路，打車啥的有點不方便。噪音的話，晚上7點多就停工了，影響不大。他家和如家是一個集團公司的，也在同一個大廈裏。"

"家人們，誰懂啊？這次入住的金鑫賓館的單人間居然配有1.8米的大床，簡直不要太香…… 房間是乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約時尚，應該是新裝修的賓館，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也不錯。 這次入住最驚艷的是不僅配備了齊全的一次性用品，而且品質遠超預期，用的很放心～ 而且賓館位置也是相當哇塞，賓館50米就是大新街夜市，據説是西寧最大也是時間最長的夜市，吃的基本不踩雷… 還有對面就是莫家街，簡直不要太方便…"

"如果同樣青甘大環線出來玩的朋友不建議選這家，但如果為了離火車站近落腳的話還行，青甘大環線最後一晚選的這裏，圖片和實物挺不一樣的，感覺不像酒店，像那種旅館，比較擁擠，旅遊的話本來就奔波沒太休息好，而且隔音也不好，第二天早上被隔壁的説話聲吵醒，衞生也很一般，也沒有空調"

MMisafir KullanıcıStarting with the positives. The construction and decor was great. Showering space was also nice and new. Staff were also helpful and nice. Amenities are ok. Everything you would expect for washing up. But no AC for many rooms without windows is a travesty. Only a electric fan that can only blow for 1 hour at a time. Easy to get asphyxiated at night. Horrible stench of body odor and cigarette smoke was present when I entered my room. Hygiene seemed alright until I showered. And with a small waft of the towels a terrible stench of cigarette odor pierced my nostrils.. Expecting guests to wipe off with this odorous smell is disappointing. Water also leaks from the shower compartment into the toilet floor.

AazmanhsClean n newly renovated hotel. Check-in was fast n checkout at 2pm. Use translator to communicate. Free additional drinking water available at the reception. The manager and staff were very friendly. House keeping staff were very polite and even update us on the weather conditions outside. Even though we didn't know Chinese, sign language was good enough. Daily cleaning with a change of soft fluffy white towel. Complete daily supply of toilet accessories. Change of linens. Shower with good water pressure. WC with auto flushing. We got a room near the free laundry facility with detergent and softener. Walking distance to the market and Dongguan Mosque.

The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly. Bad points - We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes. We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking. I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

MMisafir KullanıcıNice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

MMisafir KullanıcıI only stayed one night but it was honestly one of my best hostel experiences! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming — I felt at home right away. In the evening, we all shared a barbecue together which made it so easy to connect with people. And bonus: there are the cutest cats ever 🐱❤️ Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good vibes and lovely people!

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

RrobinmetralThe two people managing this hotel are very helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to find a laundry shop for us, and made sure we were OK with the room. The room itself is a bit dated, but functional. The main downside for us was the lack of ”real towel” (only single use towels are provided. For light sleepers, keep in mind that the popular night market street is just below. It can be noisy until quite late in the night. Otherwise, the location is ideal: close to many eateries, the main mosque, and convenient transportation.

SSimplyRosieWe had booked two rooms. Should have checked prior but turns out this building doesn't have a lift. Makes it tiresome to climb 5 levels up. But great commendation to the staffs. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately the building is outdated and likely needs to be refurbished. Location works well for us as it is near to food and shopping.
