MM475188****The room is spacious and very clean. We have one adult and 4 kids, and we fit very comfortably. The host is very friendly and helpful. He arranged a car for us for the day we stayed, great service! When we asked about the laundry, he himself carried the laundry machine to our unit. I strongly recommend to stay.

MM275703****那天坐火車晚上九點多才到的西寧，入住時已經十點了。因為帶的有孩子，前台的小姐姐很貼心的安排了靠邊、安靜的一間房。房間比想象中的大，很乾凈，窗外的風景也不錯，最主要的是有凈水機，少了專門要去買礦泉水的煩惱。唯一美中不足的就是吹風機吹出的風實在是太小了，吹個頭發得花很長時間。

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel is fine. I had one of the tiny rooms (which the site did warn me about). The room could fit a bed and a bathroom (with shower over toilet). The bedding was decent and the shower worked well enough. They provided some real towels though a bathmat for outside the room would be great so you don't track water everywhere after the shower. The drain was initially blocked by they fixed it. Has a kettle. The location is ok (you could walk just over 1km to the zoo). Not too many restaurants nearby. The window opened to a block of flats. Calling that a ”city view” is a bit cheeky. The room is also quite hot in summer, and the bed is like sleeping ok a table, though again this seems standard in Qinghai.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe staff at this hostel is very kind hearted and welcoming — we even received a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! The interior is cozy and the location is also great, with a nearby bus stop, multiple restaurants and a supermarket.

The people were friendly, the food was great - favorite dish was big chunks of beef with potatoes and thick noodles, yum!
The night market near our hotel was fun nestled amongst the more expensive shops.
It was really cold tho, like -17.
The wildlife park had a lot to see.

MMisafir KullanıcıMr chen. The manager of this hotel is an incredible man. He goes out of his way to help with any personal issues. He personally bought me fresh coffee and helped me orientate my forward journey. The location in a central and an easy walk from the train station. Stay here for sure.

TThinnakorn PoonvasinThis hostel is clean but location is a bit hard to find . There is coffee shop on the reception and nice roof top for your recreation. All amenities is okay with free towels, sheet and linen . A lot of cheap restaurants surrounding .

when I encountered problems with my wifi.
The rooms were clean and considering the price I paid, the hotel is good enough.
If I ever return to Xining, I will stay there again.

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry.
I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend.
All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

SSimplyRosieWe had booked two rooms. Should have checked prior but turns out this building doesn't have a lift. Makes it tiresome to climb 5 levels up. But great commendation to the staffs. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately the building is outdated and likely needs to be refurbished. Location works well for us as it is near to food and shopping.
