Busy streets with many food restaurants nearby. Hotel entrance roads are in bad conditions but noticed it that all but few had similar conditions. Located well within places of interest like Mysore Palace and Jagmohan Art Palace. Rooms were large and spacious though. Aircon not working at times too. Bathrooms can be better with piping modifications to provide hot water rather than mix with pails. Overall a good place to sleep but not much to hang around. Thanks Krishna

Hotel is compact, not large enough rooms. Their executive is larger than premium. Even executive room that we stayed in had faulty bathroom door knob, paint coming out from here and there. The dental kit they gave had a toothbrush so hard as if it were wire. Overall, dismal state of the hotel, could have been much better.

Dining: guests have the option to enjoy meals in their rooms through room service or dine at the on-site restaurant, udupi grand, located on the ground floor. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, providing flexibility and convenience for dining preferences. Amenities: the hotel provides essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, television, and complimentary wi-fi. These facilities cater to both leisure and business travelers, ensuring connectivity and comfort throughout the stay. Overall, hotel golden castle's strategic location near key transport hubs and tourist attractions, combined with its dining options and essential amenities, makes it a suitable choice for visitors looking to explore mysore. Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.

The stay is really cozy and comfortable. I have a good night sleep here. The environment was clean and the staffs are friendly and willing to help me. Thank you so much for this nice hostel experience.

This property is a jewel tucked in a quiet corner with serene views quiet atmosphere away from hustle bustle of city life. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Overall a excellent stay and good unwinding for all members of family. The quality is commendable in the price we paid and is very pocket friendly

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided were adequate for the price. However, i found the cleanliness to be lacking in some areas, which impacted my overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were a few hiccups during my stay. It's a decent option for a budget stay, but improvements could be made to enhance the overall guest experience.
