"A very pleasant visit to kind, simple and peaceful people. I like a lot the location of the homestay, out of the center, up hill, need to move your ass to reach it. The hottest onsen I’ve been haha but also the most comfy as it’s private. I miss Rum already, what a nice dog, same as all the staff. A really worthy stop in Hakone with local people who feel real in an area full of tourism. Thanks a lot for taking care of my bags after my check in, those gestures are the ones that really count!"

"Amazing experience in this ryokan! Felt very warmly welcomed by the owner who would come out to send us off or receive us when we entered or exited. Also received a welcome cake from him! Rooms were comfortable and the private onsen experience was really luxurious. Easy drive out to see the attractions we wanted to in Hakone."

"We stayed in the traditional private room which was large and comfortable. The onsen was lovely and very clean. The kitchen is open for guests to use and well equipped. The hotel is located in quite a secluded area with limited amenities/dining options. There’s a 7-11 and Lawson if you really can’t find a restaurant that’s opened. There’s also a lot of stairs which might be challenging if you have heavy luggages."

EEtienne Gagnon-DesmaraisThe hotel location was great. We were in Hakone for the Onsen (hotel springs), and the hostel was near a lot of them. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. The hostel also offered an interesting diner, but we haven't try it. The building and interior was looking very Japenese traditional. Much appreciated for an immersive experience in Japan!

MMisafir Kullanıcı☀️ When i first arrived, i thought i was at the wrong place - i‘ve never booked something so nice for myself before! 🪲PROS - chill 4 people bedrooms, with a comfy bed and a big personal shelf + locker and a fridge for the room - clean facilities and rooms - towel, toothpaste/toothpaste and yukata were provided as well as shampoo and showergel - the common room was so cozy and nice, with tea and water always at the ready and a great view of the garden - i was satisfied with both the dinner and breakfast and the price was fairly cheap (~1200¥ or a bit more, depending on your choices) - PRIVATE ONSEN that you can book for around 50minutes at night and can use in the morning if nobody else is already using it (costs around 150¥ per use) - there is a shuttle bus going at pretty regular times in the morning. They offer a ride to both Gora-Station or Hakone-Open-Air-Museum! 🩸CONS - far from the city-centre/train station 🌱 i really enjoyed my stay. I had cool roomies that became travel companions and absolutely loved the inn, the onsen, the food and the kind staff! Definitely a recommendation if you ever decide to stay in Hakone - i would book again!

MMayrendezvousHotel located on top of the hillside which offer fantastic view of lake Ashinoko with the Mount Fuji as backdrop . Travelers can either require hotel pick up when reached at Togenda station (ropeway)from Hakone-Yumoto station train by bus. I chosen the room with lake & Mount Fuji view for 3nights . Unfortunately, due the gloomy & cloudy sky and snowing day , view from my room wasn’t great ! Travels need to make reservation in advance & pay 2000yen for 1/2hour used of hotspring . I would like to thanks the front desk whom was really very helpful and always offered drop off & pickup services during my stayed . Bear in mind that , this hotel doesn’t has in house restaurant or cafe . Travelers can place your meals in advance with front desk OR ask to drop off to the nearest restaurant around there or take a walk about 20mins to the restaurants place.

MMisafir KullanıcıThis is the first time I've stayed in a hostel with an onsen! The onsen while small, does the job, and the outdoor onsen was really peaceful at night. I booked a queen bed for 2 people and it was spacious enough for me to hold all my belongings. Hostel staff were really friendly as well. One thing to note though is if you're planning to stay here, getting here from Hatsune-Yumato station requires a very steep climb up the road and a trek through the forest, so do NOT attempt to walk here yourself! Take the K-line bus instead, which drops you 100m away from the hostel.

PPuhohvostОтзывы были очень противоречивые,но мы не увидели никакой грязи ни в номере ни в общественных онсенах.Наш номер был большой и с собственным онсэном с видом на реку.Замечательный!Ужин тоже понравился,напитки включены в безлимит.Завтрак тоже обильный, традиционный.Также вечером бронировали семейный онсэн-все супер,если вы белоручка,наверное придеретесь к стенам у потолка,но сама ванна была чистая.На первом этаже также можете себе коктейли намешать.Бронировали одну ночь,пожалели-с удовольствием остались бы на две!

Pero la habitación tenía mal olor. Si bien, el hostel estaba bien para la categoría de lo que es, resultó caro; es decir, no tiene buena relación calidad precio para la zona (por el mismo o menos valor, se consigue mejor nivel de alojamiento, con onsen (hot springs) y spa en ellos

MMisafir KullanıcıJaponya'ya ilk bağımsız seyahatimdi ve Japon tarzı bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamak istiyordum. İnternette çok fazla araştırma yaptım ama dışarıda bitkileri olan Japon tarzı odalar genellikle binlerce RMB'ye mal oluyor ve rezervasyonlar aylar öncesinden yapılmalı. Bunu bulmak beni gerçekten gülümsetti. Beklentilerimi karşıladı: Dışarıda orman, çocuklar için kaplıca ve daha birçok şey olan Japon tarzı bir oda. Tek sorun, Japon odalarındaki ses yalıtımının biraz yetersiz olması. Yan odadaki beyaz bir çocuğun ağladığını net bir şekilde duydum ama bu sadece kısa sürdü; bunun dışında çok sessizdi. Dışarıdayken herkes nazik ve arkadaş canlısıydı. Geçen hafta oraya gittim ve hava akşam 6 civarında karardı ve giriş işlemleri 15:00'te başladı. Bu yüzden gün aydınlandığında yakındaki marketleri ziyaret etmek için zamanımı planladım. Ayrıca lezzetli ve uygun fiyatlı yemekler sunan yerel restoranlar da var. Sizinle paylaşmak için birçok fotoğraf çektim, umarım faydalı olur. Odama kahvaltı dahil değildi, ancak içeride yemek sipariş edebileceğiniz bir restoran var. The house had many beds to choose from and good separation of rooms. A stocked kitchen and laundry machine was a bonus. The only slight bother was that the space in front of the toilet was very narrow and it was slightly uncomfortable to be on the toilet. Also there are cockroaches that come in at night, but this is fairly normal in Japan. The walk up to the house consists of many stairs and is not suitable for persons with handicaps/mobility issues.

EErick858Nestled in a peaceful corner of Mt. Hakone, yet conveniently connected by bus, only a 5-10 mins walk. This charming little hotel offered an unforgettable immersion into Japanese culture, complete with tatami-matted floor, soft futon bedding and soothing onsen. With it's effortless check in and out, it's perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and authenticity without sacrificing to much convenience. Pros: If you plan to visit the Hakone pirate ship and the Hakone ropeway at Togendai, it will give you an early start because it's only 11 minutes by bus. Con: To get to the hotel you will need to go up a little hill, not too hard, but if you have a lot of luggage it could be a bit of a challenge (But it's an easy walk back to the bus stop) Be mindful of the bus time getting to the hotel as the bus tends to end around 5:00 p.m. Also, there aren't any places to eat near the hotel, so you may need to take food with you, order breakfast with the hotel or buy some snacks and instant noodles from the hotel shop.

Aada.tungNos encantó este hotel, es mucho más mono en la realidad que en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Tienen baños de uso privado, dos interiores y dos exteriores. Muy limpios y con todo lo necesario (gel, champú, acondicionador, secador de pelo, etc.). No tuvimos ningún problema para usarlos ya que siempre había uno libre. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de las otras habitaciones pero los huéspedes son respetuosos. El personal muy servicial también. Puedes coger prestado zapatillas, yukatas (estos también para ir al baño exterior), paraguas, y tomar agua fría o caliente y té. La habitación tenía mesa, un balconcito con nevera, otra mesa junto a la ventana y lavabo. No pasamos nada de frío ya que había muchísimas mantas y una bomba de aire. También televisor y deshumificador, aunque no los usamos. Algunos comentarios dicen que la ubicación no es muy buena o que no hay restaurantes alrededor. Para nosotros la ubicación era correcta ya que está bien conectado a 2 minutos de las paradas de buses y tren. Había un restaurante justo enfrente pequeñito pero muy rico y bien de precio que abre hasta las 10 pm. Teniendo en cuenta que era de las opciones más baratas en Hakone para las fechas y con la posibilidad de disfrutar de onsen de forma privada, nos pareció que estaba muy muy bien.
