"There is one staff that disappointed us. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels,  Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu"

"Another fabulous stay at this wonderful little hostel. Great location, with some really amazing vegetarian/vegan restaurants within a few minutes walk. The place is super clean, and the pods are so comfortable with fresh sheets, comfy mattress and soft pillow. Hot water for showers, towels, lock for pod door, all provided by the incredibly helpful staff. Can’t sing their praises any more, absolutely wonderful."

"Good service and the help desk is very helpful. Hostel is very near to the tourist spot such Fort San Pedro, National Museum of Philippines, Yap San Diego Ancesthral House, Heritage of Cebu and so on. Very stratergic location for travellers."

"I missed my flight, so I was not able to check in. I informed the staff prior to my flight that I will be checking in late and they’re very responsive. However, I needed to cancel my booking because I missed my flight. I called the property again but they told me that I they couldn’t give me a refund because I paid through the app and not directly to them. I know that my booking was non-refundable, I just tried if Trip.com would make any nconsideration given my situation. However, I didn’t get any refund at all."

"It was a last minute booking. We arrive at the property at 8:00 p.m from a long trip, and good thing there are still available rooms. The receptionist (both Kuya and Ate), whom I think the owner or the caretaker are very friendly and accommodating. They answer all our inquiries, and even give us some tips on where to book online and some details about when they started opening the place etc..The place is very new, and the rooms are very clean and new. We've been to many places but this is the only place that has a swimming pool and their rooms and bed are big with our own bathroom/toilet, aircon, TV and free wifi, and it is only 700pesos per night for 2 pax. However, they do not have a hanging rack inside the bathroom, but they have a hanging cabinet where you can hang your clothes and you can also hang your wet clothes outside the room. How we wish we saw this place first because the place we booked before this, we also paid 700 pesos but it does not have a pool, and the room is very small with a double deck bed, and it does not have a TV and private toilet/bathroom. As per Kuya, they also offer catering services and private events to be held in their place. They also have free coffee and water in their mini pantry just in front of the pool. They also have breakfast if you want to book with breakfast. They also have a menu of their available foods at a reasonable price. Overall, we really like this place, what you see in the pictures are exactly what you get in actual. We will book this place again to celebrate the birthday of my partner's brother. Thank you,"

"Clean and commendable courteous staff. Breakfast is plated and too limited choices. No kettle in the room for coffee. We've stayed in a room without windows which was relatively small but wifi is ok. In-room lock for added security is broken. Hot shower requires waiting time otherwise it's too cold. Housekeeping replenishes toiletries and towels. Still a good value for what I have paid for"

"Оставались на несколько часов до самолета , несмотря на близкое расположение к аэропорту, ехать минут 15. Номера чистые, но ремонт старенький. Хозяева приветливая пара. Сам отель довольно милый. Рядом есть магазины ."
