Hi! It was my first time in Tsai hotel and Residences. I can say that the first thing we noticed is the staff (information desk). We have entered the hotel with a happy face since finally after a long ride we arrived, so yeah we exchanged greetings at the front desk asking to confirm our booked room but the staff is not so good in response like no smile at all just talking randomly like asking ID naa I don't feel good talking to her 😐 not like other hotels kakarating lang sa door ang good vibes nila just saying my experience lang naybe from other guests hindi ganito anyways it's not big deal then all in all Tsai Hotel is good, clean and nice👍👍tho sometimes if there's someone talking outside the room you can hear them a little bit siguro pag malakas mga boses. So thank you all Tsai hotel especially kay manong guard (the Tatay look) so kind..

We enjoyed our stay. The host is very accomodating and friendly. The hotel lobby is lit, the room is clean and the pool is big. My kids truly enjoyed it. Planning to come back again soob for longer stay hopefully.

We had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great. Pros: - Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores. - Staff are hospitable and kind. Cons - HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room. - Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area. - Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes. Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

It was a last minute booking. We arrive at the property at 8:00 p.m from a long trip, and good thing there are still available rooms. The receptionist (both Kuya and Ate), whom I think the owner or the caretaker are very friendly and accommodating. They answer all our inquiries, and even give us some tips on where to book online and some details about when they started opening the place etc..The place is very new, and the rooms are very clean and new. We've been to many places but this is the only place that has a swimming pool and their rooms and bed are big with our own bathroom/toilet, aircon, TV and free wifi, and it is only 700pesos per night for 2 pax. However, they do not have a hanging rack inside the bathroom, but they have a hanging cabinet where you can hang your clothes and you can also hang your wet clothes outside the room. How we wish we saw this place first because the place we booked before this, we also paid 700 pesos but it does not have a pool, and the room is very small with a double deck bed, and it does not have a TV and private toilet/bathroom. As per Kuya, they also offer catering services and private events to be held in their place. They also have free coffee and water in their mini pantry just in front of the pool. They also have breakfast if you want to book with breakfast. They also have a menu of their available foods at a reasonable price. Overall, we really like this place, what you see in the pictures are exactly what you get in actual. We will book this place again to celebrate the birthday of my partner's brother. Thank you,

A Korean-run establishment in the middle of nothing interesting. The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Really nice place. Big space for a family. And had a nice view also. But would like to recommend to use the dryer since most of the guests will use the pool and bringing wet clothes is really inconvenient. But all in all nice place for a cozy stay for family

Harika Bir Konaklama — Huzurlu, Temiz ve Uygun Fiyatlı! Burada 7 gece kaldım ve çok memnun kaldım. Mekan sessiz ve huzurlu, bu da dinlenmek ve rahatlamak için mükemmel kılıyor. Konaklamanız boyunca iyi bir mahremiyet duygusuna da sahip oluyorsunuz. Otel uygun fiyatlı olmasına rağmen çok temiz ve konforlu. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve personel, özellikle mutfaktaki Bay Bobby, çok nazik ve her zaman yardımcıydı. Temizlik ekibi de odamı her gün temiz ve düzenli tutarak harika bir iş çıkardı. Genel olarak, konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım ve uygun fiyatlı, temiz ve huzurlu bir konaklama yeri arayan herkese bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The place is warm and cozy. If you are looking for a stay in place in the heart of fuente osmeña, this is one of the best places.

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
