Very new hotel option for those who prefer to be close to Central Hat Yai, Asean Market, Greenway Night Market... all within walking distance. The room is cosy, clean and soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they provide complimentary 2 snacks, 2 juices/soda and 2 mineral water bottles everyday. As it is beside the busy road, it can be noisy for some (but they do provide earplugs) but no problem for us. They have about 4-5 private parking.The toilet has ample space for shower and refreshing shower gel and shampoo provided

The hotel is so modern and staff is extremely friendly. Location is quiet from city but 14min walk to the town is still acceptable. There's one 711 that's is 4min walking away. The room is clean and neat. Not recommended for elderly or toddler need stroller as the hotel don't have lift. Apart from that all is good!

A budget hotel located at back alley, staffs are very friendly and polite. Foods and 7-11 are just stone throw away and walkable to many others attraction area. The bad thing that come to my mind was the basin which install at the balcony area, is really inconvenient and there mosquitoes right inside when you open the sliding door. Is not advice if coming with elderly or anyone with legs or kneecap issue, as there's no lift available. Overall with this price, not much to complaint about it.

My second stay at this hotel. Located out of town, very quiet and comfortable room. Nearby has local restaurants and some roadside eateries. Parking limited (roadside) Hotel will contact tuk tuk service if needed. Happening area - Lee Garden Hotel just 3.4km.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel near Prince of Songkla University Hat Yai and had an excellent experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and offers a high level of comfort, making it easy to relax and unwind. The staff are exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The location is fantastic, with Sri Trang Market nearby. This market is a gem, offering a wide variety of affordable options, from delicious street food to unique local products. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Lee Garden'a yakın oldukça stratejik bir konum, 7 onbir'e yakın yürüme mesafesinde, etrafta birçok para değiştirici ve masaj yeri var. Otobüs durağına 200 metre yürüyebilirsiniz ve barlar sokağına yakındır.
