"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they could communicate in basic English. There is Muslim street food near the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, window seat was a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
We also used the laundry room, and it was clean, nice, and easy to use.
The hotel is in a strategic location, close to IFS and Taikoo Li, and the building is easy to access.
However, the toilet was a regular toilet and not a smart toilet with a bidet but still fine as long as it was clean. Also, the bridge to the shopping area has only stairs, which is not convenient for elderly guests and is not wheelchair accessible."
