Where strategic location for me to attend my 2 days business trip in JPK, but the breakfast suppose start at 7am, at the end food only ready by 7.30am and placed outside of the restaurant and no cover.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful with the checkins. Although I have to mention I do not like the thumb print key as it fails and I have to go down to lobby and good thing is the staff came walk to my room to give me keycard.

Номера не соответствовали картинке. Вроде бронировал один, приезжаю в другой. Был очень шумный номер, просил переехать. Переехала ещё более шумный номер. Попросил вернуть деньги. Очень тяжело возвращали, помогла только техподдержка трипком. В итоге заселили меня на одну ночь вообще в другом месте.

I recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient. The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance — especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout. One highlight was the building’s facilities – especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session. In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. I’d recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who don’t mind a few compromises.

Ertesi sabah uçağımı yakalamam gerektiğinden, KLIA bölgesindeki/yakınındaki otel ücreti şenlikli kutlamalar nedeniyle biraz yüksek. Sadece 10 dakika uzaklıkta olduğu için bu otelde kalmayı seçtim. Çok uygun fiyatlı bir otel olmasına rağmen yiyecek ve içecek sağlıyorlar (kendi maliyetiniz). En iyi yanı, KLIA'ya (kendi maliyetiniz) servis minibüslerinin olması ve makul bir fiyata sahip olması, çünkü sabah 6'dan önce yakalamam ve ayrılmam gerekiyor, daha fazla ayrıntı sormaya gitmedim. Genel olarak şu anda kendi başıma kalıyorum.

One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.
