Kolea Villas 15M Luxury 2 BR, 2 BA, Direct Beach Access. Within Waikoloa Beach Resort. Kolea Villas is unique in that has direct access to the beach, Anaeho'omalu Bay or better known as A'Bay. This quiet villa is a beautifully decorated and fully air conditioned. 15M is on the second floor of Building 15. It is accessible by an elevator or stairs. The pool area is just a few minutes walk. There is an infinity pool, a children's pool with sandy beach and waterfall, a hot tub and a gym. If you prefer the beach, A-Bay is accessible from the pool area. At the beach there is a kiosk offering various water activities, like snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, kite boarding, and sunset cruises. Kolea Villas is between the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel and the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel and is only 30 minutes from the Kailua-Kona airport. Kolea 15M is luxurious and has a fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and television. The primary bathroom has a deep soaking tub, double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. A sliding mahogany door connects this room to the guest bathroom with tub shower and dual vanities. There is an area between the bedroom and bathroom that has a printer in case you need one. The living room has a desk area in case you need to work on your laptop. The unit has excellent wifi. The unit comes with one carport spot for your vehicle. If you have 2 cars, the second car can park in any open space. There is a BBQ on the lanai for your convenience. If you prefer to eat out, you can walk or drive to either of two nearby open-air shopping areas. There are multiple restaurants available. To see more detail please look up Kings shops or Queen shops in Waikoloa to see a list of restaurants etc. Once you find the website you can also read about the activities around the island. There is plenty to see and do on the Island, from visiting the Volcano National Park, star gazing on Mauna Kea, playing golf, taking a bike riding tour, going horseback riding, to enjoying exotic plants at botanical gardens, and more. It is a 15 minute walk to the pro shop, Mauna Grill & Bar restaurant and driving range. Only a 5 minute walk to all kinds of amenities including Starbucks, groceries, shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, movie theater and live entertainment. From the hotels and A-Bay beach, it is a short walk back to your Hawaii Home with lush grounds that are extremely quiet and peaceful. Either way you will have a blast driving along Highway 250. Take a drive up to Waimea and then cut over highway 250 to Hawi. You are above the clouds looking down on the Pacific. Bring a sweater because the altitude makes it a totally different experience from what you would expect in Hawaii. Think Switzerland with sandy beaches and volcanic rock!Have an extra day or two? You can not miss the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park! If you can swing it, stay a night down at the Volcano House lodge, overlooking the crater! The place is so awesome that you really cannot cover it in a day if you want to go for hikes in the park. On the way home you will want to stop at the waterfalls along the way. Or South Point. Or the black sand beaches. The views are spectacular the whole way! Kolea is located between the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel and the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, and near the Kings Shops, and newly opened Queens Shops. Fine dining, and shopping abounds. Free entertainment and family activities, such as ukulele contests and hula lessons, are an almost daily feature at the Kings shops: be sure to pick up a calendar upon arrival. Two championship golf courses are a short drive away. Stay at our condo and you will also get the member's rate of $50 on golf at the Waikoloa Resort Kings Course and $75 at the Beach Course. And you can just use my clubs -- they are in the storage locker in front of the car park. You will have a great time! Your family will love this place!
