"I reserved this place for my son's tournament. I stayed well for 2 nights without any inconvenience. However, the table and refrigerator here were too small, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't a big problem. Some other hotels made loud noises with heaters and microwaves, but this place had a microwave inside the storage, so I could use it quietly while my son was sleeping, and the heater noise was not loud. The front and housekeeper staff were generally friendly and the ice machine worked well. Also, it was nice to have a drinking fountain on the main floor and the swimming pool."

"Best hotel in Calgary. It's located in downtown making it extremely convenient. I particularly love the staff services. Staff are super friendly and nice. 100% recommend this hotel. Also breakfast are excellent and I have attached in this review."

"I booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)"

"The room was clean, comfortable bed and good coffee. However the shuttle only runs once every hour which was strange for a hotel only a 10 minute drive from the airport and not convenient for some flight times. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was included but you had to order off of the menu. There was no quick buffet and we didn’t have time to sit down and wait to be served. When we said okay, can we just get a coffee to go we were told it was 3.00. And most importantly, you could hear air traffic throughout the night."

"Excellent everything, from the room layout, runway view, to the food voucher we got. If there is one thing to improve, it would be the hours to breakfast, but we had an early flight which requires to leave by 6am so I am not complaining."

"My fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days."

"Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least."

"Spacious king suite. Very clean. Good tea and coffe facilities with fridge and microwave in room also. Pool and jacuzzi also good."
