此次青海之行的最大亮點之一就是入住了勝利賓館，滿滿的全是驚喜！一條條來説吧——作為青海的國賓館，國慶期間不僅沒漲價，反而降價了，可以説是業界良心了，這也是很多年輕人反而喜歡住國賓館的原因之一；到賓館的時候已經晚上9點半了，一天的行程很疲憊，總枱的工作人員服務熱情周到，素質很高，不僅幫忙提行李送到房間，還免費贈送了早餐；入住7號樓後，尚老師和門口的工作人員也是關心備至，我連續兩天都早上6點多出門，她們都會送到門口，都讓人感到不好意思了；再説説硬件，房間超級大，兩扇獨立窗户，窗外綠影婆娑，屋裡設備很新，配備了寫字枱和台式電腦，可以隨時上網辦公，床品乾淨舒適，每天都睡得很香，衞生間也超大，沐浴用品是佰草集的，而且每天換新；國賓館很大，但外賣允許送到房間，這點也是好評；最意想不到的是十一期間賓館開始獨立供暖了，不會擔心洗澡感冒；返程前有一點空閑，在院子裏轉轉，安靜愜意，真的推薦到西寧的各位都能到國賓館體驗一下，真的超值！

Very nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal. This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic. It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything.

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai. What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway. But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。從外觀上看，酒店建築大氣美觀，具有獨特的設計風格。進入大堂，寬敞明亮的空間，優雅的裝飾，讓人感覺十分舒適。辦理入住手續非常快捷，工作人員專業且熱情，耐心地解答了我的各種問題。房間方面，空間寬敞，乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，讓人一夜好眠。房間內的設施一應俱全，有高清電視、高速網絡，滿足了各種需求。浴室的設計也很人性化，乾淨整潔，提供高品質的洗浴用品。酒店的服務更是無可挑剔，無論是客房服務還是餐飲服務人員都非常的周到細緻。酒店的餐飲也非常出色，有多個餐廳供選擇，菜品豐富美味，口味多樣。此外，酒店還設有健身房，等休閑設施，讓人在旅途中也能保持健康的生活方式。總之，這家酒店無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務都非常出色，是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，我強烈推薦給大家。

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

Had a Wonderful Stay . My stay at Enraton Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the helpful and attentive staff, especially Alan at the front desk. He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team of staffs that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Alan and the Enraton team. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Xining. The hotel's location, staff and service were excellent. We had smooth and quick check in and check out. While they couldn't speak English, they did their best to understand and answer my questions. The view from my room (19th floor) was great. I thought I could take some cool long exposure pictures in the night but there were very big bright lights close to our window that didn't let me. One thing I noticed was that the breakfast was mentioned to be both Chinese and Western, but it was only Chinese. I wish I had this clarity so I wouldn't have picked the room with breakfast. The entrance was not super convenient especially if you're carrying a lot of luggage. Since you'll have to help yourself, prepare accordingly.

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

You can go to wangfujing department store by walking from the hotel… the receptionist is very humble.. will help you anything you ask for👍🏻👍🏻the picture is the view from our room..
