"The hotel is strategically located near to metro station (walking distance) and yet it's not too near to the tourist spot as it will be too noisy at night. I can just walk an extra mile to reach the center of Hokkaido. There is also a beautiful park with children playground next to the hotel, and it looks amazing with snow! The part I don't get used to initially was I have to pass the key to the lobby whenever I leave the hotel (I didn't ask much on the reason, I just accustomed to the practice). So far, they have been very helpful too! You can choose not to housekeep your room and they will offer you a free drink for that! But I still need them to housekeep my room everyday because we need the cleaner to clean the dustbin with diapers and tidy up the messy room with kid. My experience was pretty good!"

"The accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. From the accommodation, it’s easy to walk to the tourist areas, and even Sapporo is not far on foot. Transportation is very convenient, the view is great, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and truly relaxing."

"I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the lobby area is stunning — modern, stylish, and a great spot to unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary afternoon beer and snacks, which made the experience feel extra special. That said, the hotel doesn’t offer many facilities beyond the basics — no swimming pool, gym, sauna, or onsen — so if you’re expecting resort-style amenities, you may find it a bit limited and even slightly boring. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a central location, comfortable rooms, and great service, but more for relaxation and convenience rather than full leisure facilities."

"Amazing stay. Enjoyed every minute. Good facilities of pool and gym. Buffet breakfast however was a repetition. Room was clean and views are great. Lovely stay and location is minutes walk to JR station. Very new and enjoyed the bathtub dip too. Will recommend"

草草莓櫻一到步就有服務員幫手搬行李上房間及紅酒招待，之後有介紹我們酒店入面設施。 （記得預早預約巴士於札幌上旅遊巴）車程一個鐘左右 酒店設有spa服務及咖啡機任飲，晚餐每道菜式都會介紹，飯後有蛋糕仔及飯團🍙飲品可以帶上房間 早餐半自助餐有沙律吧及定食 房間及私人風呂望向外面雪景景色一流 走時酒店會車我們到巴士站，服務非常好 服務及美食一流，有機會會再去

The service and hospitality are truly at a five-star level. The staff were very helpful and even assisted us with booking a taxi to the airport. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is not directly within the Tanukikoji (狸小路) shopping street area. It takes about an 8-minute walk, either through Pole Town (Exit 8 is right in front of the hotel) or by walking outdoors. That said, the hotel is only a 3-minute walk to the TV Tower and Odori Park, and it is very close to public transportation.

That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable. I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

SSAMMICCThe room is spacious and the location is super convenient as the bus stop just in front of the hotel, but the meal is just so so but not impressed. However the lounge is impressive with free drinks and dessert which also with massage chair, that is really the best part of the hotel.

獨獨行俠N560PURight outside the hotel there is a bus stop and access to the property is convenient (but I drive from Sapporo anyway). The room overall condition met expectation although I am quite disappointed that they only assign me to the second floor, and literally people from outside can see me if I don’t lower the blinds. There are 4 solo onsen rooms available for private use and it is recommended that the usage time stays at 40 mins. For the onsen, the public one is good although it is relatively small, and can be crowded sometimes. Overall, you come to Jozankei because you want to escape from the hustle and bustle and I enjoy my time there. But consider how much I pay for the room and board with virtually no view, there are plenty options out there that could get the most bang from the bucks. Verdict: Nice ambience but not worth for money

MMisafir KullanıcıWe’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

DDarunwanThe hotel was very nice. We got the corner rooms (208-209) and they had nothing to complain about. Spacious than most standard rooms in Japan. Our room has sofa and a table. Separate toilet, washing basin zone, and the shower room has a bathtub and a shower head separately. (I don't like thw combination one so i purposely chose this type of room) The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, hair dryer, robes, air humidifier, kettler, few glasses and mugs, air freshener spray, slippers, laundry bag (for laundry service). Staff were nice, breakfast buffet was great (no need to book in advance, can pay upfront) The closest stations are the Tozai Line (orange): Nishi juitchome and the Namboku, Toho, Tozai Line: Odori station.
