Booked this hotel last minute as we had to stay one extra night in the city and it was really amazing! This is a hotel I would definitely go back! The lady at the counter was extremely nice and she spoke Portuguese! She was really happy to be able to speak with us in Portuguese and we were happy she spoke Portuguese! The hotel location is really good, downtown near the parliament, and the room was amazing! Really big and spacious studio with a kitchen and a living room. Bed was really comfortable but the sofa bed was not that good (as in all hotels). Toilet was big and had all the amenities. Breakfast was good and had eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals, fresh waffles, chia pudding, bread, … They have private parking at an extra fee but the entrance is really narrow. There’s also street parking around at a fee.

Always a joy to stay here! Rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities are lovely. Breakfast was fulfilling and tasty (and included).

Spacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa.

The room presents a modern design with a pleasant ambiance, and overall, it is very clean and comfortable. As expected of a 4-star hotel standard that should be met. However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas where practicality could be improved: • Study Table Placement: The study/work desk is positioned directly beneath the wall-mounted TV. This setup is not practical, as it places the guest in a position where they are working directly in front of a screen that may be distracting. It would be more functional to have the desk in a location that supports focus and productivity without unnecessary interference. • Coffee Cup and Saucer Mismatch: The coffee cup provided has a round base, while the saucer has a square design that does not accommodate the cup securely. This mismatch not only affects usability but also detracts from the overall attention to detail expected at this level of hospitality. • Bathroom Dustbin Design: The dustbin in the bathroom does not have a foot pedal for hands-free operation. Guests are required to bend down and lift the lid manually, which is inconvenient and unhygienic. A foot-pedal bin would be a more user-friendly option. • Lack of Proper Kettle for Tea Drinkers: As tea drinkers, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine. The water has a noticeable coffee taste and smell, which affects the flavor of the tea. A small electric kettle in each room would be a simple but impactful addition to cater to all beverage preferences. Great stay. Central location downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Felt relaxed and revitalized. Room as upgraded at check in by the receptionist so that was a bonus!

Great , but i need to collect water from the other floor as there is no electric kettle in the room.

Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)

Service was good. The location is good except for the way you have to enter the parking lot outside of the hotel. The room was big and very clean. Could have definitely been a better seating setup for the breakfast. But it was a good visit and I’ll definitely be back. I’d love to take advantage of the terrace in the summer time.

Booked 2 nights for a colleague and he said having nice experience in the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Good to have the fitness room which met his needs. Hotel location is good and convenient to various places around DT Ottawa.
