"Fair size for 2 adults and 3 young kids. Breakfast was good and varied but the room is small and got so busy that it was difficult to find a space to sit 5. Quietness was appreciated for restful night after busy days"

"Otelin konumu harika. Jasbir tarafından yapılan kontroller çok verimli, sorunsuz ve hızlıydı ve 10 dakikadan kısa bir sürede check-in yaptırdım. Oda - çok temiz, 2 günlük bir gezi için ihtiyacım olan her şey iyiydi. Çalışma koltuğunun iyileştirilmesini öneriyorum; geriye sallanmayacak ve dik duracak bir mekanizmaya sahip olmalıdır. Kahve istasyonu temizdi, tuvaletler çok temizdi, temizlik personeli çok kibar ve hoştu. Genel olarak harika bir otel ve gelecekte Ottawa'da kaldığımda kullanacağım."

"Nous avons passé qu'une seul nuit, mais tout était parfait. Très propre, là courtoisie des employés était très bien.Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'essayer la piscine, mais elle a l'air bien. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner c'était comme si on mangeait au restaurant. Beaucoup de choix pour tout le goût. Je vais y retourner certainement et je le recommande."

"We stayed a night for museum visit the next morning. The room is clean. There is a gym and swimming pool on the ground floor, and free breakfast with good selection of food. A good night's sleep for our family and we actually wished to arrive earlier so that we can spend some time to use the facilities. We are energized for the museum visit the following morning!"

"Service was good. The location is good except for the way you have to enter the parking lot outside of the hotel. The room was big and very clean. Could have definitely been a better seating setup for the breakfast. But it was a good visit and I’ll definitely be back. I’d love to take advantage of the terrace in the summer time."

"Spacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa."

"The room presents a modern design with a pleasant ambiance, and overall, it is very clean and comfortable. As expected of a 4-star hotel standard that should be met. However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas where practicality could be improved: • Study Table Placement: The study/work desk is positioned directly beneath the wall-mounted TV. This setup is not practical, as it places the guest in a position where they are working directly in front of a screen that may be distracting. It would be more functional to have the desk in a location that supports focus and productivity without unnecessary interference. • Coffee Cup and Saucer Mismatch: The coffee cup provided has a round base, while the saucer has a square design that does not accommodate the cup securely. This mismatch not only affects usability but also detracts from the overall attention to detail expected at this level of hospitality. • Bathroom Dustbin Design: The dustbin in the bathroom does not have a foot pedal for hands-free operation. Guests are required to bend down and lift the lid manually, which is inconvenient and unhygienic. A foot-pedal bin would be a more user-friendly option. • Lack of Proper Kettle for Tea Drinkers: As tea drinkers, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine. The water has a noticeable coffee taste and smell, which affects the flavor of the tea. A small electric kettle in each room would be a simple but impactful addition to cater to all beverage preferences. "渥太華很小，酒店位置是挺方便的，也在核心區域，走到地鐵站20分鐘左右。本來看大家評論説設施老舊，覺得也不礙事，一辦入住，首先泳池就不能用，室內的，也不説原因就在維修。第二，按金預授權要200刀，進房間那個空調轟隆隆的聲音，趕緊叫前台來看看，小哥看完就説是這樣沒辦法可能是壞了，然後小聲給我説要不我問下前台能不能換一間房。夢幻的來了，打電話到前台，前台説上樓到同樣的房型等人來送鑰匙換房。好吧，等了15分鐘沒人來，就拿樓層電話打前台，然後前台説再等一下他們催一下，然後石沉大海又等15分鐘。好吧，下樓問前台，前台的那位，白眼説她沒接到電話，沒説給換房，説那個空調是正常的！電話裏明明就是她接的，酒店電話還能打到別的地方麼，本來也不是非要換，非要浪費顧客時間……這服務態度有點太油膩了吧！"
