🛏️ Comfortable Stay with Modern Touches – Great for Short Trips I stayed at this newly established hotel (opened in 2024) and was pleasantly surprised by its thoughtful amenities and warm hospitality. The room was clean and well-equipped, featuring a large smart TV, a spacious bed, and plenty of power outlets—perfect for both leisure and work. I especially appreciated the serene view of the longan tree from my window, which added a refreshing natural touch. ✈️ The location is ideal for travelers, with easy access to the airport with free luxuries airport transfer. The front desk staff were consistently helpful and friendly, making check-in and local guidance smooth and pleasant. The halal breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day right. 🕌 A couple of areas for improvement: the room space was just enough to perform solat, which may be a consideration for Muslim travelers. Also, the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, which affected convenience slightly. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay with modern comforts and welcoming service. Would recommend for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, well-located hotel with halal preference.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a memorable visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel allowed us to store our luggage while we traveled to Koh Lipe. This was extremely helpful and made our trip much easier and more comfortable.

This motel is best for low budget & airport friendly location. 5 minutes by Grabcar. We asked for ground floor family room (as there is no elevator) to rest for 6 hours after checking out from a city hotel as our flight out was at 11pm. Reception girl was nice & helpful to allow us to leave our big baggage with her. Clean room with bottled water,coffee/tea,hot water kettle, towels + toothbrush provided. Good, comfortable beds but too many big black ants & also a gecko in the toilet cum shower room. Not convenient for long stay as it is far (20-25 mins) to the city. The Amazon Cafe is across the busy road. For extremely early morning flight or late night flight, this motel is very reasonable priced & convenient.

When we arrived, we had to wait for 40 mins to get our room checked in which was supposed to be 3pm local time, when we checked out, we passed the down payment 300 baht receipt to the receptionist and she was impatiently asked me to sign the receipt before returning the down payment. Service was not up to the level. Not asking for top notch service but at least some simple manners have to be there.

the location little bit far from town. we have 3 person check in and they got over charge RM50 per person for extra breakfast. but no extra bed. we book 2 single bed , the room bed is big as can fit 3 person in 1 room..

I arrived during a flooding situation, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. They cared deeply, provided food, and even allowed us to stay for free during the emergency. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and hospitality. I definitely recommend B.P. Grand Tower Hotel in Hat Yai if you want a great location, comfy rooms, and easy access to everything during your trip. The hotel is right in downtown Hat Yai, meaning you’re just steps away from shopping malls like Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, and many food stalls and massage places — perfect for exploring on foot without needing transport. The Hat Yai Railway Station is also only about an 8-minute walk away, which makes travel super convenient. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable (many guests said the beds are great and some deluxe rooms feel like suites), and there’s even an outdoor pool you can relax in after a day of sightseeing. It’s a solid choice if you care more about a clean, easy stay in the city center rather than luxury. The hotel is not brand new — some guests mentioned it’s a bit dated in places — but for the price you pay and how central it is, it’s still good value for money, especially if you’re planning to shop, eat, or visit night markets nearby. A few people found the hotel older and wished for renovations, but that’s common for great location hotels that are priced well.
