I especially appreciated the serene view of the longan tree from my window, which added a refreshing natural touch. ✈️ The location is ideal for travelers, with easy access to the airport with free luxuries airport transfer. The front desk staff were consistently helpful and friendly, making check-in and local guidance smooth and pleasant. The halal breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day right. 🕌 A couple of areas for improvement: the room space was just enough to perform solat, which may be a consideration for Muslim travelers. Also, the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, which affected convenience slightly. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay with modern comforts and welcoming service. Would recommend for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, well-located hotel with halal preference.

Additionally, its location is a bonus—it’s just a short drive to our favorite restaurant, Baan Kokai, making dining out easy and enjoyable. The staff was very helpful, they attended to all your needs instantly. The amenities was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely repeat this place!

Clear, spacious n and comfortable room.. The room have small size bath tub.. Work well.. Air condition and water heater works well.. Basic amenities available.. Breakfast has minimal options, suitable with the price.. The buffet do serve pork ham, so consider this first before u decide to go for the buffet breakfast or not.. Pools open from morning till 11pm night, with a bar built next to the pool.. Deposit during check in is 1000 baht.. Front counter also sell bath tub powder (199 baht).. Free parking's available..

During our stay in Hatyai, we stuck at the hotel cause by flood. Their management very reliable especially the front manager Ms Pui. Really appreciate their help. They provide us food and electricity by using generator. Thanks Ms Pui and management.

The location is located near Hatyai Airport. There are many 7E shops in the area. There is a famous restaurant, Kaitod Decha. This hotel is suitable if you want to relax. My suggestion if you want to stay here, go shopping and take a walk in the Hatyai town area first. The pool is very big and my kids really likes it. Got iron in the room. Will repeat next time.

When we arrived, we had to wait for 40 mins to get our room checked in which was supposed to be 3pm local time, when we checked out, we passed the down payment 300 baht receipt to the receptionist and she was impatiently asked me to sign the receipt before returning the down payment. Service was not up to the level. Not asking for top notch service but at least some simple manners have to be there.

I definitely recommend B.P. Grand Tower Hotel in Hat Yai if you want a great location, comfy rooms, and easy access to everything during your trip. The hotel is right in downtown Hat Yai, meaning you’re just steps away from shopping malls like Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, and many food stalls and massage places — perfect for exploring on foot without needing transport. The Hat Yai Railway Station is also only about an 8-minute walk away, which makes travel super convenient. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable (many guests said the beds are great and some deluxe rooms feel like suites), and there’s even an outdoor pool you can relax in after a day of sightseeing. It’s a solid choice if you care more about a clean, easy stay in the city center rather than luxury. The hotel is not brand new — some guests mentioned it’s a bit dated in places — but for the price you pay and how central it is, it’s still good value for money, especially if you’re planning to shop, eat, or visit night markets nearby. A few people found the hotel older and wished for renovations, but that’s common for great location hotels that are priced well.
