Every time I come to Hat Yai, my only job is to book the hotel and Casa 33 is always our first choice. The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. The staff was very helpful, they attended to all your needs instantly. The amenities was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely repeat this place!

Nice location, close to Central Hatyai Shopping Mall where there was plenty of up market shops, eateries and entertainment. Not far to walk to markets. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and cleaned every day, we had everything we needed. Fantastic value for money.

Great Service and Convenient Location, but Some Minor Issues This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained. One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area. Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little. Downsides: The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem. The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining. We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though. Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.

This motel is best for low budget & airport friendly location. 5 minutes by Grabcar. We asked for ground floor family room (as there is no elevator) to rest for 6 hours after checking out from a city hotel as our flight out was at 11pm. Reception girl was nice & helpful to allow us to leave our big baggage with her. Clean room with bottled water,coffee/tea,hot water kettle, towels + toothbrush provided. Good, comfortable beds but too many big black ants & also a gecko in the toilet cum shower room. Not convenient for long stay as it is far (20-25 mins) to the city. The Amazon Cafe is across the busy road. For extremely early morning flight or late night flight, this motel is very reasonable priced & convenient.

the location little bit far from town. we have 3 person check in and they got over charge RM50 per person for extra breakfast. but no extra bed. we book 2 single bed , the room bed is big as can fit 3 person in 1 room..

My second stay at this hotel. Located out of town, very quiet and comfortable room. Nearby has local restaurants and some roadside eateries. Parking limited (roadside) Hotel will contact tuk tuk service if needed. Happening area - Lee Garden Hotel just 3.4km.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel near Prince of Songkla University Hat Yai and had an excellent experience. This market is a gem, offering a wide variety of affordable options, from delicious street food to unique local products. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
