Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.

The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. 首先真的要表揚老闆.真的非常認真負責.而且也非常感動.我們連住三天最後一天要去岡仁波齊轉山. 我們高估了自己.以為一天可以轉完.結果到下午6:00才轉到止熱寺.然後中午和老闆聯繫説我們今天下不來了.能不能幫我們把東西收起來.房間退掉.等我們轉山下來在住.老闆的格局我驚呆了.説沒事.現在淡季.也理解你們一天轉不下來給我們留房了.別的不説.真的好感動.不過後麪我們身體原因還是喊了救援車下來了.山上根本沒有辦法休息. 這家酒店非常的乾淨衞生.洗手間是乾濕分離的.南方人表示非常滿意. 酒店大廳也有氧氣瓶可以租. 停車場也非常方便.我們一路同行的人住的別的酒店.後面還是換到了這家.因為衞生真的很好.洗護用品也非常全面.吹風機也非常不錯.有地暖有氧氣機. 還是不推薦大家住那種茶館住宿一起的.

環境、設施、服務、位置都很棒～～睜眼就能看見藍天白雲，客棧裏有各個餐館的菜單，可以直接送到客棧，還可以**餓了麼，送達在二樓花園吃。客房乾淨整潔，包括公區都很乾凈。客棧有電梯，辦完入住老闆還是會幫忙把行李送到房間，離文成公主看演出步行5分鐘，去布達拉宮開車10分鐘，推薦！推薦！

客棧環境非常好，傳統的藏式風格 我睡得非常安心 周圍的小巷子裏很多好逛好吃的，還能遇到很多熱心的本地居民暢聊一番 客棧前台的叔叔人特別好，還特意幫我去熨我買的藏服，每天早上出門時都熱情地問候，很温暖 客棧經營的餐廳，裝飾好看，餐品好吃～ 一切都太好了，喜歡這個客棧～

酒店服務特別好，設施設備都很好，離出差的地方也很近，我經常住他們家，房間很乾凈，早餐豐富，下次出差的時候也會選擇這裏。就在布達拉宮後面，市中心這邊很好，價格很划算。服務服務沒得説。

據説這裏之前是尼泊爾的領事館，是一個自帶故事的酒店，有很多老物件擺放裝飾。還有個講述格薩爾王故事的博物館。 酒店在八廓街轉經道上，步行到大昭寺4分鐘左右，逛吃逛玩也超方便，地理位置絕絕子！ 酒店的風格是美麗的藏式風情，欄桿柱子都有漂亮的彩繪，不用出門就可以拍到漂亮的照片。 他家的庭院，吃飯喝茶就像在公園一樣。房間和公共區域都打掃得很乾凈，各種設施很齊全。吸氧機和加濕機都有，住起來很安心。 特別誇讚下房間裏的高原大禮包！面膜、護髮、精油卸粧、濕巾一應俱全。 工作人員態度也都特別好，有什麼需求都能及時迴應，還能免費參觀格薩爾甲波博物館，深入瞭解藏文化。實名誇讚下維色，格桑和錯姆三個漂亮的工作人員小姐姐。 酒店還可以免費體驗藏裝外穿（時間10:30-22:30），在庭院或八廓街拍照，贊爆了。入住還送10張庭院旅拍照。晚上如果想拍布達拉宮的夜景，到屋頂就能拍了，超值

The hotel is very beautiful and all modern. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is correct and good. There's a amazing terrace on top of the building with a view on the Potala Palace. The hotel is very well located, closer to the pedestrian area and the Potala area. I highly recommend it!

The experience is quite nice in general, they provide room assistant and free laundry services up to five pieces of clothes each day. The environment is relaxing and clean. The staff are professional, nice, kind and helpful. I would love to stay there again, and also wanna give a credit to my room assistant 小雪 with her prompt replies and kind assists.
