Porto was an amazing stopover. Vincci Ponte de Ferro was a great choice for us being so close to everything we wanted to see but quiet for a restful sleep after s long day of exploring. The views from the hotel is not something we’ll forget for a long, ling time!

Bir iş gezisinde Porto Palacio'da 2 gece kaldık. Otel iyi bir konuma sahiptir ve ulaşımı kolaydır. Resepsiyon nazik ve çok yardımsever. Salon temiz ve çok çekici. Odalar geniş ve bu tür bir otel için bekleyebileceğiniz her şey var. 19. kattaki bar ve restoranda bir içki kuponumuz vardı. Akşam yemeğine geldiğimizde çok kibirli bir kişi bize restoranın dışında bir menü verdi ve akşam yemeğinde ne yemek istediğimizi sordu. Ayakta duruyorduk. Bir şey sorduğumuzda ana kattaki bara gitmemizi tavsiye etti. Orada restoranın dışında bir şeyler içtik ve yiyecek bir şeyler yedik. Bira soğuktu ve servis çok kötüydü ve yemekler hiç lezzetli değildi. (biftekli sandviç resmine ve yerel et müstahzarlarına bakın). Kuponlarımızı kullanmadık ama artık orayı ziyaret etmemeye karar verdik.

Spacious room with excellent cleanliness and in a quiet location. Although it’s a bit of a walk to São Bento Station, the peacefulness and lack of crowds made it a perfect choice. For a 5-star hotel, the price was very reasonable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was fantastic. The fitness center equipment was in great condition, and the staff at reception promptly handled all my requests. My room’s housekeeper was also truly exceptional. Without a doubt, I’ll stay here again the next time I visit Porto.

What a unique concept of a hotel. I really enjoyed my first experience in a Zero Hotel. The rooms are small, but it’s meant for you to get out of your box and explore the area! Towels were soft, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast is well worth it. My only suggestion would be to address some of the rusting metal in the bathroom — I know the look is rustic, but the parts rusting were not part of the “look.” The location is great—you’re very close to all the touristy things but a little removed from the main streets. Friendly check-in staff.

設施：酒店是當地最好的酒店，歐洲難得一見的比較新的酒店。 衞生：很乾凈，房間很大，咖啡機，設施都很全 服務：很多葡萄牙球隊入住，本次入住正好葡萄牙體育在這住，跟他們一起看的葡萄牙比賽。

Очень красивый отель с хорошими завтраками, собственной парковкой и классными видом с террасы. Все продумано до мелочей.

The breakfast buffet is ok. Good variety. The location is convenient and located near bus stop. They didn't allow us early check in.

You might have read this in other reviews and it's true. The hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. The rooms were pretty small and the Spa (also Spa cap) is not included. I found the hotel breakfast quite good and it had great fresh fruits. The shower and toilet is clean, but small. The matress is hard and high-quality. The money for value ratio is okay, but not great. I liked that its possible to walk to Porto within 20min.

The price was great and ofcourse the room is spacious. The location is not so good if ur looking for site seeing. Takes like 15 minutes uber to get to center. I am not sure how and why but i soaked in bath tub and then got rashes on my leg and hands. So careful with the bath tub.

포르투갈에서 머문 5개의 호텔 중에서 제일 불편했습니다. 방 크기 넓고, 야외 수영장 이쁘고 전체적으로 인테리어 이쁩니다. 근데 그게 다네요. 5성급인데 슬리퍼를 주지 않습니다. 실내가 슬리퍼 없이 도저히 생활 할 수 없는 구조 입니다. 5성급입니다. 샤워장 문을 꽉 닫고 샤워릉 해도 물이 바깥으로 셉니다. 제가 사용한 방만 그런지는 모르겠네요. 조식에 대한 설명도 없어서 돈을 지불해야되는지 걱정하며 조식 먹었고, 메뉴판도 어려워서 주문도 쉽지 않았습니다. 직원들은 너무 친절합니다. 여러모로 아쉬움 많은 숙소였습니다. 개인적인 경험이라 참고하시면 될 거 같습니다.
