"The hotel is near walking distance to Sapporo clock tower and Sapporo station. We took the airport limousine bus and we were dropped off opposite the hotel we are staying at. Taking the airport bus to chitose airport also convenient. At the lobby they have coffee machine and all the necessities like comb, toothbrush etc."

"I have stay this hotel for 5 nights. gotten a free upgrade , and the room size is spacious. The room is very comfortable and clean. However, the TV cannot play YouTube, this is one of the shortage"

"Hotel room is very spacious and clean. Recommended for travellers who likes to have enough space~ toilet is big and the room is clean. Only down side would be that during winter, there is only room heater available (no airconditioner), so to cool the room, just have to open the window (not a big issue anyways). Direct airport shuttle bus service to and from hotel (note that it is not a free service, but very convenient)."

The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo. Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻"

"The hotel is strategically located near to metro station (walking distance) and yet it's not too near to the tourist spot as it will be too noisy at night. I can just walk an extra mile to reach the center of Hokkaido. There is also a beautiful park with children playground next to the hotel, and it looks amazing with snow! The part I don't get used to initially was I have to pass the key to the lobby whenever I leave the hotel (I didn't ask much on the reason, I just accustomed to the practice). So far, they have been very helpful too! You can choose not to housekeep your room and they will offer you a free drink for that! But I still need them to housekeep my room everyday because we need the cleaner to clean the dustbin with diapers and tidy up the messy room with kid. My experience was pretty good!"

"This looks like a higher-tiered hotel, but the amenities they provided were sorely lacking. For example, they did not provide any lotion or emulsion or essence in the room or at the reception desk. And for the razor and hairbrush, they were chargeable. Even the onsen was chargeable too. I thought the onsen should be included in the stay. My child and I used it for three times and I had to pay more than 5,000 yen."

"The hotel was great. The location was nice, it was near convenience stores, train stations, parks and restaurants. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and understanding. We had a great stay."

"급하게 여행계획을 잡다보니 스스키노 중심쪽 숙소가 괜찮은데가 없었고 너무 비싸서 최대한 저렴한 방을 찾던 중 우연히 발견한 숙소였습니다. 리뷰가 너무 없어서 자세히 남겨봅니다. 삿포로역에서도 위쪽으로 조금 떨어져있어서(도보15분 정도) 위치는 별로였지만 기대를 안하고 가서인지 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 4-6시 사이에 체크인이라길래 시간 맞춰 갔더니 1층 부동산에서 관리자분이 방 번호랑 간단한 안내만 해주셨고 나머지는 셀프 체크인을 해야하는 방식이었는데. 큐알을 통해 여권사진 등 간단한 신상정보를 업로드해야 열쇠가 담긴 보관함의 비번을 알려주고 보관함의 열쇠를 꺼내 들어가는 식이었고, 저는 그 과정에서 오류가 조금 있어서 부동산 직원분의 도움을 받아야했기에;; 가급적이면 체크인 시간에 가는게 좋을 듯해서 이 점이 불편했던 것 같습니다. (숙소와 연락할 방법이 전화밖에 없는거 같고, 1층 부동산을 통해 안내받아야하는 거라 정해진 시간 이외에 체크인도 가능할지는 잘 모르겠네요) 이름은 호텔이지만 에어비앤비에 가까워요. 방은 최근에 리모델링을 한건지 사진에서 보던 것보다는 깔끔했고 탁상거울,전신거울,TV,전자레인지,냉장고,드라이기,에어컨,난방기 등이 구비되어 지내는데 부족함이 없었네요. 침대도 매트리스는 살짝 불편했지만 그정도면 잠깐 묵기에는 괜찮았고 오래된 가구 같지는 않아 깨끗했어요. 방도 생각보다 넓어서 친구랑 둘이 묵기에 좁은 느낌은 없었습니다. 일본 대부분 숙소가 그러하듯 화장실이 굉장히 작았는데 그래도 여긴 변기가 살짝 틀어져있어서 괜찮았고 깨끗했어요. 숙소 관련 규정(쓰레기 처리 등)이나 인근 상점 정보 등을 안내해주는 인쇄물 같은게 있어서 한번 읽어보는게 좋구요. 재활용 쓰레기를 철저히 분리해서 퇴실할때 버려야하는게 조금 번거롭긴한데 저희는 크게 상관없어서 괜찮았는데 이런게 조금 귀찮다 싶으면 호텔 가시는게 나을것 같네요. 저희 묵을 땐 옆방에 사람이 없어서 조용해서 방음이 잘되는지는 확인할 길은 없었지만 크게 시끄러웠던 기억은 없었어요. 정리해보자면 중심가에서 떨어진 위치, 셀프체크인과 셀프 뒷정리의 번거로움, 연박시 청소 없음, 수건 충당없음, 긴급시 직원과 연결제약이 있는 불편함이 있지만 그래도 저렴한 가격, 괜찮은 청결 컨디션을 고려하면 2일 정도 묵기엔 나쁘지 않았어요 참고로 엘베없는 3층건물이라 짐들고 오르내리해야하고, 변기가 잘못내리면 물이 계속 내려가서 래버 확인을 잘해줘야해요. 주방세면대와 전자레인지, 냉장고 있어서 저녁에 야식먹기에 편리했어요! 다음에 가게되면 위치때문에 또 묵기에는 힘들겠지만 저렴한 숙소 찾으시는 분들에겐 그나마 괜찮은 거 같아서 추천드릴게요!"

"We’ve enjoyed our stay at Mitsui Garden West. Their staff made us feel very welcomed, which we feel very appreciative of. Knowing we’re on our honeymoon, they very thoughtfully added well wishes on our room’s Tv screen, and even gifted us a Mitsui bear for the occasion 🤍🥹 The only part we thought could be improved was the laundry situation — there’s only 2 washer/dryers for the whole hotel, each located in the men and women’s bath. It would be great if more washers were available. Other than that, we have no complains and sincerely thank the amazing staff!"
