The hotel was very nice. We got the corner rooms (208-209) and they had nothing to complain about. Spacious than most standard rooms in Japan. Our room has sofa and a table. Separate toilet, washing basin zone, and the shower room has a bathtub and a shower head separately. (I don't like thw combination one so i purposely chose this type of room) The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, hair dryer, robes, air humidifier, kettler, few glasses and mugs, air freshener spray, slippers, laundry bag (for laundry service). Staff were nice, breakfast buffet was great (no need to book in advance, can pay upfront) The closest stations are the Tozai Line (orange): Nishi juitchome and the Namboku, Toho, Tozai Line: Odori station.

Super convenient hotel. There is big supermarket at the basement which connected to the subway. No problem even snow or rain with cover walkway.this is 2nd time I stay at this hotel. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Superb location. Near shopping belt. Near sapporo train and subway station. And a bus airport express bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very convenience.

Love this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Onsen is superb, nice view. The varieties of food for dinner and breakfast are good too

What a lovely stay to sum up our travel in Hokkaido! We booked a night at this Hotel as our flight was first thing in the morning and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was perfect! The room has a lovely Japanese vibes to it. It is spacious, very clean, the bed was huge and the mattress so comfy. The window overlooks the runway. The personnels’ service was tip top! And the onsen was the icing to the cake. The room provided bath robes, yukatas and lovely pairs of japanese slippers. My girls utilised the gym too! The Airport is lively and has many stores selling all kinds of things including souvenirs and food! It’s just convenient! We just wished every hotel is like this one. Thumbs up Portom!

The hotel package I paid is included free parking, free drinks with appetizer, free drinks with dessert, free mini bar and breakfast. The breakfast has 2 choices, japanese style or buffet style. We had the japanese style and it was suprisingly good with a spectacular view of the Nakajima Park with the fall foliage vibe. The room service is superb as well. We strongly recommend it to others.

The hotel is within walking distance from Hakodate JR Station. The single room is good enough for me. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. There are sufficient charging points, which is essential nowadays. The hotel provides 2 sets of bath and face towel. The hotel only provide 1 time cleaning for 3 consecutive stay, although we can request for room cleaning if we wish to. Tips: from JR station, google maps directs walking in smaller lane and cut through parking lot, it’s not really convenient. Walk along the main road from JR station is easier to reach the hotel.

Wife loved the Onsen experience which I feel is the main highlight of this hotel. Cleanliness and service quality is top. I also greatly appreciate the reception and staff who were able to speak and understand English, which was a refreshing change from earlier hotels in Hokkaido whose staff don't converse very well in English.

Room is very clean and short 7mins walk to integrated Sapporo JR station, subway (Namboku and Toho line) and bus terminal. The hotel also upgraded me to a more comfortable double bed room which is kind of standard for all the places I have travelled. Amenities are always replenished unlike some hotels which don’t provide. Staff are very polite. I don’t know how many times I have bowed in return. Also, although the room is facing JR railway, the sound insulation is very good - no disturbance from train movement. Buffet breakfast is also very good with all kinds of sushi such as blow fish, flat fish, blue crab miso soup, ramen, Mongolian bbq mutton Jingkisukan, and even sparkling wine. I would stay here again if come to Sapporo.

This was my second stay at this onsen hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, although the receptionist could have been more welcoming, as he did not greet guests with a smile. The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the night lounge area, where guests could relax with mulled wine, coffee, and fresh grilled apples while enjoying a foot spa. The hotel was clean throughout, and the meals served were fresh and of good quality.
