"Hotel muy bien situado, el personal excelente , la habitación muy bien, el club 24 horas es un acierto, con aperitivos de 18:30 a 20, con bebidas incluidas. Refrescos y bebidas alcohólicas, se pagan aparte; antes y después del aperitivo tienes de forma gratuita, galletas , zumos, bizcochos caseros, todo un lujo, en un sitio muy agradable, con un ordenador de sobremesa a tu disposición y mesas y sofás.
PERO: los interruptores de alumbrado un caos, tienes que tener un plano de qué interruptor apaga cada luz, lo peor la ducha tienes que pasar sobre el plato ducha cada vez que tienes que ir al WC o al lavabo, si te has duchado, , para pasar al lavabo o al WC tique pisar el agua que ha quedado en la ducha, muy peligroso, ya que te puedes resbalar y estás rodeado de puertas de cristal, no se entiende esa distribución"

"Stayed for 3 nights. On entering the room there was a notable smell. Tried putting water down the sink, shower and bath drains and flushing wc but smell was still there when we returned to the room later. Advised reception who recorded but no action taken that night. Advised reception again before leaving the hotel in the morning. Nothing was done while we were out all day. On return after checking room went back to reception and they gave me a bottle of disinfectant and a deodorant spray which I had to use and return to them. The smell soon came back."

Also was very noisy outside, building works opposite at 7am and uni students opposite the other way laughing and singing till the early hours so not much sleep between the noise, Hest and mosquitos! The actual room is lovely, with a kitchen area but just a few improvements would make it better."

MMisafir KullanıcıI went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement.
The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for.
There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person.
On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky.
In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay.
If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

First, the castle in itself is just amazing, with its building architecture and its interior design with art collections… gorgeous. Our bedroom was the Île Sacrée Miyajima bleu and gold symphony… with outside balcony and intimate deco… superb…
Second, the service, everyone was perfect, smiling, helpful and courteous. One note: no one proposed to take our suitcases from the car, which I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel…
Third, the cuisine at the restaurant was actually not my favorite cup of tea. But it is obviously a very updated one, and both service and quality of ingredients were great. The breakfast and its buffet was very high quality.
Price wise, obviously not a cheap location, but expected for the 5 stars ranking and the beauty of our stay. After a flight of 13h + a train of 3h , it was a sophisticated and resting break where we will come back.

FfterraboI had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Le Mans, France. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days.
The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area.
However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.

There was no mention at time of booking of a gym, it did say they had a restaurant and a shuttle to the airport. To confirm I messaged the property and they said there was a gym, a restaurant and a shuttle. When we got to the hotel, it was a Saturday and the desk clerk stated there was no gym and the restaurant isn't open on the weekends but we can walk to the closest restaurants which were at the airport and no shuttle during the weekend. End of explanation! I received an email after check in asking if I needed anything to which I replied about these missing features, to which they replied I should have read their website where it supposedly explains more about these 3 items. I surely wouldn't have booked had this information been properly stated on the booking website.

The simplicity for the transportation with Jalla ( Again, a big thanks to him for bringing me everywhere! ). Also, the beauty of the spot, really calm, spacious, and a quality bedding. The three-filled garden. The pool is really appreciated. Finally, the greatest quality of the food. Some delicious dishes and really copious. A superb marrocan cook culture with a lot of different dishes cooked with heart, and trust me you can feel it. I really recommend this guest house and I will probably come back again as soon as possible!

HHaibaobabu位置超級好，就在火車站南出口邊上，臨近Erdre河，周邊景色很好，吃飯也很方便。穿過火車站，北出口門前就是有軌電車L1,一站到城堡，兩站到市中心。
酒店房間非常乾淨，面積也挺大的。工作人員態度很友好。早餐種類不是特別多，但是味道很好，還可以自己做crepe，也有很多新鮮水果。餐廳的晚餐很贊，價格也適中。
