"Tiny room with an old and very small Queensize (??) bed. Everything seems to be really old, so does the dust in the corners of the room or of the ventilation in the bathroom. Service was okay... we could convince them to leave our bicycles outside the hotel entrance (no way to leave them at the ”luggage storage” inside the lobby). Drinks like coffee, hot chocolate, tea and soft drinks are for free. Microwave free. Also they have a bath house but no sauna for the girls - unfortunately. Best option in town."

"Hotel is old. Hotel floor corridors are dim. Fulton are too thin. It is the first onsen hotel did not supply body location in the public bath. Room amenities such as facial products, utensils, coffee are not place in the lobby. They are in the front office counter drawer. You have to ask to get it. But there are special shops inside the hotel. That is amazing. Free welcome green tea for each guest. Morning 9:00-10:00 public bath stop operate for cleaning."

One lovely feature is the small chapel in the hotel lobby, which seems to be used for weddings—it added a warm and charming touch. "Nicely designed hotel. But rooms are small and tight. Not easy to walk around. Location a little off the center of Saga City but lots of car parking available. Service was good and helpful. And you can even buy a fireworks and play!"
