"A clean and trendy hotel located at Upper Queen Street. The hotel has a gym, massage and an Italian restaurant downstairs. Staff were friendly. Convenience stores, bars and late night restaurants on Karangahape Road were around the corner. The core CBD was only an approximately 15-20 mins walk. Recommend!"

"Great stay at SkyCity Auckland. The location is excellent - next to the Sky Tower. The SkyBus stop is only about 100 metres away, which makes getting to and from the airport incredibly convenient. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the facilities were well-maintained, and the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again."

"Good service. Friendly. Nice comfortable room. Quiet during night. good beds. Location very good to visit town. A bit more difficult to reach by car. Excellent breakfast. Possibility to eat in restaurant in evening. Good price/quality. Airco in breakfast and dinning room was bit heavy. You could feel the cold wind. We had to move a few times from table to sit comfortably."

"They couldn't find my booking but eventually not sorted with management then this effected breakfast next day luckily trip.com provides receipt and shoes that I paid for breakfast included. The bedroom walls needed to be cleaned il.one of the beds sheets is so stained and one had bird faeces luckily the other bed sheets seemed ok so we stayed in that The bathroom was clean but the towels had marks on them so we ended up using the hair dryer to dry ourselves ."

"If it wasn't for the location, I'm not sure I'd feel the place was worth the money. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, but they charge a premium due to being attached to the Sky Tower. Amenities are nice but some of the furniture seemed worn. There was a bit of upselling at check-in for a harbour view. If you need a decent place to stay and you feel the allure of the Tower, go for it. If you're looking for worth-the-money, I would say consider options."

Location is very convenient and walkable, and staff was nice and accommodating. Parking costs an additional NZ$15 per night. The room windows had no screen so flies would come in, and the room bathroom emitted a strong toilet smell. No separate hair conditioner provided. Room has high ceilings, and there is a kitchen outside but also can heat water, microwave food, and toast bread inside the room. Good in-room beverage selection too.

Had a really nice stay at Cordis. The bed was super comfy — one of those where you fall asleep instantly and wake up well-rested. The pool was on the smaller side, but still a pleasant spot to relax for a quick dip. The buffet was definitely a highlight with a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, with a comfortable room and great service. Would happily come back.

Located on the periphery of the main CBD area of Auckland, Grand Millennium Auckland was very comfortable, pleasant and very well priced for what you get. The room we stayed in seemed recently renovated and was large, well lit and contemporarily styled with nice modern mood lighting. The one bonus was having secured parking available for a reasonable daily fee of NZD25 with multiple entry and exit. It was first come first serve but I did not have any issues getting a spot the two days while I was there. The hotel was a short walk to the main central part of the CBD, about a 20min walk to the ferry terminal. All in all was a very comfortable stay and have no hesitation staying at a Grand Millennium hotel here in Auckland or a Millennium Hotel elsewhere.

Functional and souless, but a good location for Queenstown with plenty of car parking. The customer service was poor by the usually warm standard of NZ. The receptionist commented on how ”tired you look” Grrrr..who likes to be told that?! And the breakfast venue was so dire and overpriced ($25 each!) we went instead to a nearby woolworths complex with excellemt cafes instead.

the location was convenient and near to the shops and train. downside is the place is a little run down and to lock the door i had to put more force to it. receptionist was kind and accommodating though.

10/10 customer service, very clean and a super comfy bed for a overnight you are guaranteed a good sleep. Close to airport for check in. Definitely recommend to all for a quick stop over flight. It may be on the high end prices but it wont hurt to treat yourself a little bit. We truly enjoyed our stay💚
