First time travelling with my baby boy and the experience at The Risonare was wonderful. Full of fun activities, beautiful environment. The view was spectacular , my husband and I even got some time to pamper ourselves . Our room was spacious but the living room and corridor was quite old though. Given the price of our room, this is the only one thing we didn’t enjoy so much .

After learning that we were on a trip to celebrate our engagement, the hotel was very kind in providing some extra snacks to liven up the mood. Staff were very fluent in English and able to clearly explain guidelines on the use of the hotel's onsen and give a succint and easy to understand introduction on the hotel directory and services available upon check in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very good price: Spacious room, and bathroom, some restaurants nearby. About 3-5 mins drive to nearby Aeon market and big restaurants . First come first served for 28 spaces of carpark. Reasonable charge of 800 yen per overnight stay. Staff polite, average quality of room amenities.

Everything is nicely prepared. View from the room is breathtaking. The private open bath in the room is awesome. Public onset is good but not fancy. Every meal is fantastic. The French dinner was delicious. The firework shows can be seen from the west-wing room, but very far away.

The place, position and staff were perfect. The food is very good. The service is excellent. This hotel is so great. If I back to Niseko again, i will definitely stay this hotel. Recommended.

Great luxurious ski resort. Excellent service as expected from Ritz. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner provided were great as well. The outdoor onsen was amazing, coupled with the falling snow making it even more magical.

Had an amazing stay at Chalet Ivy, a new modern ryokan with traditional feels. The room is very spacious with comfortable modern amenities, with an in-room private onsen, with unobstructed snow covered views. Dinner and breakfast here are one of the best, the sequencing of dishes and the amount are just right. Your get to explore various dishes and each dishes are so meticulously done. One of the best perks here are the lounge, the snack bar and drinks bar are awesome. Stocks with best Sapporo snack and drinks for you to grab at any time. Definitely one of the best resort ever, will return for sure.

什麼都挺好的，餐食很精緻，儀式感拉滿，不過就是吃精緻，實際口味和食材普通，無功無過。整體體驗給予肯定。預訂前，在評論區看到過帶小孩的收費不超過1000一位，我結算時，看到價格都驚呆了，一位小孩每晚差不多加了4000人民幣，我們帶了兩位小孩一晚加了8000人民幣，相當於一晚房費，我特別想知道酒店是一直這麼收費的嗎？我們住了兩晚，加了差不多16000人民幣，我們在攜程預訂的房型還不包晚餐。簡直當了冤大頭。僅給後面的國人同胞一個參考，不是一定要住，可以不住。酒店方方面面都可以，公區還算漂亮，房間大但是缺乏設計感。比較居家吧！但是設施少，不適合親子，價格對親子勸退。在日本京都住了柏悦，非常好的酒店，小孩就衹收了早餐費，碧之座收小孩的費用太誇張了。另外，酒店旁邊的支笏湖挺漂亮的，衹是這裏的交通真的不方便，酒店在千歲機場有接送，下午衹有16:45分，衹有一個時間，想銜接上真的有點難度，我們打車去因為晚上車很少，打的大概500人民幣。從酒店打的去札幌JR1000人民幣左右。因為預訂時，可以參考的訊息太少，所以把我原來特別想了解的訊息發佈給大家參考。

Hotel are elegant and japanese style design. Room are clean and big, beds are comfy, toilet are clean, TV got lots of local channels. Check-in out are quick, we ask for extra pillows, they delivered it fast and also ask for re-heat the food from lawson by microware, they are happy to help. The toilet are quite advance, it is automatic toilet lid. Hotel also provide bathing salt for bathing ^_^, Two thumbs up!!! We take the midnite flight to CTS domestic airport, Hotel are located at international terminal. I am quite surprised that the walkway between domestic and international terminals will be shutdown after midnite. Luckily, I told the airport security we go to hotel, they open the gate and let us thorough. Overall, the hotel are great and everything beyond the standard. Definitely, one of my choice when I back to sapporo.
