Easy check-in, room I stayed was spacious with a small balcony. Room facility can be improved (I prefer mug rather than paper cup), but the room has a hairdryer, electric kettle, small fridge so it was comfortable stay overall.

Cama confortável, casa de banho excelente, blackout muito bom, roupão disponível, tv podia ser maior. Spa muito bom especialmente a piscina. A chefe de recepção foi de uma simpatia inexcedível. Até breve!

Great breakfest, not a lot but more than enough and very tasty. A must try dinner also impressive. Both outdoor and inside pool with warm water. A big park and 2 extra spot to electric cars (like mine) with free charge. Will return for sure.

Great place to stay for a couple of days, beach, plenty of Resturants. Casino all steps away from the front door.
The hotel was calm, clean with extremely friendly staff.
The breakfast had loads of goodies.
Would not hesitate to stay again or tell a friend.

Local lindíssimo, carregado de história e tranquilidade.
Colaboradores impecáveis e excelentes profissionais, com exceção de uma colaboradora do restaurante que transpôs para o serviço o mal estar com colegas de trabalho, impróprio para um espaço destes e revelando indiferença pela presença de hóspedes.
Os pratos principais sugeridos na carta do Room Service, arroz de pato e bacalhau com natas, ficam muito aquém da qualidade expectável num hotel desta categoria.

No pequeno almoço (domingo dia 8), colocaram os iogurtes de soja (alpro soja) quando a sala ja esta praticamente vazia, porque quando entrei as 9h20, ja nao os tinham na mesa.
A publicidade que fazem da mesa com frutas atraves de fotos ê enganadora. Fruta muito fraca em diversidade e escolha.
Podiam ter uma mesa de apoio para colocarmos a mala de viagem, para nao sujarmos a cama com as rodas da mesma. Ou colocamos na cama ou no chao, para desfazer ou retirar objetos ou roupa.

First of all, the hotel’s location is excellent—it’s near the square, making it very convenient to reach all the attractions. My room faced the river, offering a beautiful view of the Rio Mondego. This is an established hotel, and although the furniture is somewhat old, but everything is very clean, which didn’t affect my stay at all. The hotel staff are very warm and hospitable. The breakfast is a standard European-style buffet, providing enough nutrition to fuel a day of exploring. Most notably, I was initially concerned about the WiFi strength, but after recent improvements, it’s even better than what I have at home—upload and download speeds both exceed 300 Mbps, which was a pleasant surprise. To sum it up, I found my room to be great value for money, more memorable and impressive than many four or five-star hotels.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed two nights in apartment 2.2 - one bedroom with a small office room which has a desk and single bed. Location was great, being right off the main pedestrian strip in the old town area, so very atmospheric and convenient for restaurants. Check-in is at Hotel Oslo, about 4min walk away so you will have to walk with your luggage for a few minutes, including up some stairs. The apartment building also does not have a lift, so you will need to be able to carry your luggage up stairs within the building. I don't think you would be able to call an Uber or taxi to the street in front of the building as it is very narrow so bear this in mind. Some other minor points I noticed about the apartment which you may find helpful:
- It directly faces another building on a narrow street, so the apartment doesn't really get natural sunlight
- There is a washer but no dryer - it took a whole day for our clothes to dry and the rack sat in the living room
- The apartment fittings are starting to feel a bit worn down

MMisafir KullanıcıThe lady...is a Lady and she was kind attentive generous and I felt completely welcomed...it was as if I was staying at a living relative. Although the room was small the bathroom was ample. The room gad a query nook area by one of the two window areas...the view of the water was calming and simple, I could hear the birds in the shady trees outside my tall romantic window setting. The whole place was spotless and fresh smelling ...the bed comfortable. All looked new. It was near to everything. If I have to want anything it is a disposable shower cap. She allowed me to take her tea-Kettle to my room for my convenience which added to my comfort. Although we did not speak the same language we understood each other. I would love to return again soon. Thanks much 😊

BBaris AtikerI have mixed feelings about my experience in this hotel, the reason is that it has an unusual concept with a design-oriented approach, which attracted a designer like me. As I checked in late and tired, the friendly staff offering me an ice cold beer was a nice start. The fact that the room was a windowless box made me a little uneasy at first, although I am not claustrophobic, but I was relieved by the good lighting and the rain shower. The hotel is really a must-experience and appeals more to young guests with its more affordable price compared to others. The only negative point was that it wasn't clean enough, the sheet metal on the bed and dust on the floor prevented the perfect experience.

It was my wife’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. They even included a small cake with a candle for the in-room breakfast—such a thoughtful touch! The welcome sparkling wine and cake were also a delightful surprise. Their exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!
