Temizlikçiler her açıdan ayrıntılara gösterdikleri dikkat bakımından olağanüstü. Resepsiyon personeli verimli ve arkadaş canlısı. Hızlı tren ve yerel trenlere yakın. Genel olarak keyifli bir deneyim. Yıllar içinde birkaç kez konakladığımız tekrar gelen müşterilerimiz, sonraki seyahatlerimizde de memnuniyetle tekrar konaklayacağız.

I appreciate that the hotel took note of my request for a room with a view. The breakfast spread is pretty good but the eel portion ran out too fast so we did not get to try it. This is common among jap hotels but we rarely get offered an early check in for free. This would make a difference as we took a red eye flight and was tired and would appreciate a room to freshen up.

朝食付きにしましたが、他のホテル等と比べて品数も多く料理の内容等には、とても満足しました。 その半面、金額が安いためか海外の方が多く、文化の違いからか、朝食会場でのマナーには困る事も多かったです。チェックインの時に、ゆったり過ごせる時間の案内はありましたが、その後の予定があり同じ時間帯になってしまった事だけが残念でした。

It’s a great hotel located in the heart of Nagoya - Sakae is a great spot to see attractions and plenty of food options nearby. You can see Oasis21 and Mirai Tower, the ferris wheel and the restaurants nearby. You can do Lawson runs and enjoy the overall comfort of the hotel. The Breakfast is awesome and I highly recommend getting it. Grindelwald was nice as well!

Very clean, private and efficient hotel, just as what you could have expected to be served in Japan! The highlight of the room for us would have been the bathtub (and the power shower) plus all of the amenities, wow they really are serious about the body and face products, I Love it! If you prefer to be a bit away from the noise but still in the center of town, thenthis is it!

在龍宮酒店的入住體驗實在太棒了！ 首先，酒店的位置非常優越，露天温泉可以一覽大海美景，無論是清晨的朝霞還是傍晚的夕陽，都美得令人屏息。一邊泡湯一邊欣賞海景，簡直就是非日常的極致享受。 房間乾淨整潔、寬敞舒適，日式現代風格讓人感到寧靜放鬆。窗外就是海景，待在房間裏就像在度假天堂，根本不想出門。 晚餐是傳統的懷石料理，每一道菜都精緻講究，使用了大量當地的新鮮食材，既美味又賞心悦目。特別是生魚片和烤物，令人驚艷，非常滿足。 工作人員也非常親切熱情，從辦理入住到退房，始終感受到他們貼心的服務。細緻入微的接待令人非常感動。 這是一家讓人一定會想再來一次的温泉酒店，也非常值得向朋友和家人推薦！

We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view. The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths! Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

Good location, walking distance to Nagoya JR Station and other attractions like the Nagoya Castle and various shopping districts! Small quirk of the room design being the lack of an area to put clothes while showering, and the kettle for some reason doesn't stop after it has boiled? But at least the staff were friendly and quick to resolve issues

Rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Staff are friendly.. However, the hotel is about a 10 -12 minutes walk from Nagoya Station, which feels too far when carrying luggage or in bad weather. Great stay if you don’t mind the walk, but less ideal for those wanting direct station access.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.
