DO NOT STAY HERE! If you read the reviews you will see that many people complain about items being stolen from there bags. I have a strong suspicion this is the cleaners and instead of cleaning they are going through people’s bags. Upon check in we were warned by the receptionist not to leave any valuables in our room and to take them everywhere with us. Which is not what you want to hear at check in. Anyways luckily we listened to the receptionist as we had seen concerning reviews before staying here. Without surprise our bags had been gone through. Luckily nothing was stolen from us as we were smart enough to remove our valuables. However, still leaving an unsettling feeling knowing items were moved in our bags as they got searched, they even left the zipper in the incorrect position after as seen in the image. Despite this issue there were also a lot of ants in our room and the room wasn’t properly cleaned any time the cleaners entered the room as there were stains left on the counters and floors and I expect the cleaners were too busy trying to steal stuff. Despite these issues it is not the worst place and the location is good but I think if they just got new trustworthy cleaners then this place would be so much better.

Let me tell you, this hotel deserves to pay its staff triple! Khamla truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay, and her kindness left me speechless. Honestly, when I first arrived, I thought, “Oh no, I’m canceling my booking right now.” But thankfully, they let me see the room before check-in and even offered a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied. In the end, I decided to stay for the two nights since I figured it would be okay. Now, I won’t lie—the exterior of the hotel looks a bit worn, but don’t let that fool you! Inside, it’s spotless and conveniently located near a plethora of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. I booked an exhilarating hot air balloon ride for $120 through the hotel for the next day, and it was absolutely unforgettable. I also had my heart set on visiting the Nahm Xai viewpoint but didn’t want to venture out alone. The staff went out of their way to help me find an English-speaking tour guide, and when that didn’t pan out, Khamla from the front desk stepped in. She graciously offered to be my guide on her day off! She hiked with me up to the viewpoint, snapped photos, and made sure I was safe and sound every step of the way. In the end, I couldn't have been happier with my decision to stay. The service here is truly top tier, making this hotel experience one I won’t forget!

This was my second time staying at Domon Riverside Hotel, and overall it is still a very nice and affordable place in Vang Vieng. The hotel is very convenient. They have motorcycle rentals, coffee, and even money exchange at the front desk. The owner couple are very friendly, kind, and welcoming people. However, this time the service was not as good. When we asked the cleaner to change the bed, they looked unhappy and made angry facial expressions, which was annoying. There was also a Spanish group playing loud music and talking very loudly. Despite this, the hotel is still beautiful and the owners remain polite and friendly. I still recommend this affordable hotel to anyone visiting Vang Vieng

Beautiful views 100%. Breakfast same every morning but not very bad. Room not 100% clean. Toilet door can not lock and the room door very annoying complicated to open. My bad on the pillow and on bed/sheets I find a lot of hair also on the floor. The bed not well made. The lift very slow. But the guy in reception very friendly and helpful. The building too old,the picture in trip.com and reality very different.

Bu otelin konumu çok iyi. Personel çok cana yakın. Birçok şey için rezervasyon yapmama yardımcı olan bir Vietnamlı vardı. Dağlara kısmi manzaralı tek kişilik bir oda ayırtmıştım, sonra bir gece daha kalırsam odamı aynı fiyata Deluxe odaya yükseltebileceklerini söylediler ve aman Tanrım, yeni odada jakuzi, balkon ve dağlara TAM manzara vardı. Çok etkileyiciydi! Bu deluxe oda çok güzeldi, klima ve internet ***et iyi çalışıyordu. Bunu takdir ettim. Kahvaltı dahildi ve çok çeşitli yiyecekler vardı. Ayrıca kahve makinesi var ve kapuçino alabilirsiniz. Odada su ve sabun veriyorlar. Ayrıca çamurlu bir yürüyüşten sonra ayakkabılarımı temizlediler. Vang Vieng'e tekrar gelirsem burada kalacağımı düşünüyorum. İlk fotoğraflar tek kişilik odadan. Deluxe odadaki fotoğraflar, yolun yukarıdan görüldüğü fotoğraftan başlıyor. recently stayed at Oudomsin Hotel in Vang Vieng and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel also features a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Oudomsin Hotel again for my next visit to Vang Vieng. Highly recommended!

Entspanntes Hotel, super um im partylastigen Vang Vieng etwas Ruhe zu finden. Die Rooftop Terrasse bietet den besten Blick zum Sunset um die Balloons und Paraglider zu sehen. Auch von einigen Zimmern kann as kann uman die Berge direkt sehen. Der Staff ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, auch wenn Englisch schwierig sein kann. Downsides: Das Ganze ist etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum, die Sauberkeit im Zimmer (besonders unterm Bett) ist so lala, leider kein Kühlschrank und das Badezimmer roch auch für Südostasien Verhältnisse schon übel. Für den Preis aber alles okay

Excellent Stay at Kinton Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at Kinton Hotel. The place is packed with amenities and the service is truly top-notch. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. One huge plus is their self-service laundry and dryer – super useful, especially if you’re doing outdoor activities or a longer trip. The food was quite good, and the cleanliness was exceptional. On the first day, our room was accidentally missed during cleaning, but they immediately sent someone up as soon as we let them know – great responsiveness. I also booked via Trip.com, where it mentioned late checkout. The hotel honored that without hesitation, which I really appreciated. For a city that’s full of parties and adventures, it’s great to come back to a comfortable, clean, and calm hotel like this. The price is very reasonable for what you get – maybe even a bit more value than you pay for. If you’re visiting Vang Vieng, I highly recommend staying here. 👍

The best hotel in Vang Vieng with a convenient location and beautiful mountain views.  The room is equipped with expensive furniture made of real Lao wood. A basket with towels is provided for visiting the pool.  A variety of breakfasts, both European and Chinese. On the terrace above the river, you can dine with a beautiful view and watch the soaring balloons and sunset. We stayed on New Year's Eve, and the general manager Pethantat Polsena organized a gala dinner with great dishes, champagne, a raffle and fireworks. Excellent guest oriented staff and excellent service!

奇妙的體驗！（以下摘抄來自我的朋友圈） 泳池集裝箱酒店很新奇！集裝箱？酒店？反正以我之前的認知是不能把這兩個詞結合在一起的，直到辦理入住我才發現人類的創造力真是無窮無盡，酒店設施齊全入住舒適是首要，夜晚燈光閃爍泳池中央的bar播放着鼓點音樂，旁邊的躺椅上早就躺滿了各個膚色的年輕人，最讓我興奮的是早起或者傍晚天氣好能看到熱氣球➕夕陽➕自然山水的美景！搭配上泳池彷彿真的印證了“萬榮是野外探索者的天堂”這個美麗的地方因為到訪者而年輕充滿朝氣，把我旅行的疲憊一掃而空，感慨一番果然還是得多跟年輕人玩以便於掃除我身上的頑固與懶惰[旺柴]
