"設施：雙床房是一大床一小床，一開始還給我們錯的房間，房間比圖片中看着要小，有兩支很小的飲用水，有一次性洗漱用品，小袋裝的洗髮水很好用！有吹風機，但是沒有衣架，問工作人員要，找了半天才找出三個給我們。二樓有一個泳池，沒有游泳，看着挺乾淨的，但是正對着主街，感覺會很惹塵。 衞生：房間內部還行吧，外部就不好説了，本來進大堂應該是要脱鞋的，我們玩了一天户外之後也非常理解，也都有脱鞋，但是很多其他的住客都是不脱鞋的，所以裏面的地面其實很臟，一定要至少穿襪子。 環境：萬榮整個地方就塵撲撲的，所以環境到哪兒都差不多吧，除非住五星級。萬榮也很小，這個酒店地理位置還行，反正哪兒都能步行過去，離最熱鬧的那段還是有些距離。 服務：總體不錯，前台會簡單英語，但是由於口音可能比較難理解。前台訂去火車站的拼車是5w一人，不知道是拼商務車還是雙條。早餐還不錯，比較簡單，主要就是鬆餅煎蛋炒蛋這些，剩餘的麪包水果果汁咖啡可以自己拿。入住的時候遇到點麻煩，直接給護照查不到，如果在攜程訂要告訴前台是在trip或者ctrip訂的，這樣他就能很快找到訂單。"

"recently stayed at Oudomsin Hotel in Vang Vieng and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel also features a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Oudomsin Hotel again for my next visit to Vang Vieng. Highly recommended!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! If you read the reviews you will see that many people complain about items being stolen from there bags. I have a strong suspicion this is the cleaners and instead of cleaning they are going through people’s bags. Upon check in we were warned by the receptionist not to leave any valuables in our room and to take them everywhere with us. Which is not what you want to hear at check in. Anyways luckily we listened to the receptionist as we had seen concerning reviews before staying here. Without surprise our bags had been gone through. Luckily nothing was stolen from us as we were smart enough to remove our valuables. However, still leaving an unsettling feeling knowing items were moved in our bags as they got searched, they even left the zipper in the incorrect position after as seen in the image. Despite this issue there were also a lot of ants in our room and the room wasn’t properly cleaned any time the cleaners entered the room as there were stains left on the counters and floors and I expect the cleaners were too busy trying to steal stuff. Despite these issues it is not the worst place and the location is good but I think if they just got new trustworthy cleaners then this place would be so much better."

Honestly, when I first arrived, I thought, “Oh no, I’m canceling my booking right now.” But thankfully, they let me see the room before check-in and even offered a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied. In the end, I decided to stay for the two nights since I figured it would be okay. Now, I won’t lie—the exterior of the hotel looks a bit worn, but don’t let that fool you! Inside, it’s spotless and conveniently located near a plethora of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. I booked an exhilarating hot air balloon ride for $120 through the hotel for the next day, and it was absolutely unforgettable. I also had my heart set on visiting the Nahm Xai viewpoint but didn’t want to venture out alone. The staff went out of their way to help me find an English-speaking tour guide, and when that didn’t pan out, Khamla from the front desk stepped in. She graciously offered to be my guide on her day off! She hiked with me up to the viewpoint, snapped photos, and made sure I was safe and sound every step of the way. In the end, I couldn't have been happier with my decision to stay. The service here is truly top tier, making this hotel experience one I won’t forget!"

"Probably the best value for its price. I great lounge zone with tables, the hotel is new. The owner and the manager guy are always trying to be helpful, very responsible. The hotel is super clean, they provide all the services starting from bus tickets and motorbike rental to hot air balloon and blue lagoon tours. Though there’s a better price for the buggy rent in the other places. I had a gigantic cockroach in my room once, I told the stuff they were very concerned, gave me poison and offered to change the room. Since I demolished the gigantic cockroach I haven’t seen any since but you have to remember that you are in Vangvieng, the insects are everywhere you can reduce the risk by keeping your door closed and keeping the light on"

Beautiful views 100%. Breakfast same every morning but not very bad. Room not 100% clean. Toilet door can not lock and the room door very annoying complicated to open. My bad on the pillow and on bed/sheets I find a lot of hair also on the floor. The bed not well made. The lift very slow. But the guy in reception very friendly and helpful. The building too old,the picture in trip.com and reality very different.

My friend and I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel in Vang Vieng, and it truly was an unforgettable experience. The hotel offered a breathtaking view that set the perfect backdrop for our getaway. One morning, we were treated to the magical sight of hot air balloons drifting across the sky, adding an extra layer of wonder to our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, providing easy access to local restaurants and cultural sights. The friendly and attentive staff ensured our comfort throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. Mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive it's a new hotel, everything is quite clean, you have your own balcony and all that for a decent price. Location is good as it's a bit outside the noisy party area but not too far, so you're still kinda in the centre. But a few negative things to point out: you have two large glass window walls on the front and back, that's not everyone's taste. You also have a bathtub with large window and good view however the hotel is designed in a way that the neighbour can also look into your bathtub from their balcony from just 1 meter distance, awkward. Also the water is not properly hot, just 40 degrees maximum, so it's not possible to have a proper bath anyways. Toilet flush didn't work. The light switches are so strange because some work with a mechanic switch and some work with a sensor hat reacts to your movements, staff didn't tell me and I took a long time to figure out. Look, no one uses this and it's inconvenient for the guests, just use normal light switches and ideally label them. Then there is the breakfast, coffee machine was broken down and the food was mediocre at best. Staff was friendly and tried their best. Would I book again? Actually yea maybe, it has a certain value proposition but from the details you can see that a lot of potential has been missed by questionable design choices or lack of maintenance.

Feel like having fresh mango for breakfast? The fruit selection at the buffet is epic. They have fresh coffee and mango smoothies. The rooms are beautiful, amazing view, bottled water, toothbrushes, even face towels. Quiet air conditioning and there's a ceiling fan too. The beds are comfortable - we got a triple room with 3 single beds- and the power points are right next to the beds. Overall, our favourite hotel for the trip. Oh and the pool is great. We spent an afternoon drinking beer on the beach chairs and swimming. *We got our own tuktuk back to the train station for 30k each instead of the 50k offered by the hotel.

The place located a bit far from Vangvieng city center but it's a perfect place for staycation. We went there on week day so there's not a lot of people stay in the hotel which is very good for our group. Hotel have a wonderful view of mountain and river for us to just sit and stair at it, but if you prefer to swim can go ahead! Staff are very friendly and ready to help, 100% satisfy with all service. We contacted hotel staff before our visit so they turn on the AC ready before our arrival. We also met two lovely siberian husky there too!

This hotel felt quite run down. We arrived to the lobby with two old mattresses leaning against the wall. The room was big and had lovely views, however, the door had cracks in it that you could see through to the hallway and hear everything going on outside the room. The bathroom is in need of desperate repair. The AC roared loudly on and off all night, the metal from the AC rattled the windows. The sheets did not fully cover the mattress (just a loose sheet on top of the bare mattress, so in the night I found myself touching the old mattress with my hand). White duvet had stains. Pool was really nice with river views, definitely the highlight of our stay. We went elsewhere for breakfast after seeing what was offered. Staff were helpful in booking a tuk tuk and storing our luggage for the day.

Probably the best value for its price. I great lounge zone with tables, the hotel is new. The owner and the manager guy are always trying to be helpful, very responsible. The hotel is super clean, they provide all the services starting from bus tickets and motorbike rental to hot air balloon and blue lagoon tours. Though there’s a better price for the buggy rent in the other places. I had a gigantic cockroach in my room once, I told the stuff they were very concerned, gave me poison and offered to change the room. Since I demolished the gigantic cockroach I haven’t seen any since but you have to remember that you are in Vangvieng, the insects are everywhere you can reduce the risk by keeping your door closed and keeping the light on

Excellent Stay at Kinton Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at Kinton Hotel. The place is packed with amenities and the service is truly top-notch. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. One huge plus is their self-service laundry and dryer – super useful, especially if you’re doing outdoor activities or a longer trip. The food was quite good, and the cleanliness was exceptional. On the first day, our room was accidentally missed during cleaning, but they immediately sent someone up as soon as we let them know – great responsiveness. I also booked via Trip.com, where it mentioned late checkout. The hotel honored that without hesitation, which I really appreciated. For a city that’s full of parties and adventures, it’s great to come back to a comfortable, clean, and calm hotel like this. The price is very reasonable for what you get – maybe even a bit more value than you pay for. If you’re visiting Vang Vieng, I highly recommend staying here. 👍
