This hotel is grand and spacious, consistently welcoming a large number of guests throughout our six-night stay. The staff were exceptional—efficient, attentive, and impeccably professional. We were thoroughly impressed by the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Café teams. Without hesitation, I would choose to stay here again on any future visit to Taipei. Truly deserving of 5 stars

Room is nice. Hotel has a good location &pool and breakfast. Staff speaks English well. The only minus is that there is a some cleanliness problem. The bathroom partially dirty or even moldy. In total still absolutely recommendable if you are not to picky regarding the cleaniness of the bathroom

Parkview Hotel Hualien offers a relaxing and scenic stay just minutes from the city center. Surrounded by lush greenery and mountain views, the hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The hotel features great facilities, including a large swimming pool, gym, and a generous breakfast buffet. It’s also family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play. A great choice for both leisure and business travelers visiting Hualien.

價格符合過一夜的水準。 肉眼可見的舊跟髒污但不影響住宿。 床上棉被有菸燙出的洞，床前的沙發已經髒舊到我大概只敢放東西不敢坐上去。浴缸底部磁磚有破裂脫落。 坪數很大、看得出來是有用心設計過的旅館， 但沒有維護的很好。

The two queen beds in the room is smaller than expected (we measured the two beds at 150cm x 188cm) The rooms and inside the hotel can be cleaner as it is a “5 star” hotel. The food at Thai Restaurant is normal (nothing special). The salad bar at the morning buffet is good. I think the location is good. The parking lot is far…. You might have to walk 5 minutes back to the front entrance if the parking spots at the front are taken (usually are and we went during low season). Overall, this hotel offers its services and products like a 4 star hotel rather than “5 stars”.

We were on the 11th floor that provided thrilling rides and views in the elevator. The laundry facility was clean, inexpensive and efficient. There’s an auditorium, very nice for community events. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many selections of both Asian and Western choices, all of it delicious. The fitness area is very nice and I wish we’d had time to enjoy the spa. The city views were nice and we could almost see the ocean. Robes and slippers were cozy. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel’s location and the lake view are the best. The family room was spacious and generally clean. However due to old carpets on most surfaces, it does look unclean sometimes. We were glad to have a swimming pool for our kids albeit the water was rather cold (and we are used to cold swimming water in Europe). The reception is kind and friendly and efficient.  The restaurant at site serves good breakfast and delicious set menu dinner (huge kids menu portion, we shared one for two kids aged 6 & 8 with good appetite)

It was a nice stay. And as foodie person breakfast was good yet the’re only bit limited choices of food for foreign people. This may serve a constructive criticism for improvements. But overall the service was good.

Superb hotel close to a secluded beach. Room are spacious enough for a small family and cleanliness is on top too. Much recommended as a gateway near hualien, for a peaceful time with a great scenery around.
