During my stay in Hirugami No-Mori, Ito-San went above and beyond to ensure that our experience at your onsen/hotel was a memorable one. Despite the language barrier, Ito-san's attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me in navigating the area made a significant difference in my stay. Her use of Google Translate to communicate with us was impressive and demonstrated her dedication to providing top-notch service. I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills, which were evident in every interaction I had with her. Her talent is remarkable, and I hope that your hotel will continue to support and develop her professionally. Please convey my heartfelt appreciation to Ito-san, and please recognize her outstanding work. She is a true asset to your onsen/hotel, and I look forward to visiting again in the future. The facilities were what stood out at this hotel, from the complimentary red bean soup and crackers post-ski, to the beautiful public and private onsen with free ice pop and coffee milk, to the ping-pong table that our boys enjoyed in the evening. We booked the evening meals package with Ctrip which made it very convenient to have dinner in the hotel. The food was delicious although there was too much of it and it took 90mn to complete the course. I wish there was a casual Japanese restaurant onsite. The two bedroom junior suite gave a lot of extra space and privacy 👍🏻. What we found strange was that our room was ready by 1:30pm and our luggages were in but we weren’t allowed in until 3pm. Please make a conscious effort not to loose the hotel key card as they charge ¥3,000 for a lost keycard. That last note put a dim on our otherwise great stay.

I don't understand the bad reviews for the hotel. It's exactly as on the pictures and even as vegetarian we had no issues at the breakfast buffet! It's directly connected to the slopes and also has a ski rental shop (attention: they don't have goggles and gloves for rent). On the slopes you have a ski school too! So really perfect for a few days of skiing.

Hotel Tangram provides a unforgettable experience with its exotic location next to a ski/snowboard facility, to have supreme services and the thing. I remember most except the skiing part is the onsen, the onsen provides a lovely arrange of tubs various sizes which consume of eg: cold bath tubs indoor warm tubs and an outdoor tub especially if you are lucky there might be snow raining in to the tub and you can witness a special surpirse. overall I believe coming here is a good choice and can guaranteer you a good stay.

A beautiful ryokan that offers a respite from the crowds at the monkey pool. The service was flawless, the food was amazing and the onsen a highlight for my partner. I liked the snow-covered garden and the view of the mountains from my balcony. Be aware that the ryokan is family friendly so you may be eating your nine-course kaiseki to the sounds of screaming toddlers.

這一家酒店是在離青田車站很遠的一座山上，一定要坐他們的接駁車，一定要提前預約！！酒店是早上9點跟下午2點固定的接駁車時間，其他一定要提前兩天跟酒店去約。酒店是剛剛反省裝修好的設施都挺新的~但是附近真的什麼都沒有，晚飯跟早餐一定要在酒店吃，價格還挺貴的，晚飯是自助餐，一個人7000日元，吃的種類還算可以，牛肉也還不錯😁不是滑雪季節來，其實娛樂項目有點少

Loved every moment of our stay here. Buffet food and the onsen was really nice bonus right after a skiing session . Room was small but we only went back to the room for sleep so no complaints. My only complaint is it’s hard get to Iiyama between 9-3 pm and after 5pm since shuttle bus stops so plan accordingly or get a rental ca

酒店距輕井澤站車程十五分鐘，有接送站班車，輕井澤站南口升降梯下來，可以看到酒店接送區域，注意查找一下，沒有的話衹能打車前往，我下午二點到的提前辦了入住，這是一個大型古堡式度假村，我的房間有小陽台，院內鮮花盛開，雖然不是淺間山景但也不錯，温店和萬平比經營管理已經不在線了，之前應該是很好的度假村，現在因為陳舊體量大經營水平低生意一般，有勉強維持的感覺，我坐在房裡一看到處明顯的灰塵，酒店衞生打掃衹是面上過得去離日式清潔很遠了，不是換房的問題，房間色調老舊，板材傢俱很有年代感又低檔，仔細一看到處積灰，我居然在日本酒店擦了半小時的灰塵才坐得下去。酒店環境優美有三個小教堂，園藝打理在線的，月季花打理得非常好，衹是沒到季節，散步走走非常愜意，鳥語花香。酒店有二個温泉區，公共温泉有張券可以在旁邊餐廳喝杯飲料，兩個温泉都非常好，值得泡，晚餐是西餐這個價格來説是很出色的，早餐自助一般般。如果不含餐晚餐可以吃公共温泉旁的蕎麥麪，也有咖啡廳，早餐就沒有吃的了，也沒便利店，房間設施説衣櫃裏有保險箱打開沒有，窗簾一整個大漏光早醒，二樓温泉和觀景大露台的茶水吧提供的東西很差，尤其咖啡機到處亂濺做出的卡布其諾沒奶味咖啡也好難喝，十一點退房十一點十分有交通車到車站，可惜了周邊那麼好的環境比英迪格好太多了但經營不善，這個狀況衹可能越來越差直至倒閉。
