DO NOT STAY HERE! If you read the reviews you will see that many people complain about items being stolen from there bags. I have a strong suspicion this is the cleaners and instead of cleaning they are going through people’s bags. Upon check in we were warned by the receptionist not to leave any valuables in our room and to take them everywhere with us. Which is not what you want to hear at check in. Anyways luckily we listened to the receptionist as we had seen concerning reviews before staying here. Without surprise our bags had been gone through. Luckily nothing was stolen from us as we were smart enough to remove our valuables. However, still leaving an unsettling feeling knowing items were moved in our bags as they got searched, they even left the zipper in the incorrect position after as seen in the image. Despite this issue there were also a lot of ants in our room and the room wasn’t properly cleaned any time the cleaners entered the room as there were stains left on the counters and floors and I expect the cleaners were too busy trying to steal stuff. Despite these issues it is not the worst place and the location is good but I think if they just got new trustworthy cleaners then this place would be so much better.

Had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Mountain View Resort. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable. A great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views 100%. Breakfast same every morning but not very bad. Room not 100% clean. Toilet door can not lock and the room door very annoying complicated to open. My bad on the pillow and on bed/sheets I find a lot of hair also on the floor. The bed not well made. The lift very slow. But the guy in reception very friendly and helpful. The building too old,the picture in trip.com and reality very different.

New modern hotel, located in the center of the town. Rooms a bit small but essential, with a nice design and beds are comfortable. Serious issue with water pump, interrupting water or working at very low pressure throughout the day. Swimming pool is great. Breakfast is ok, a bit basic. Great potential, but big room for improvement. Nice view from the room

recently stayed at Oudomsin Hotel in Vang Vieng and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel also features a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Oudomsin Hotel again for my next visit to Vang Vieng. Highly recommended!

Bu otelin konumu çok iyi. Personel çok cana yakın. Birçok şey için rezervasyon yapmama yardımcı olan bir Vietnamlı vardı. Dağlara kısmi manzaralı tek kişilik bir oda ayırtmıştım, sonra bir gece daha kalırsam odamı aynı fiyata Deluxe odaya yükseltebileceklerini söylediler ve aman Tanrım, yeni odada jakuzi, balkon ve dağlara TAM manzara vardı. Çok etkileyiciydi! Bu deluxe oda çok güzeldi, klima ve internet ***et iyi çalışıyordu. Bunu takdir ettim. Kahvaltı dahildi ve çok çeşitli yiyecekler vardı. Ayrıca kahve makinesi var ve kapuçino alabilirsiniz. Odada su ve sabun veriyorlar. Ayrıca çamurlu bir yürüyüşten sonra ayakkabılarımı temizlediler. Vang Vieng'e tekrar gelirsem burada kalacağımı düşünüyorum. İlk fotoğraflar tek kişilik odadan. Deluxe odadaki fotoğraflar, yolun yukarıdan görüldüğü fotoğraftan başlıyor. The best hotel in Vang Vieng with a convenient location and beautiful mountain views.  The room is equipped with expensive furniture made of real Lao wood. A basket with towels is provided for visiting the pool.  A variety of breakfasts, both European and Chinese. On the terrace above the river, you can dine with a beautiful view and watch the soaring balloons and sunset. We stayed on New Year's Eve, and the general manager Pethantat Polsena organized a gala dinner with great dishes, champagne, a raffle and fireworks. Excellent guest oriented staff and excellent service!

Let me tell you, this hotel deserves to pay its staff triple! Khamla truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay, and her kindness left me speechless. Honestly, when I first arrived, I thought, “Oh no, I’m canceling my booking right now.” But thankfully, they let me see the room before check-in and even offered a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied. In the end, I decided to stay for the two nights since I figured it would be okay. Now, I won’t lie—the exterior of the hotel looks a bit worn, but don’t let that fool you! Inside, it’s spotless and conveniently located near a plethora of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. I booked an exhilarating hot air balloon ride for $120 through the hotel for the next day, and it was absolutely unforgettable. I also had my heart set on visiting the Nahm Xai viewpoint but didn’t want to venture out alone. The staff went out of their way to help me find an English-speaking tour guide, and when that didn’t pan out, Khamla from the front desk stepped in. She graciously offered to be my guide on her day off! She hiked with me up to the viewpoint, snapped photos, and made sure I was safe and sound every step of the way. In the end, I couldn't have been happier with my decision to stay. The service here is truly top tier, making this hotel experience one I won’t forget!

Probably the best value for its price. I great lounge zone with tables, the hotel is new. The owner and the manager guy are always trying to be helpful, very responsible. The hotel is super clean, they provide all the services starting from bus tickets and motorbike rental to hot air balloon and blue lagoon tours. Though there’s a better price for the buggy rent in the other places. I had a gigantic cockroach in my room once, I told the stuff they were very concerned, gave me poison and offered to change the room. Since I demolished the gigantic cockroach I haven’t seen any since but you have to remember that you are in Vangvieng, the insects are everywhere you can reduce the risk by keeping your door closed and keeping the light on

Good Budget hotel in central Vang Vieng. Nice breakfast buffet. Great views from balcony. Don't miss Sunrise from the public balcony on the 8th floor. You can watch Hot-Air Balloons ascend. Hotel can arrange motorcycle rental. (No license required!)
