Loved this hotel with the sea view. Could sleep listening to the ocean. Breakfast was good. Only downside was having to pay extra to use the sauna.

Just managed to book this for 1 day for my birthday weekendfor myself and my daughter and wished I had booked it for the entire duration of my 6 day stay in Portugal. Clean, peaceful, pool was crystal clear, staff were friendly. d I somehow managed to get it for a very competitive price, not the usual rate. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk! Szépen felújított szoba, nagyon kényelmes az ágy. Mindig volt elegendő napágy a medence körül. Kiváló reggeli, a vacsora is nagyon rendben volt. Mindig találtunk parkolót. Ami nem tetszett: a tengerpartra nagyon sok lépcsőfokon lehet lejutni, ahol se wc ,se zuhanyhazó se napágy nincs. A fürdőszoba mosdóján nincs törölköző tartó, marad a kilincs ,ajtó teteje stb. A teraszajtó nyitásánál vigyázni kell ugyanis a fogantyú amivel kinyitod teljesen becsúszik a fix része mögé és hát ha nem figyelsz nagyon tud fájni.

Our family room window is much higher than normal level, we can’t see the outside view , when we open the shade, there is a staff walkway just a floor above ours. So we even can’t open the shade to enjoy daylight due to privacy. I believe other rooms won’t have this issue, but still not good for us. ❌ Everyday have different iced welcome drink in reception. ✅ Small pool but not busy, free without booking from 8am-8pm ✅ Our room has mini-kitchen, electronic cooker and hood ✅ Refrigerator is cold enough for really cold drinks.✅ No refill of bottle water and no mini- bar❌ No clean up of cutlery❌ Shower with good temperature range and enough pressure.✅ Just 2 pin sockets, no USB. ❌ Hotel location is PERFECT👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.Plenty of restaurants around. At the middle of famous attractions. 2 Supermarkets and self laundry around. ✅✅✅ Plenty of nice Algarve wall artwork.✅ Nice breakfast buffet ✅

One of the best stays in Europe vacation.. view was stunning and enjoyed every bit of our time there.. breakfast spread was amazing and sparkling wine included was cherry on top.. highly recommended ..unfortunately pool was under renovation during our however no complaints since the weather was too cold to enjoy swimming pool

Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

Overall it is a solid 4.5 star hotel and experience. The location is unbeatable, with breath-taking beach and sea view just off the front desk, as well as our beach room. The beach room is highly recommended for someone into the ocean view. The facility and staff are great. The Mercado even sells medicine (we got Gasvicon) which my wife could use the day we were there. The only downside that makes it not a full 5 star is that the room, decoration, and furniture are a bit outdated.

I cannot fault this hotel at all. From the check-in to checkout we had a lovely stay, the room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, it was spotless as was the well equipped bathroom. Also I was surprised that the breakfast was so good, ripe fruit, cereals, pastries, meats and a hot selection too. I was extremely impressed with this hotel, I have stayed in other hotels which cost a lot more and they weren’t as good as this.

I have been staying at another hotel in the area a few times each year for the past 3 years,  however having been asked twice at checkout for a tip from the front office staff, I was simply appalled and decided to check out Ria Park.  An absolutely fantastic of hotel and extremely worthy of its five star.  From the concierge to the front of house, waiting and housekeeping staff and pool service… Myself and both of my daughters (in theur20’s)  had an absolutely wonderful time and plan to return again very  soon.
