"Service, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China. If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed . By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !"

"The Hilton Shijiazhuang is very well located in the city centre and not too far from major places and close to metro stations. Will come back to this hotel for sure next time when visiting Shijiazhuang."

"Basically didn't get anything I booked the hotel for.The  room I was given faced the alley way. Bathroom was mouldy and unpleasant with sewage smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the exhaust fan going constantly to try and vent the smell out. As with a lot of Hotels the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent. I booked a QueenRoom with window facing the river. If you want to choose this Hotel you'd better demand to see the room first so you don't get the ones in need of desperate renovations."

"不愧是雄安排名榜首的五星級酒店，中國園林式風格，置身其中彷彿置身蘇州。酒店非常有特色，有橋有湖心亭有一個微波蕩漾的湖。國賓級別的環境。 服務：服務非常的一流。嗯，這已經是第2次入住了上一次入住的時候覺得他們的房型非常的適合一家子老少一起出門一起入住，他們有家庭聯通房，有一個廳，然後有兩個卧室，這樣大家都有各自的空間，非常的好。嗯，然後在前廳加了邱經理的微信，提前預訂了房間。邱經理的服務非常到位，他對酒店房型配置非常清楚，很好的回答了我關於房型預訂的問題，充分體現了專業性。老顧客第2次入住的時候還送了水果，還可以申請升級房型和寶寶的浴袍啊。寶寶的拖鞋呀，寶寶的床為呀啊這家酒店的服務真是非常的親子，非常適合親子服務，很貼心，很人性化。"

"Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's."

"該酒店位置比較好據避暑山莊，步行15分鐘就可以到了。客房佈局還可以，衞生間差點。賓館的前台。設定。工作人員的。着裝。都非常規範。像正規賓館的樣子。但是表面相。骨子裡不像。接待不熱情。不主動介紹自己賓館裡頭的餐飲。停車場啊。一副愛搭不理的樣子。攜程上説。可以免費停車，我停在他門口，他説停那兒可以，結果收費的來，收了13塊錢，大概是三小時。這不是錢的事兒。是工作素質的事兒。所以不要丟了，避暑山莊，承德服務業的面子。 最後讓我的車停在人行道上，兩邊都是樹，倒進去還真要點功夫"

"評分必須要給滿，想説的話很多，真不知道怎麼開頭。訂房的時候沒有做功課，看到諾岸是25年剛開業的，就直接選擇了一家新開的酒店。去之前給前台打電話諮詢了一些擔心的問題，都得到了確切的回覆，酒店管家提前一天就致電添加了我的微信聯繫方式，服務態度非常好。提前跟管家客服溝通説要去阿那亞過生日，管家美女幫我準備了客房內的生日佈置，還有手寫生日祝福卡片，贈送了生日禮遇精釀啤酒，生日當天還送了神祕的套盒，在這裏不跟大家透露了，非常高興在生日當天收到最貼心的生日禮物。還送了我四宮格水果禮盒，實名感謝我的酒店管家薩大王女士。酒店裝修設計很新穎，風格是暗黑系，房間內設施完善，還有bose的藍牙音響，有小冰箱，免費的零食吧跟飲料。酒店全套洗護都是手手牌，很喜歡酒店配備的手手牌護手霜跟洗手液，香香噠很愛用。這幾日出行都有24小時接駁車，去九期還有免費的巴士🚌接送。司機師傅跟接駁車小帥哥都很和善。每天都嘗試不同的餐廳，沒有踩雷的都很好吃，感謝所有的工作人員的辛勤付出，致力打造出專業 高效 優質 一流的服務水準。感謝你們讓我度過了一個很難忘的生日，最後我真心的祝福 諾岸左右酒店：駿業宏開、客似雲來！"

"Good: 1. Location is amazing, you can ski directly from the building entrance. 2. Warm room, central heating, large windows with nice view, overall good. 3. Locker for the ski equipment. Other: 1. NO towel, they provide disposable towels only, which is a bit weird, had to buy towels in a nearby shop. 2. Breakfast is just frozen dumplings in the freezer, if I would know before, would book a room without breakfast. 3. Need to access room through WeChat with 200rmb deposit. So tricky if you don’t speak Chinese. Overall, knowing those flaws, would prepare in advance, but its a good place to stay, would book again in future."
