"I had a wonderful stay at Habsburg Hotel near Sofia Church on Harbin’s Central Street. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic St. Sophia Cathedral and right in the heart of the historic Zhongyang (Central) Street pedestrian area. This made it incredibly convenient to explore Harbin’s beautiful European-style architecture, shops, restaurants, and evening lights without needing transportation. The hotel itself has a charming, elegant atmosphere that fits perfectly with the historic surroundings. My room was clean, warm, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated given Harbin’s cold weather. The bed was cozy, the heating worked perfectly, and the room was well-maintained with all the essential amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the view and proximity to Sofia Church—waking up and stepping outside to see such a beautiful landmark was a memorable experience. The hotel also offers great photo spots nearby, especially at night when the area is beautifully illuminated. Breakfast at the hotel was a great way to start the day. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of Chinese and Western options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area was comfortable and pleasant in the morning. It was very convenient to enjoy a warm breakfast before heading out to explore Central Street. I would also like to give a special thanks to one of the staff members, Jenny, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She kindly prepared a cute drink for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Her warm service really made our stay feel extra special and added a personal touch to the experience. Another staff member at the laundry room was also extremely kind and helpful. When one of my clothes was accidentally damaged, they patiently helped repair it for me. I really appreciated the effort and kindness—it showed how much the staff care about their guests. Overall, Habsburg Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Harbin who wants to stay in the most iconic and convenient location. It combines comfort, charm, good breakfast, and excellent service with unbeatable access to the city’s most famous attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Harbin."

"The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided."

As the single bed weren't quite 120cm as published, the hotel gave us a room upgrade with free breakfast with a small sum, which we were truly grateful. "Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!"

It perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, making for a memorable winter getaway. First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home. The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond. When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious. In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. "We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. Heater works well. Room is smoke free. The only downside is waiting time for lift requires 1-3 min extra as hotel has only 1 lift."

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. We had a great stay here. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Sun Yu, who was truly exceptional. He brought us around town, explained the local history, and even took us to watch the sunrise and the big drum despite the cold weather. His warmth and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. It was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails. They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5)

I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.
