Love the 5-Star feel - big & functional fresh-looking room (including its bath tub), bell hop service, housekeeping & overall hotel outlook. Location is very central with many restaurants and shopping around, and New Yaohan departmental store with a good foodcourt is just next door. Free shuttle buses to/from Galaxy, City of Dreams, The Parisian, Grand Lisboa Palace make their frequrnt stops behind/next to Grand Emperor. Walkable (15-20mins) to Ruins of St. Paul’s and its surrounding museum, fort, shopping, food streets. There’s also nearby lovely Nam Van Lake (with nice lakeside seats and eateries, eg McDonalds and Sei Kee Cafe (yummy Bolo Buns & other foods). For convenient breakfast, Reese Cafe at the hotel lobby fulfills well with nice inexpensive freshly ground coffee. Highly recommend this hotel.

Odayı seçmek için kullandığım oda tipi ”Luxury Royal”dir. Suite”🤩Oda ve banyo alanı oldukça geniştir ancak el duş başlığının su gücü yetersiz ve iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor. Yukarıdaki yağmur duşunda sorun yok, küvet boyutu iki kişiyi barındırabilir. Banyo yaparken Otelin kahvaltı büfesinin çok iyi olduğunu, çok çeşitli yemek seçeneklerinin olduğunu ve denemeye değer olduğunu belirtmeliyim😋

I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot.

Resepsiyonda benim için odayı ayarlayan Sasmine, Senjy ve Liszt, uygun oda tipi olmayınca beni bir oda tipine yükselttiler ve başlangıçtaki mutsuz ruh halim düzeldi. Check-in masasındaki vale de harikaydı! Bir fotoğrafçı olarak otelin fotoğraflarını çekmek için kendi becerilerimi kullandım. Otelin ödünç alınabilecek şemsiyeleri var. Eğlence fabrikası restoranındaki garsonun tavrı çok kötüydü. Really nice hotel and was given a free upgrade due to celebration of a birthday. Staff are really friendly and porters are knowledgeable. Only reason, why this received a 3 for amenities was the fact that you get charged for the use of sauna and steam room. When it’s advertised as part of the amenities and no mention of additional fee on the listing. When I questioned this with staff was told it was free and then was told would need to pay.

Overall, the stay was good, but the downfall was having to pay to use sauna. In the description, it says indoor pool, sauna, spa. Hence I picked this hotel. The indoor pool was free but it was too stuffy and hot, even the staff agreed and they said it was cos of heated pool. But they never fink of opening windows or air conditioning or even fan. When I asked where the sauna is, usually it's in changing room but they say it's in spa and we had to pay $180 per person for each session. This is the first time I had to pay. I know spa you have to pay cos require beautician and staff for service but sauna...😱😱 if I had known you have to pay, I would not consider this hotel. I have never heard I have to pay to use sauna in all my stays in hotel and I have stayed in plenty of hotels since I am a platinum member in Trip.com Apart from not being able to use sauna overall I was happy with the stay. The location is OK, you can kinda walk to other resorts nearby, quicker than using shuttle bus, but still takes at least 10 30 min pending which one you wanna walk to.

Hizmet ***et özenli ve dikkatliydi, hemen çocuklara özel diş fırçası getirildi. Su dünyası çok eğlenceliydi ve çocuklar çok eğlendiler. Otellerde uyumak genelde zordur ama Parisliler rahat ve derin uykudalar. Havaalanına ve iskeleye çok yakın ve sizi almaya gelen ** arabalar var, bu da çok kullanışlı. Eğlence ve alışveriş için istediğiniz yere gitmek de oldukça rahat. Otelin 5. katında alt katta çok lezzetli yemekler var, yemek yemek çok rahat. Bir dahaki sefere fırsatım olursa tekrar geleceğim.
