My stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai Strip and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!

We have an amazing & wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the well-stocked bathroom—was impressive. What stood out the most was the level of care and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready with a smile and thoughtful recommendations. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hizmet ***et özenli ve dikkatliydi, hemen çocuklara özel diş fırçası getirildi. Su dünyası çok eğlenceliydi ve çocuklar çok eğlendiler. Otellerde uyumak genelde zordur ama Parisliler rahat ve derin uykudalar. Havaalanına ve iskeleye çok yakın ve sizi almaya gelen ** arabalar var, bu da çok kullanışlı. Eğlence ve alışveriş için istediğiniz yere gitmek de oldukça rahat. Otelin 5. katında alt katta çok lezzetli yemekler var, yemek yemek çok rahat. Bir dahaki sefere fırsatım olursa tekrar geleceğim.

Sabah 11:30'da otele varıyoruz ve resepsiyona giderek kayıt yaptırıyoruz ve oda anahtarını alıyoruz. Odaya giriş yapamasam da dışarı çıktıktan sonra valizimi bırakıp otele geri dönebildim. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

We always choose only the W Hotel when coming to Macau! This time, as always, it absolutely didn't disappoint us! Such warm hospitality, truly caring for our feelings! Thank you to Ms. Amanda and Ms. Joanne for your thoughtful arrangements, upgrading us and providing enthusiastic hospitality and assistance! The room is as always—clean, hygienic, and comfortable! Macau... I only recommend this hotel!

The walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them. Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!” I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

Makao'ya varıp araçtan indikten sonra yol boyunca yaklaşık 10 dakika yürüyün. Otoparkta bir otel arabası bulunmaktadır. Otele ulaşım yaklaşık 15 dakika sürmektedir. Pazar günü iki gün ve bir gece sürmektedir. küçük bir insan akışı var. Giriş için sıraya girmenize gerek yok. 10 dakikadan fazla bir sürede odaya ulaşabilirsiniz. Odayı seçmek için kullandığım oda tipi ”Luxury Royal”dir. Suite”🤩Oda ve banyo alanı oldukça geniştir ancak el duş başlığının su gücü yetersiz ve iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor. Yukarıdaki yağmur duşunda sorun yok, küvet boyutu iki kişiyi barındırabilir. Banyo yaparken Otelin kahvaltı büfesinin çok iyi olduğunu, çok çeşitli yemek seçeneklerinin olduğunu ve denemeye değer olduğunu belirtmeliyim😋

Amazing service from start to finish, impeccable attention to details from check in, during the stay, and check out. Gym is highly recommended with squat rack, pool is heated during the winter and sauna is also well maintained. Great location highly recommended

Stayed at Altira Macau on my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The room was well prepared, and check-in was smooth. Special thanks to the front desk and concierge team for helping receive my birthday cake and for storing a case of wine that arrived ahead of time, which made the celebration hassle-free. As always, the hotel’s service quality was excellent. The telephone operator was consistently polite and addressed me by name, and every staff member provided sincere and heartfelt service. I would gladly stay again. Overall, Altira Macau maintains a high standard of hospitality, and I highly recommend it for special occasions.
