Absolutely loved our stay at Shangri-La! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the high level of service and attention to detail. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation — everything was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The breakfasts were outstanding — a great variety, fresh products, and even pineapple, which we hadn’t seen in any other hotels during our 10 days across China. The view from the hotel is stunning, and the location is very convenient. There’s a mall right next door, and The Bund is within walking distance, which was perfect for exploring. No complaints at all — truly a luxurious and memorable stay. Highly recommend!

we had a great stay at Jinglai Hotel ! the room was the perfect size, the location was perfect, close to everything ! the staff was able to keep our delivery packages when we were out. the room was comfortable and the shower is big, there’s also a rooftop. however, the breakfast is really mid, even if the breakfast lady was really nice. also, a smell of cigarettes coming from another room could be noticed in our room every day. the last little flaw is about the washing machine, there’s only one for a 8 floors hotel. our stay at this hotel was great and we will come back. but if you’re planning to come, it is important to be aware of these small things

Otel hakkındaki ilk izlenimimiz harikaydı; güler yüzlü personel ve rahat bir ortam bizi girişte karşıladı. Ailem ve benim için uygun bir oda bulmama büyük bir sabır ve istekle yardımcı olan Yuan Huan'a özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Yatak odasının manzarası, pencereler tam boy olduğu için harikaydı. Kahvaltıda da çeşitli seçenekler vardı. 45 numaralı kattaki Epicure'u ziyaret ettiğimde, Şanghay'ın büyüleyici 360 derecelik manzarasıyla şaşırdım. Çevrenizdeki manzaranın tadını çıkarırken böylesine güzel bir yemeğin tadını çıkarıyorsunuz. Salı gecesi 47. kattaki barı ziyaret ettik. Piyanist ve şarkıcının caz ezgileri eşliğinde, hareketli gecenin tadını çıkardım. Otel bana olumlu bir deneyim yaşattı; aile dostu ve rahat. Bu oteli tavsiye ederim! Metronun karşısında yer alıyor ve Pudong Uluslararası Havalimanı T1 ve T2'ye doğrudan bağlanıyor. Yabancı misafirleri veya aile seyahatlerini ağırlamak için ilk tercih.

This is a great place to stay whether you have a long layover in Pudong airport or if you are visiting Disneyland. They have a free shuttle bus from / to the airport which is very convenient even if you arrive late at night. The room is very beautiful, the place is quiet and perfect for a good sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel service is general thoughtful. We asked for medicated oil as my mum was not feeling well, but there wasn't one available. Instead of just saying no, the customer service offered to send us oil essence that would help to improve headaches and stress. And this really helped my mum to feel and sleep better. F&B service staff at Elements and Chinese restaurant were attentive and competent. Generally, we did enjoy our stay in this hotel. Pillows are comfortable and housekeeping always did a thorough job everyday. Views from our rooms are nice and we could see the light up at 6pm everyday. Check-in service could be improved. We had never been kept waiting to check-in before as every hotel we went to made sure the guests don't wait for too long. After waiting in the line for 30mins, I observed that the front desk needs to input alot of information for each guest. Maybe more efficient system and better process flow would help the staff and have less customers complaining. Everyone around was were dismayed by the waiting time. Note that whenever travellers arrive to check in, most are tired and burdened with baggage and want to settle down as soon as possible. Last thing we want is to queue for a long time to check in. Having mentioned that, I would like to give credit to the front desk staff. Despite the pressure from the sounds of grumpy guests waiting in the line, they still handled each guest professionally and attending to all the enquiries patiently. This is not easy. Also, your porter service could be improved also. There are more people standing at the concierge counter indoors, and usually only 1 outside. Which is something I don't understand. During our 4-day stay here, no one helped us at all. Even when we checked out, it was our driver who helped us with our bags. The bell boy chose to help another car who was checking in. Usually we tip bell boy but we had no chance to tip at all here. The corridor to the rooms are mostly carpeted so it is really difficult to drag our luggage. The lifts are spread out along two long rows and I have seen a lady dragging her luggage from one lift to the next lift, and then to the next one cursing because she could not reach each lift in time before the door closed. We felt tired too through our stay here, turning 360 degrees to look out for lift doors opening. We do recommend the hotel for a guaranteed comfortable stay here as it is near to many major shopping malls and attractions and restaurants.

Otel odası kapısının kapanma sesi inanılmaz derecede yüksekti ve kapı çerçevesinde yankılanan bir ”patlama” sesi yaratıyordu. Ses o kadar rahatsız ediciydi ki, gecenin bir yarısı bile sizi uyandırabilirdi. Dün gece saat 2'de, koridorun aşağısındaki farklı odalardan gelen kapıların tekrarlayan ”patlama, patlama, patlama” sesini açıkça duyabiliyordum. Ses yalıtımının olmaması otelin genelinde büyük bir sorun. Sorunlu kapı gürültüsünün ötesinde, üst kattan ve komşu odalardan gelen sesleri de açıkça duyabiliyordum. Bu otelde genel uyku kalitesi gerçekten kötü. Bu gürültü endişelerinin dışında, oteldeki deneyimimin geri kalanı tatmin ediciydi. Ancak, kapının çarpmasının neden olduğu kesintiler ve ses yalıtımının eksikliği, gelecekte burada tekrar kalmaktan çekinmeme neden olurdu. Yumuşak kapanan menteşelere sahip kapılara basit bir değişiklik çok yardımcı olurdu.

Our stay ( December 23 and 24th) was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has exceeded my expectations. My young daughter and I walked a short distance to NanJing street and YuYuan Garden, and the street food market. You walk out of the hotel, cross the intersection and you are on the Bund looking at the Pearl Tower. Our room with double bed and city view of Pearl Tower was very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The stuff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and the breakfast offered great variety of western and Asian cuisine. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again!

It's near to train station, hotel was grand, check in was smooth. Informed the hotel it's for our anniversary and they told us a complimentary cake will be given to us on the check in night but perhaps they forgot, nevertheless they gave a complimentary birthday slice of cake several days later. The shower and toilet bowl pressure were low, informed the front desk and they fixed it the same day and was great after that. Overall a good experience, but not an exceptional one.

We stayed in a Diplomatic Suite, and the experience was exceptional in every way. The suite was spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with impeccable service, complete privacy, and breathtaking views over Shanghai. Staying in the Jin Mao Tower truly gives you the feeling of being above the city — a unique and memorable experience. A special mention goes to **Cloud 9 Bar** on the 87th floor. This is not just a bar, but a place with a warm, cozy, and refined atmosphere where you genuinely want to spend your evenings. The panoramic night views of Shanghai, soft lighting, and perfectly selected music create an outstanding ambiance. The true gem of Cloud 9 is the singer **Nadia** and her friend. Their live performance, energy, and sincerity give the place its soul. Without them, the experience would not be the same — they are what make this bar truly special and unforgettable. Grand Hyatt Shanghai is a perfect combination of prestige, comfort, and emotion. Highly recommended — and Cloud 9 is an absolute must-visit when staying here.

The best hotel, value for money, 5 min shuttle to Disneyland (both ways). FREE shuttle. Very punctual, no delay at all. Departure from Disneyland every 30 minutes in the evening, driver will update us upon drop off in the morning. Parking bays :600 for Novotel shuttle. 10 minutes walk to Disneyland gate. Shuttle from Airport also very punctual, just follow instructions from concierge, need to walk out from international arrival hall to different building, just ask police around, there more than happy to guide you there. 30 minutes ride from airport to Novotel Free mineral water, can request whenever runout on daily basis. We stay for family room for 5 pax, both king size bed. The best thing for Muslim travellers, a local Muslim restaurant open at 630am till 11pm, just in front of Novotel, 1 minutes walk. Nothing can beat this convenient. We heading to The Bund upon checkout, we're taking shuttle too. FREE service. We will come again to Novotel as we not able to complete all the rides in Disneyland (we missed out Zootopia and Seven Dwarf), 90 minutes waiting time even on Jan 6th 2026.
