The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The room rates are exceptionally affordable for the quality you get. The staff are very proactive and eager to help. There is a free shuttle service to Shanghai Disney Resort and Pudong International Airport. The Japanese restaurant on-site is excellent, and there is a minimart located near the hotel for any essentials you may need. If you’re looking for a hotel near Disney or the airport, I highly recommend this place.

The room at Pudong Shangri-La was impressively large and very comfortable, making the stay relaxing and pleasant. Visiting during the festive season was a bonus, as the hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations that added a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The complimentary Chinese dinner at the Osmanthus restaurant was a delightful surprise — the food was delicious and the portions were just right. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to different tastes. However, I was quite disappointed by an incident related to hygiene. I witnessed a pastry server dropping a croissant on the floor and then placing it back onto the tray. This was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I sincerely hope the hotel will place greater emphasis on food hygiene training for their F&B staff, as everything else about the stay was otherwise excellent.

Kulüp odası check-in'i yapmak için 83. kata çıktık. Resepsiyon görevlisi 佳雯 (Shirley) bize yardımcı oldu, kendisi güler yüzlü ve iyi hizmet veriyor. Salondaki yiyecekler sınırlı ama tam bir kahvaltı için yeterince iyi. Saat 17:00'den 20:00'ye kadar olan happy hour'larını çok seviyorum ve sıcak yiyecekler de sunuyorlar! Arkadaşlarıma Grand Hyatt Shanghai'yi ziyaret etmelerini kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim!

We stayed at the hotel and had a pleasant visit. We would like to highlight that the service was excellent, polite, and friendly. We also want to mention that we greatly appreciated the international breakfast selection. The rooms were clean, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. It is worth noting that 张淑婷 and 小季 provided excellent service that made us feel very comfortable during our stay. My recommendation for improvement would be to upgrade the light switches to smarter versions, as well as the curtains and televisions to more modern ones.

we had a great stay at Jinglai Hotel ! the room was the perfect size, the location was perfect, close to everything ! the staff was able to keep our delivery packages when we were out. the room was comfortable and the shower is big, there’s also a rooftop. however, the breakfast is really mid, even if the breakfast lady was really nice. also, a smell of cigarettes coming from another room could be noticed in our room every day. the last little flaw is about the washing machine, there’s only one for a 8 floors hotel. our stay at this hotel was great and we will come back. but if you’re planning to come, it is important to be aware of these small things

Çocuğum altıncı yaş gününü burada kutladı. Şanghay'a üçüncü gelişimdi ve hep burada kaldım. Birçok güzel anım var. Otel ayrıca ona bir doğum günü pastası gönderecek kadar düşünceli davrandı. Çocuğumun sınıf arkadaşı da orada olduğu için otel ona iki pasta verdi. İki çocuk da harika vakit geçirdi. Çok teşekkür ederim.

I am a frequent visitor to Shanghai, but this is my 1st times staying in this hotel featuring an architectural design with classical Chinese gardens and royalty architecture in Shanghai. The interior design combines Chinese traditional elements with a modern and elegant style. We booked 2 Yulan Twin room for 3 nights. Upon arrival at Pudong Airport, we were picked up by the hotel arranged VIP van. At the hotel, we were greeted with warm welcome by handsome concierge, Rich Yan (李泳言） patiently explained to us the hotel surrounding and arrange us the bus pickup to SH Disneyland. We spent a half day with Mr Liu, a professional photographer taking some free photo shootings in the hotel. Happy with Liu’s great works, we end up took some family photos. It is a memorable and enjoyable stay in Royal Garden. Nothing else around the hotel, Line 2 Metro station is a walking distance from the hotel, we took the subway to ChuanSha station to look for food and shopping. Breakfast is really good, plenty of choices. In short, this is the best hotel with 5-star environment and a great hotel for relaxation. I will come back soon.

Great location!! You can walk to the bund within 7 minutes. The room size was ok with very comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Also have the heater in the room. We do enjoy the hotel breakfast, especially yoghurt; recommend! :) The hotel staff provided excellent service and were very helpful in every way. Special thanks to Mr. Max Ren, who speaks very good English and assisted us with great care. He gave us helpful recommendations and even helped arrange a car to the airport. We were very impressed with our stay. If we return to Shanghai, we will definitely stay here again ❤️

The service is really good. Arrival late in the night but was pleasantly surprised for an upgrade to King Size Room. My birthday was on one of the days of the stay, the hotel gifted me a cake (not a slice but a cake). The staff is helpful throughout my stay. Location wise, it is superb. Line 13 is just at the door step, Line 1 is about 5 min’s walk. There is a shopping belt along Huaihai road. The lobby has a locker system to allow food delivery, try it. I would highly recommend this place.
