Exceptionally surprised by how beautiful the resort was. The entire property was well-maintained, peaceful, and even nicer than expected. The service was truly top-notch — the staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights was the complimentary lounge access, which offered free snacks and drinks. It was a really nice touch and made the stay feel even more relaxing. The ocean view from the resort was also stunning and added to the overall experience. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were surprisingly affordable considering the quality and variety. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well worth it. The pools were just as impressive — clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, super close to the airport, but also to the city center, it’s like 15 mins walking distance and 20 mins to airport by monorail, so it is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, considering the language barrier, they still tried to communicate with us and at the moment of our stay, they were offering guests Blue Seal ice cream :). The room was small, like it is typical in Japan, but it was OK for us and it was clean, with a modern decoration. They also offer guests different amenities, which can be find at the lobby and pajamas that they leave in the room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay :) (P.S: Pic looks weird because I quickly edited my bf out🤪)

ペンションということで、アットホームな雰囲気があって、ゆったりできました。 テレビの電波が悪いとかの説明がありましたが、テレビ見に行ってないのでほとんど見なかったので気になりませんでした。それよりもお部屋が広々としてるのがgoodで、コスパよかったです。 お部屋にウッドデッキがあって、そこにハンモックがあって、のんびりできるのが意外とよかったです。また、海のレジャーの季節に行けたらなーと思っています。

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return.

ANA was an amazing hotel, and our stay in Okinawa was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch and so relaxing, making our trip even more enjoyable. The area was beautiful, and the views from our room were breathtaking.   A highlight was PST Pizza, which was delicious and conveniently located right by the beach. The breakfast was really good and worth it. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!

From impeccably executed Okinawa classics to inspired international offerings, the gastronomic range was nothing short of remarkable. The quality of ingredients was patently evident in each dish, reflecting the kitchen's dedication to sourcing premium produce. The exclusive lounge service elevated our stay to extraordinary heights, providing a sanctuary of refined comfort accompanied by attentive yet discreet service. The curated selection of refreshments and light fare throughout the day ensured guests remained splendidly catered for between mealtimes—a thoughtful touch that exemplifies genuine hospitality. Perhaps most noteworthy was the exceptional staff performance across all departments. Room service was delivered with flawless precision and genuine warmth, whilst the housekeeping team maintained immaculate standards with remarkable efficiency. The front-of-house personnel displayed particular resourcefulness in facilitating car park tickets, navigating potential complexities with ease and ensuring guests experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. The Southwest Grand Hotel stands as a paragon of contemporary hospitality, where exceptional physical attributes are matched by equally impressive service standards. Their collective commitment to guest satisfaction ensures this establishment remains a distinguished choice for the discerning traveller.

The room is big, we book one room for 5 people, they provide 5 beds for us. The washing machine and dryer machine are free. Only need to pay laundry soap. The car park is free also. Overall, my kids and all of us really like the hotel.

I stayed here back in 2010 but there was a storm so didn’t get to enjoy much but luckily this time around the weather was nicer and a bit cooler out which was nice. The hotel is old but has a lot of history and feels like you’re in the rainforest. I recommend staying here if you don’t mind a bit outdated stuff unless they renovated most of it I’m not sure. Food is amazing as always and there’s many restaurants nearby to walk to if you don’t want the hotel restaurants.
