Spa İçeren Mekke Bölgesi, Suudi Arabistan Otelleri

Kompleksteki diğer otellere oldukça benziyor. Daha modern bir mobilya stiline sahip olmasıyla farklılaşıyor; diğer yerel oteller ise daha eski-zarif bir stile yönelmiş. Otel, Four Point'ten daha iyi bir hizmet sunuyor çünkü odada ütü vb. mevcut. Ancak kahvaltı, yakınlardaki otellere göre iki kattan fazla pahalı, bu yüzden Park Inn'de kahvaltı yapmadım.

Her şey mükemmeldi. Resepsiyondaki kızlar harikaydı. Bir oda ayırmıştım ve bizi yükselttiler ve manzarası olmayan bir süit verdiler. Çok mutluydum çünkü bir süit istiyordum ve rezervasyondan sonra bile bir tane bulamadım. Tanrıya şükür, kolaylaştırıldı.  Mekan çok temiz, mükemmel ve Haram'a çok yakın. 5 dakika yürüyüp Haram avlusuna ulaşana kadar merdivenlerden aşağı iniyorsunuz.  Odaları temizlemekle görevli vardiya hariç, ilk gün duş jeli istedim ve oda temizlendi ve havlular değiştirildi. Sığınağa gittik ve geri döndüğümüzde odalar temizlenmemişti. Ertesi gün onları aradım ve havlu istediğimi söyledim ve oda temizlendi. Değiştirilen havluları geri verdik ve yatak ayarlandı, neyse, her şey yerli yerindeydi. Oturma odasındaki yastıklar yere atılmıştı. Kahve fincanları yıkanmıştı ama televizyonun yanındaki yerlerine geri koymamıştı. Temizlik görevlisi sanki ”Havluları değiştirdiğim için Tanrıya şükür. Gerisi size kalmış.” diyordu. Çalışanın işinin kalitesiyle ilgili tek olumsuz şey buydu. Telefonu açan vardiya lideri duş jeli istediğime şaşırmıştı. Olmadığını söyledi. Duvarda olmadığını söyledim ve eczaneden almak için aşağı indim. Onları beklemedim. Önemli olan onlara geri dönmem, evet onlara geri dönüyorum, özellikle de çok yakın ve temiz olduğu için. Kahvaltısız rezervasyon yaptırdığımız için yemekleri denemedik.

- Genel deneyim çok iyiydi. - Hizmet mükemmeldi. - Olanaklar: Otopark iyi ve makul ücretli, ancak servis otobüsü ihtiyaç duyulan her zaman mevcut değildi. - Yemekler fena değildi ama lezzetli değildi. - Kısmi Haram manzarası beklediğim gibi değildi, aslında bir inşaat alanı (fotoğrafa bakın)

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

Fairmont otelini seviyorum! Birkaç kez burada bulundum, rahat yataklar ve yastıklar, klima üniteleri ve pencere pervazlarındaki tozu temizlemenizi öneririm, ancak Mekke'de kalmak için en sevdiğim otellerden biri olduğu için geri döneceğim.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely lobby with fountain as you enter. Love the sound of water. And the fragrance. This hotel smells so good. Desk staff are very helpful and unrushed. My room had an excellent view of King Fahd's fountain. The room itself had plenty of space and was very clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water hot. I slept well on a big comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. The hotel has been around for decades but still looks great. It is a very short walk to the Corniche. I will stay here again next time I'm in Jeddah. Value for money.

الايجابيات الفندق موقعه متصل بمول من اكبر واجمل مولات جدة ( رد سي مول ) المراتب مناسبه ، الاثاث نظيف وغير مستهلك موظفين الاستقبال اخلاقهم عاليه وذوق وفي الأخ يزيد جداً محترم السلبيات اكبر مشكلة عندهم هي خدمات الغرف بالفعل كارثه ، مو طبيعي كيف تتعب عشان تتنظف غرفتك !! تحط علامة التنظيف وتتصل عليهم وتروح بنفسك للعامل تقوله ينظف ومع ذلك ترجع غرفتك تلاقيها ماتنظفت !! هل يعقل !؟ ،،، والتنظيف عندهم اعطيه جيد ولا يرتقي لممتاز بصراحه ، والنقطه الثانيه وصولك للفندق متعب ومزدحم خصوصاً بنهايه الاسبوع وبالأجازات
