Such a WONDERFUL hotel I never stayed before. This is a new, eco, comfortable & beautiful place that I don’t want to leave. It is very suitable for any tourists especially for family, I will highly recommended & must visit again next time.

Located at the bottom of the ski slopes, makes for a great place to stay at for people looking for a ski in/out experience. Hotel was clean and tidy, the onsen and public bath were slightly old but still very comfortable. Food was great, our package came with breakfast and dinner, drinks are all-you-can-drink. Hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the Zao bus terminal. Overall would recommend.

宿泊が8階だったということもあり、見晴らしは最高でした 部屋も落ち着いた感じでゆったりとできました ベッドも低めになっていたので子供や足の弱い方にも配慮してあるなって感じました ただ、お風呂の湯船の高さがもう少し低ければ､､､ 朝食はいつもパンとサラダ、おかず少々にコーヒーと決めているので 和食の方が選べるな～って感じでしたね

Good location. Very near to zao Ropeway to see snow monsters. Free shuttle bus service from bus station to hotel. Love their buffet style breakfast and dinner every single nights!

銀山莊的環境很好，接駁車的服務也很棒，內部設施很乾淨很舒服，1樓的飲料區域讓泡湯放鬆後補充水份很好👍泡湯設施很棒，寢湯很好，立湯更讚，站著泡湯看著綠意盎然的環境身心都舒暢，飯店服務人員貼心的提醒我們JR交通路線停駛的替代方案讓我們應變，太棒了，我們離開飯店時用心拉著布條歡送，只能讚嘆太貼心了👏

The hotel location is excellent and very convenient. The room is also very spacious and comfortable. However, one thing we were slightly disappointed with was that our request for two extra bottles of water was declined by the front desk, as they mentioned only two bottles are provided per day. We’re not sure if this is a standard policy across hotels in Japan. Overall, we were still very satisfied with our stay.

This is a very nice hotel. Loved every corner of it. A bit old. But the service and location makes it a nice place to stay. Near shinjo station by bus 20 minutes. It’s a good place to stay if you are going to ginzan onsen. They have shuttle bus to shinjo station from the hotel. They have izakaya inside of the hotel. Staff is great and helpful. We totally recommend it to stay. Awesome views

Great hotel with great location to explore the shirotsuzuji park and shrine.

太棒了 晚餐非常驚艷 有機會絕對會再訪

お料理は量がたっぷりでお腹いっぱいになりました。鯛の塩焼きと兜焼きは特に美味しく大満足でしたが、それらを食べてる間に鍋がすっかり冷めてしまったので、お鍋に火をつけるタイミングは客の自由にしてもらえるといいなと思いました。露天風呂が強風のため利用できず残念でしたが、夫によると男性用は入れたそうです。 お部屋はオーシャンビューで気持ち良かったですが、とにかく暑くて暑くて… チェックインして部屋に入った途端 「あっつぅぅ！！」となりましたがエアコンの設定を触れないタイプ（各部屋でエアコン調整不可）で、着いた途端 窓を開けました。ですが2月の山形、外は雪、ずっと開けていると寒いですし温度調整が難しかったです。それでも窓を閉めると本当に暑くて、夜は窓をほんの少し開けて寝ました。少し開けた窓からビュービュー鳴る風音とサッシのがたつく音が気になってあまり眠れなかったのが残念です。改善していただきたいです。
