"Groot hotel met veel kamers, onze kamer was reeds wat afgeleefd maar toch zeer proper en ruim MET een prachtig zicht over de skyline van Panama-City. Leuk zwembad en bubbelbad. Enkel lang aanschuiven om in te checken."

"Todo muy bien aunque deberían pedirle al personal del staff y limpieza que no haga tanto ruido en las mañanas. Es importante para los huéspedes que desean descansar y dormir un poco más."

"L'hôtel est bien dans son ensemble, les chambres sont correctes (surtout pour travailler) bien qu'avec le temps certaines choses ont étaient supprimées (Frigo, Fauteuil, desserte pour les baguages )... Mais gros problème d'humidité et d'odeur de moisie (Venant de la climatisation) à cause d'une moquette mal entretenue dans les parties commune et les chambres , il faut supprimer cette moquette, mais hôtel préfère mette un déshumidificateur qui n'est pas suffisant et au final depuis avec les années va couter plus cher par le coût de l'électricité ..... Le service de chambre est correct pour ce qui est fait , mais il serait complet avec un passage d'aspirateur tous les jours..... Chose qui était faite les années précédentes. Je suis un habitué de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix, mais il n'y a que du café et du Thé, donc pour les enfants pas de chocolat au lait..... En cas de réparation le personnel est assez réactif..... La piscine et bien entretenue , par contre la salle de sport est pratiquement à l'abandon c'est dommage car il y a du potentiel.... Et il ne faut pas grand chose pour la remettre au gout du jour avec seulement un bon nettoyage."

"Despite the interior's need for renewal (old flooring, old wallpaper, old couch, bathroom door with moist damage) I had a wonderful stay. Spacious clean room, good bed, friendly staff, located less than 5 min from metro station Via Argentina and next to El Cangrejo area which has many restaurants and coffee bars. Breakfast was great, many different things to choose from including a station with warm meals that changes every day, you can also have your eggs made any way you like, and there are different types of delicious bread. Two things I missed in the room: tea and ceiling lights, there was coffee and there are area lights, but the room was pretty dark. Overall I loved staying here and would definitely recommend the hotel."

"每年展會都在這裏入住，最大的好處是去展會方便，走路過去15-20分鐘，不想走路的話，也有接駁巴士，不過要排隊。酒店外面的運河很漂亮。酒店有點年份，設施有點老舊，不過床鋪很好睡，枕頭有點不大好。早餐就相對太簡單，品種太少了，收費差不多17美元一個人呢。"

"This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!"

"It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable."

"Nice hotels for families and business travelers.. service and amenities are good.. absolutely no complaints.. pool is very small and it was a major disappointment. gym is good. Overall a good and pleasant day. Quite a few restaurants and bar just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay here next time."

"Muy bien en general pero no me querían respetar la reserva de esta app que yo reservé 2 camas y solo me dieron una matrimonial y no querían hacerme el cambio al final me lo hicieron pero molestos y la persona de recepción no era muy amable"
