Apesar da boa localização e agradável acomodação, 2 situações poderiam ter sido evitadas e sugeridas aquando do checkout: verificação do quarto antes da entrega da chave ao cliente, evitando falta de lâmpada no único candeeiro do quartoe falta do comando da TV. Foi prontamente reposto após reclamação junto da recepcionista.

I have travelled with my cousin and we loved the location and the modernity of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and firm which provided for a very good night sleep. Shower was fantastic and the marble all around gave us a feeling of cleanliness and care. The indoors pool is small but enough for a relaxing momento after the morning workout. Kind service throughout the stay. :))

This is the best two nights out of our 2 weeks Portugal trip.
The hotel is new, room is big, nice gym, breakfast is so so good. Highly recommended.
Price is reasonable. Really enjoyed.

Hotel ligt net buiten de oude stadsmuren zodat de oude stad met gemak per voet te verkennen is. Er is een ondergronds garage waar gasten gebruik van kunnen maken. faciliteiten zijn goed en het ontbijt is redelijk, maar enigszins beperkt door weinig personeel.
Het belangrijkste pluspunt vonden wij is het personeel - een team van aardige en zeer behulpzame jonge mensen. Op wat wij ook vroegen werd meteen en positief gereageerd.
Al met al een uitstekende startpunt om Evora en de omgeving te verkennen.

Fizeram upgrade do quarto (para um com vista barragem do Alqueva, é de cortar a respiração a vista, o amanhecer e pôr-do-sol). Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado, sendo possível pedir outros tipos de ovos e cafés além do exposto. Possibilidade de usufruir da piscina após o checkout.

Ótimas instalações e um atendimento muito personalizado. Os quartos muito bonitos e as camas bastante confortáveis. Adorámos o pequeno-almoço e a experiência em geral. Foi pouco tempo mas valeu a pena!

Wir waren für einen Tag in Evora und wurden sehr angenehm begrüßt.
Der Hotelier hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut und freundlich erklärt und die wichtigsten Punkte auf einer Karte für uns markiert.
Das Zimmer war gut und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett eventuell etwas zu weich und das Zimmer leicht hellhörig aber alles in allem wirklich klasse !
Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr angenehm.

MMisafir KullanıcıHad a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread!
Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover.
All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe first thing you’ll hear when you arrive are birds chirping. It’s like stepping into Garden of Eden. The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.

FForrestmThe approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

Der Check-In war super freundlich und wir durften unser Zimmer sogar eher beziehen als angegeben.
Das Hotel bietet einen extra Parkplatz, sodass wir auch keine Probleme hatten unser Auto abzustellen.
Wir hatten ein Superior-Room für 2 Personen mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Bad ist wunderschön ausgestattet mit einer Regendusche.
Der Pool ist auch angenehm kühl gewesen, aber nicht zu kalt.
Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Wir konnten uns unsere Eierspeise dazu bestellen ohne Aufpreis, es gab diverse frische Säfte sowie Käse und Wurstaufschnitt, Gepäck etc.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Very clean and comfortable.
The pool area is comfortable, grass floor, umbrellas and chairs available.
Breakfast is ok, enough choices. Indoor room, wish it would have seating outside.

However we were rather disappointed in the condition of the relaxation whirlpools this time around. The jets were not working in the upper pool and the lower pool had several leaks and the shower head did not work.

The service at the restaurant is terrible: very slow, very amateur, always needing to ask for the same things 2 or 3 times; the service takes forever, almost two hours dinner, with waiting periods over 45 minutes between courses. Very bad. Room was very clean and cozy.
