"An older hotel building that feels like it’s plucked right out of 1995. Service from staff was great. You can tell this place was once top of the line with older wooden furniture and chandeliers. But still a cozy stay. Room feels like it can be a bit dingy and dusty if that bothers you, but we’re okay with that."

"Exterior looks old. Room is newly renovated with microwave and fridge in the room. However all of us think that the heater is not working except the staff. We were told by the other staff there’s no limo bus service to the airport which we found out there’s a service 3 streets away or at the bus terminal from the tourist information center. Other than that, all was good."

"The reason I came back to the hotel is because of staffs. All of them are so professional and feel try their very best to all customers. My children were also happy to receive their great and kind service. One thing to take note here for myself is, It’s better to make a reservation for dinner at the 2F buffet restaurant even weekdays. Last time we just dropped by and not many groups, but this time almost full.. however still lucky to have seats as my children wanted."

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel JAL Nagoya Nishiki. The hotel is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. From check-in to check-out, the staff were extremely proactive, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the stay smooth and comfortable.
The location is a big plus — it’s very close to many excellent restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, and getting around Nagoya is incredibly convenient. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is perfectly situated.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. A well-deserved 5-star rating."

And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well.
View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light.
There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building"

MMisafir KullanıcıHotel was near the subway/train, they had a 7-11 just beside the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful in coordinating of luggage transfer to another hotel in another prefecture. Room was very clean and tidy, adequately sized for couples. Having a separate bathroom and toilet was a bonus. They also had their own bathhouse in the hotel. Pleasant experience staying with them in Nagoya.

MMui HuangWe stayed at Nagoya JR Gate Tower Hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—directly connected to Nagoya Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options all around, making it extremely convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagoya.

GGan Yung ChyanCentrair Hotel is of less than one minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport Terminal 1, about four minutes walk from the Flight of Dreams and Terminal 2, and of five minutes' walk to Aichi Sky Expo. On the day that I stayed, it costs me around S$235 and it is the first day of trade event JATA Tourism Expo 2025. This is by far my most expensive airport hotel stay in Japan. I hope the hotel can review the rate in comparison with standard airport hotels in other parts of the country when a trade event is held. Other airport hotels do not charge that extremely high.
Despite the exorbitant rate, I enjoy my stay as I am able to view paintings with the aviation theme, aircraft models, see aircraft landing on and moving along the runway, see the giant Dreamlifters from my room, stand showering in the small bathroom and the bed is comfortable but the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom.
The Pacific side level rooms are accessible by touch of the hotel keycard before the main door and this section comes before the guest lounge.
There is the dedicated Vegetarian Menu area for vegetarians at the hotel's Cosmos Restaurant. The queue for breakfast starts from 5.50 am and the last order for breakfast is at 9.30 am. Guests will like dining at this restaurant but on the day of check-out there is no queue at all. The restaurant does not allow takeaways. So, I wonder why the room rate was that high and rooms were sold out under the free breakfast option.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe comfortable room for 4 adults were well designed with common areas to socialise and private areas for changing. There is also seperated toilet and shower amenities with modern facilities.
The front desk personals were friendly and approachable. They spoke english and helped us to book a taxi service.
The door number lock feature is convenient for the family to go out and return at different timings. I would no doibt choose to stay here again in future.

KKaiBergWe stayed a night and enjoyed this hotel. The bed was a bit small but the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel includes as part of the reservation soba noodles, ice-cream, coffee/tea, yogurt drinks, and a comic book room and onsen (which we did not use). Parking was a bit expensive at 1800yen but was effortless as it had its own car park elevator so we did not need to find a space. The only complaint is that the heater did not work.

GGoofyruAmazing stay for lego lovers. The entire hotel is filled with elements of decorations made of lego. Kids will love it here as there are various areas to play with lego and room provides a box of lego for play too! Legoland is right in front of the hotel.
