The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.
On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. Special Thanks to her and all reception staff as well for the warm welcome and support

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions.
The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence.

EEdisonTan_005I’m satisfied staying in CC Hotel Hatyai for my solo trip in Hatyai. First of all, the hotel lobby is gorgeous. The staff was so kind and patient, helping me to bring my luggage to the room. The location also nice, 10min walk to Lee Garden Night market and 7mjn walk to Kimyong Market. It’s good a bit far from lively neighbourhood, so the surrounding won’t be so noisy that make us couldn’t sleep well.

We asked for ground floor family room (as there is no elevator) to rest for 6 hours after checking out from a city hotel as our flight out was at 11pm.
Reception girl was nice & helpful to allow us to leave our big baggage with her.
Clean room with bottled water,coffee/tea,hot water kettle, towels + toothbrush provided.
Good, comfortable beds but too many big black ants & also a gecko in the toilet cum shower room.
Not convenient for long stay as it is far (20-25 mins) to the city.
The Amazon Cafe is across the busy road.
For extremely early morning flight or late night flight, this motel is very reasonable priced & convenient.

NNFaaaaaaaaHGreat Service and Convenient Location, but Some Minor Issues
This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained.
One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area.
Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little.
Downsides:
The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem.
The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining.
We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though.
Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.

AAmin-SHI recently stayed at this wonderful hotel near Prince of Songkla University Hat Yai and had an excellent experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and offers a high level of comfort, making it easy to relax and unwind. The staff are exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
The location is fantastic, with Sri Trang Market nearby. This market is a gem, offering a wide variety of affordable options, from delicious street food to unique local products. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
