"From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. Best night's sleep away from home for ages."

"Right in CBD. Not far from city circle tram, that means can ride free everyday within CBD. Breakfast was nice, sufficient choices. Twin shared room was spacious. I used the pool and jacuzzi every night before bed! Hotel offers 10dollars credit if not requiring room makeup service. I spent my 29dollars credit on a fish and chip in room dinner. Hotel has a little arcade. I spend quite a bit of time there. Fun!"

"Booked the Nightcap at Matthew Flinders for the great price on offer and also the reasonably positive reviews. This was perfect for our two night stay in Melbourne for a wedding and relo crawl on that few days. Checking in late around 10:45pm was though the Gaming Room at the rear of the complex The staff there were very friendly and chatted with me while waiting for the manager to check us in. All went smoothly considering it was very late and my wife was feeling weary after flying in from Brisbane. The room was a good size, clean with a comfortable double bed and a single that was handy for laying out clothes etc. The shower was nicely refurbished and the water flow was hot and strong. Cant really fault the stay as it met all of our needs and the value for money was excellent. The location was only half hour from most places we needed to visit so overall a well positioned hotel for a short stay in Melbourne. Nestled in beside Bunnings it was nice and quiet for a busy road location. Would definitely stay again if we need to be that side of town."

"• room: nice room a little dusty and in need for maintenance but the kitchen is fully equipped • amenities: there is a gym with few cardio tools and one multi exercise machine which is enough for an average gym workout, they also have a pool which I skipped because overcrowded by kids • location: well placed near the central market and 10 min from the main streets of CBD. There are 2 big shopping malls within 10 min walk and a big supermarket 2 min away. Not too noisy at night and pretty safe area to walk • staff: helpful and kind my background: I travel 320 days a year since 8 years staying in all range of accomodation from hostel to 5star. I just review objectively what I see with no judgement"

"Hotel front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them. Hotel room is just perfect for a Solo traveller in terms of room size, facilities, lighting, etc. I love the room interior. It looks bright and motivating. Lighting is bright which I always prefer and I have the option to switch off some lights if I want it a bit darker before sleeping. Toilet looks compact but there is certainly enough space to take shower and do other stuff. There is a sofa which makes the room look more classy. The bed, pillow and sofa are very comfortable. I was able to adjust the Aircon and keep myself warm and comfortable. In room dining service was excellent. I ordered a vegetarian dish and it was tasty. Hotel is conveniently situated within CBD and I am able to walk over to wherever I want or take tram and travel around the city. I love this hotel and I will stay in this hotel again when I revisit Melbourne in the coming months."

"My husband & I always have a nice stay at The Mercure Albert Park. We received a lovely upgrade to a lake view. Positives - great location for Albert Park - great sauna, pool & gym - friendly staff - tram is a 5 min walk straight into downtown Melbourne - bed is comfortable, pillows are soft - soft dressing gown and slippers Negatives - room including bathroom a bit dated, shower had to be adjusted all the time as it went hot then cold then hot again, - Air con didn’t seem to work very well - you only get 2 pillows for a king bed, so I had to ask for another 2 pillows which took housekeeping 4 hrs to get to us and I had to go back to reception as housekeeping wouldn’t answer their phone Overall, we do love staying here!!"

"Crowne Plaza Melbourne – King Bedroom Spacious, modern, and comfortable. The king bed was excellent, with blackout curtains ensuring restful sleep. River views added charm, and the bathroom’s rainfall shower felt luxurious. Service was attentive, breakfast was varied and delicious, and the location along the Yarra made exploring easy. "they have phenomenal service. receptionists are all kind and willing-to-help. Housekeepers are considerate asking me if I need anything despite I just checked in. they will give you a key card for the entry of accommodation and the room you booked. I accidentally locked myself outside twice because I forgot to bring the key card with me all the time. Once was on office time and the other was 7 in the morning whereas the reception opens at 10 am. A kind and heart-warming cleaner helped me to reach out to the manager, who values the security of the hotel and customers' experiences. I had an imperative interview at 9 am. they dragged me out of the misery. I couldn't thank them more."

"I have no specific request to rooms but I just want an early check-in. I think it was Natalie checking me in and she was super nice. She managed to offer me a room and it was close enough to the lifts! Everything was so good. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. However it’s included so still acceptable, 6/10. Well done to the front desk staffs and housekeeping staff, and whoever cleaned my room, I wanna give credit to them because they even adjust the map on my table to match the direction of the entry door. Location is super duper brilliant. 1-2 mins walk from Southern Cross Station and seconds to Bourke Street tram. I could easily get access to trams and the Skybus! Would definitely recommend to stay!"

MMisafir KullanıcıThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

Had a quiet stay with good rest, totally can't hear the noise from aircraft as is not under the flying path, although just situated less than 10 mins drive away from airport. Room amenities were sufficient and good, especially the high power hairdryer and heating bulb to keep the bathroom warm. The only downside is they did not provide any bottle drinking water, otherwise would be a perfect score!

MMisafir KullanıcıMade a mistake with getting breakfast.. stale bread, coffee machine was broken, food was bland. Only good thing was the chia pudding and juice selection. Staff service was inadequate and makes you feel ignored. Room was clean but pretty sure the bathtub was not cleaned from previous usage as there was soap scum/dirt on the sides. And no body soap.

MMisafir KullanıcıMy first time staying in a hostel. A very good experience. The staff were amazing. Especially when checking out. My train was a night train and so I didn't want to take my luggage around with me, they allowed me to keep my luggage in the lockers which were provided until it was time for me to leave. Very friendly and welcoming. My room wasn't the fanciest but it was all I needed. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great for a single traveller who didn't want to share with strangers, very accommodating. Minor complaint about the lift being out of order on my last day. Especially being on level 4 with a heart condition, the stairs were a killer 😬. It couldn't have been helped. But the staff were onto it 🙂. Thank you YHA for a great first experience. I would recommend this place to my friends.
