This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

Really enjoyed our stay. As we were from the country, we were unaware of the rules of on site parking. Due to our arrival time we were charged $148 for the first night. This excessive cost reduced our overall rating.

The management and staff at this hotel are world class. I was staying with a guide dog puppy and met the hotel manager, his wife and their charming labrador Charlie. A truly wonderful hotel.

I have no specific request to rooms but I just want an early check-in. I think it was Natalie checking me in and she was super nice. She managed to offer me a room and it was close enough to the lifts! Everything was so good. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. However it’s included so still acceptable, 6/10. Well done to the front desk staffs and housekeeping staff, and whoever cleaned my room, I wanna give credit to them because they even adjust the map on my table to match the direction of the entry door. Location is super duper brilliant. 1-2 mins walk from Southern Cross Station and seconds to Bourke Street tram. I could easily get access to trams and the Skybus! Would definitely recommend to stay!

Very clean and newly renovated airport hotel, provide excellent complimentary airport transfer service on demand. Had a quiet stay with good rest, totally can't hear the noise from aircraft as is not under the flying path, although just situated less than 10 mins drive away from airport. Room amenities were sufficient and good, especially the high power hairdryer and heating bulb to keep the bathroom warm. The only downside is they did not provide any bottle drinking water, otherwise would be a perfect score!

Excellent hotel. Literally next to the airport, which is convenient if your stay is short and you need to catch a flight back soon. Modern, tidy and clean room.

Made a mistake with getting breakfast.. stale bread, coffee machine was broken, food was bland. Only good thing was the chia pudding and juice selection. Staff service was inadequate and makes you feel ignored. Room was clean but pretty sure the bathtub was not cleaned from previous usage as there was soap scum/dirt on the sides. And no body soap.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Melbourne Central. The location is perfect as it is located right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, cafes, and transport. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with great city views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Only bad is the lifts were a bit slow during peak times. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!

The service was amazing and the central location was perfect. Parking was a bit tricky though. I’d definitely visit again.
