Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

Her şey yolunda ama check-in yaparken konuşamadım. Toplam dört gecelik rezervasyon yaptırdım, iki gece şehir manzaralı, iki gece deniz manzaralı. İki gecenin fiyat farkı RMB idi Saat 1400 civarıydı. Giriş yaptığımda ismi SH ile başlayan Hintli veya Ortadoğulu bir adam beni karşıladı. ”Seni dört gün boyunca aynı odada tutacağım, böylece oda değiştirmek zorunda kalmayacaksın” dedi. Normal bir insan bana dört gece deniz manzaralı odaya yükseltme yaptığını düşünürdü, ama dört günün de şehir manzaralı olduğunu ve eğer dört gün boyunca deniz manzarasına ihtiyacım olursa aradaki farkı ödemem gerektiğini söyledi. Affedersin? Müşteri olmak bir ** mıdır? Beni yükseltmemeyi seçebilirsiniz, ancak konaklamam sırasında odamı değiştirmeme gerek kalmayacağı düşüncesiyle beni düşüremezsiniz. Ciddi bir hastalığım var ve yılda bir veya iki kez seyahat etmem gerekiyor. İlk defa böylesine çirkin bir olayla karşılaşıyorum. Gecelik 2.000 RMB'den fazla bir ücret pahalı değil ama ucuz da değil. Personel o kadar suratsız ki, bu da deneyimi gerçekten etkiliyor.

Disappointing Stay for a Special Occasion – Expected More from a 5-Star Hotel Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for her surprise birthday staycation. Upgraded to a Harbour Bridge View room on Level 23 ($715/night), but the view was mostly of a vacant construction site – very underwhelming for the price. Noisy interconnecting room and loud sports cars between 12–2am made it hard to sleep. Breakfast ($65pp) was below expectations – dried sausages and barely cooked bacon, though staff were lovely. Room service on our last night took nearly an hour – ordered at 7:38pm, food arrived at 8:30pm. As a solo mum, this was a trip we had saved up for a long time and wanted it to be truly special, but we were left feeling disappointed. Expected more from a 5-star hotel. The positive highlights of our stay was the lovely big bath and high-quality shower amenities, which added a touch of luxury. Fantastic location and beautiful walk along the waterfront!! For the price we paid, the view fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. In hindsight, the lower rate Deluxe King Room overlooking the water would have been a much better choice!  -

My family of 3 checked in early around noon. We stayed at a lovely 1 bedroom apartment on e 2nd level with a balcony which overlooks e street below. Apartment was spacious, amenities provided were sufficient though one could request for more when necessary. What we loved best was e location which was so convenient for us to check out different places of Sydney. We ended up walking to our destinations most of e time while enjoying e weather and scenery. There was ample food choices all around e hotel too. Apart from a busier and noisier street during e weekend, which usually dies down by midnight, my family and I had a great stay in Rydges.

The location was perfect next to the China Town & convenient to CBD. Only 15-20mins transportation to Sydney airport. I checked around 00:00, only One staff at the front desk, he seemed tired & his hand writing was terrible, the WiFi PW did not work & no one answer the phone when I dial from room. Next day, another helpful staff wrote the correct PW for me. The room was spacious but no enough desk area, the bed was comfy. The hygiene was unacceptable specially the toilet. The cleaning staff only clean twice during my 5 nights stay , the hair was sticked on the ceiling , molds were terrible in the shower area. The hotel need to enhance the cleaning & interior environment work. Overall this hotel was not worthy for the price I paid. Disappointed.

In short, Pullman Hyde Park Sydney is a great hotel with a gym and pool that offer good views. The rooms are clean, and the location is perfect for accessing all the famous tourist spots. We stayed for 5 nights at Pullman Hyde Park Sydney in mid-May. We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM, which was earlier than the scheduled check-in time. We requested an early check-in at the concierge; however, we were informed that no rooms were available until 1 PM. This was understandable, given our early arrival. While waiting, we appreciated the water dispenser and snacks available for guests. One downside was that the hotel had only three lifts, which were insufficient for the number of guests. One lift even broke down, and the other two were quite slow. We booked a Superior King Room with a Hyde Park view, which was lovely. The room was clean, with no odors or stains. However, our first room was missing disposable slippers and had a broken phone. The staff quickly sent a technician and arranged for us to move to a higher floor with a functioning phone. They were responsive, but we had to move our luggage ourselves, as they were unable to assist with that. (It was around 6pm so they may be short-staffed at that moment.) We spent some time at the gym, but unfortunately, the drinking water ran out around 6 PM. We called the concierge to have it replenished, but no one arrived by the time we left. The pool was decent, and there was also a jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi was located right next to the gym and in front of the glass entrance, so anyone coming out of the elevator could see you enjoying it, which may or may not be a concern for some guests. A highlight was running on the treadmill while enjoying the stunning sunset over the city skyline—it was spectacular. The location was fantastic! The major bus stops were just a 6-minute walk away, providing easy access to Bondi Beach, Central Station, and Darling Harbour .etc. It was also only a 15-20 minute walk to the harbour, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, while I believe there are cheaper options with similar location advantages, the cleanliness at Pullman Hyde Park was notably better than those alternatives.

The location is good Facilities is ok for hotel of such scale Staff is very nice Breakfast quality is nice, but lack variety The curtains in the room cannot block the light from outside at the ends of the curtain rail, affecting my sleeping quality.

The hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly. If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Pub, der auch ab nachmittags sehr gut besucht ist. Es gibt dort sonntags auch Livemusik bis ca 21 Uhr abends. Alles vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man nicht gerade Zimmer 10 neben der Waschmaschine/Trockner hat und neben der Lüftung schläft. Auch wenn ab 21 Uhr trocknen und waschen nicht erlaubt ist,störte es sehr. Die Hotelzimmer gehen nach hinten raus,so hat man morgens leider ebenso den Lärm der Ladezone vom Supermarkt. Positiv war,dass das Zimmer in einem modernen Zustand war und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett waren. Der Strand ist fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt.

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
