"I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey.
The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives in Asia, I’m used to hotels offering a few small amenities like a dental kit, slippers, or at least a bottle of water in the room — none of those were provided, so that was a bit of a surprise.
Still, the overall experience was great for the price and convenience. I’d definitely stay again for a short airport stopover."

"The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own."

"With a good welcome and excellent room service. A hotel even with the signs of age but very well maintained. An acceptable breakfast buffet. The only unacceptable charge is the parking fee of 28$ per night (I don't see why with a hotel 30mn from the downtown)."

"The hotel was in an excellent location withing walking distance to the City Hall, Eaton Center and other attractions. The Deluxe room had great views of the surrounding buildings. The room needed bit of cleaning which was promptly addressed. The a-la-cart breakfast included in the room rate was very good."

"I chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again."

"Not being much for gambling, I chose this Canadian hotel because of the recent US boycott campaigns. This was an excellent choice and I loved my stay, even though I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet. I took advantage of the restaurants and food stalls within the casino itself and the pizza place was out of this world (Pizzariola?? I think that was the name). Just a single slice ($7.50) was a meal on its own. Thanks to all the food servers in the casino - you really cheered me up on such a dreary rainy day. And if the horse track was open, I would've placed a bet or two.
In my room, the bed was incredibly soft and cozy and the TV line-up was also exceptional. I would've walked the grounds of this fine establishment but unfortunately I wasn't dressed for this particularily cold May day. And I loved the fact that this place was so close to the airport too. Highly recommend."

"Visited on a business trip. The location was excellent, but the facilities were outdated and in poor condition. The female front desk staff was unfriendly. I asked for a towel, but they said they didn't have enough and gave me a pool towel... I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. The male front desk staff was very friendly."

GGlazeBurada harika bir konaklama geçirdik; her şey konforlu ve iyi düşünülmüştü. Konumu çok uygun, TTC ile Union İstasyonu'na sadece 20 dakika uzaklıkta. En yakın durak olan Dovercourt Yolu üzerindeki Queen St West, sadece kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde, bu da şehirde dolaşmayı kolaylaştırıyor. Yürüyerek sadece iki dakika uzaklıkta, akşam 10'a kadar açık olan bir Shoppers Drug Mart var; günlük ihtiyaçlarımızı almak için çok kullanışlı. Mutfak temiz ve tamamen işlevseldi, bu yüzden hiçbir sorun yaşamadan yemek pişirebildik. Hatta ekteki fotoğrafta konaklamamız sırasında pilav pişirdiğimizi görüyoruz. Bol miktarda havlu sağlanmış, bu gerçekten çok düşünceli bir davranıştı. Ayrıca ayrı bir çamaşır odası olması da hoşumuza gitti; temizdi, kullanımı kolaydı ve konaklamamızı daha da konforlu hale getirdi. Ev sahibi de bir sorumuz olduğunda son derece duyarlı ve yardımseverdi. Genel olarak çok keyifli ve dinlendirici bir konaklamaydı, kesinlikle başkalarına da tavsiye ederiz.

MMisafir KullanıcıBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

MMisafir KullanıcıI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and all is good. It was a lovely surprise as it was a last minute booking after our Airbnb (paid) reservation became unresponsive. We are very glad we found this Suites. We particularly like the sitting room where we could sit down for a rest and watch TV, have a takeaway for dinner. The microwave comes in very handy (although we love to have a basic kitchen!) .
Location: about 5 mins walk from the Queen station, there is actually an exit right in front of the hotel but you need to know how to navigate underground. It would be handy if it rains. It's 7 mins walk to the Eaton Centre where there are urban eateries, and you can take a tram to Chinatown. About 20 mins walk to CN tower and the harbour front, although you may want to just catch the subway. There is a 24-h supermarket across the road.
Service: really friendly hotel staff check in and out, one of the housekeeping lady is also very friendly. No fault at all.
The room is quite modern, spacious and new. If I had to find something to say, I would prefer to have the duvet put inside a cover rather than sandwiched between two bedsheets (which seemed to be the norm in Canada?), but I'm not fuss about it.
All in all, we will definitely come back again.

Location was a short walk from Union Station & therefore very handy if using the UP express shuttle from the airport into Toronto centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We only had 3 towels in the room, despite 4 guests, but we spoke to reception and an extra towel was immediately provided.
The breakfast was absolutely brilliant - the choice of both hot and cold food was impressive, including french toast with strawberries rotated with waffles and pancakes plus sausages and bacon, eggs, etc. Lots of choice of fruit - fruit medley pots, ones with greek yoghurt, fruit smoothies, etc. A great selection of pastries too.

AAnonim KullanıcıLocation is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep.
Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :(
If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception.

The bed and breakfast deal would have meant eating from and/or in an adjoining small coffee shop - so no nice breakfast buffets or very limited breakfast menu. The website pics of vaults look amazing online, but in reality the vault was cluttered as a storage room. The room (3210) was tired, cracked tiles in the bathroom, dirty windows, very basic crockery (2 plates/bowls) and cutlery (2 of each - knife/fork/spoon) - made the kitchenette hard to make the full use of. The in-room coffee machine was dirty, so didn’t use. The room is basic and bathroom old fashioned with old white shower curtain, dirty brown/cream stone tiles with ingrained dirt. The advertising online shows the hotel as a contemporary interesting old bank/vault which was why we booked - in reality it’s old and tired in most places - including the lifts which are scratched old dark wood. The ‘spa’ or gym is limited. On a plus note, the hotel was a great location to see Toronto. Would we stay there again… I’m sorry to say… no.

First of all if you need something and you try to call the front desk or any other service , nobody will answer even if u try 1000 times. The coffee maker was not working in my room so I requested a lady who was cleaning the next room to kindly come and check and trust me I did this thrice but no one showed up. Horrible. Secondly their breakfast sucks… especially if you’re Indian. I wish I could have taken the pictures of the fruits which was not sliced and kept as a whole who does that? No good tea and coffee ,no items of chicken except sausages, nothing is good and it costed 25$ each for a bf buffet. Not worthy at all. Thirdly their hygiene, I wish I could have taken the picture of the plates and bowls kept there for breakfast. For a moment I thought it’s a used one but no. They were dirty and not washed properly. Last but not the least anyone who is booking this hotel ( especially an Indian) don’t waste your 25$ for breakfast instead go to a nearby Indian restaurant. There you will get good food. I regret so much staying here. This was our first time and it was a waste. We really expected a good time as it’s a big name but unfortunately it’s all just not worth it.
