"On arrival a lovely clean looking foyer. Found the initial lady behind the desk quite abrupt and not very friendly. The room was the right size for us. It was not the cleanest of rooms with dust and dirt in places. Also the vent leaked water all over my belongings. We did have an issue with the toilet not flushing but someone did come very quickly to fix it.
The breakfast was very good and the evening reception was a nice touch, although pretty busy each night and hard at times to get served. The regular airport shuttle bus was very good and prompt."

"The ‘do not disturb’ vs ‘please clean my room’ sign on the door was wrinkled and broken so I asked the housekeeping staff for a new one. It seemed like the one I ran into spoke very little English so we had to rely on the speech-to-text function on their phone’s translation app. Fortunately in the end the problem was solved.
This time the room fixtures were cleaner than last time but some stains are so baked in it’s difficult to remove.
Also, all the previous times I stayed at this hotel the chair at the study desk had wheels and adjustable height but this one in my room this time did not. Not a huge problem but just not what I expected, based on my own personal experience.
When I asked the front desk for an extra blanket they had someone send it to my room within a matter of minutes which I’m grateful for."

"The hotel was in an excellent location withing walking distance to the City Hall, Eaton Center and other attractions. The Deluxe room had great views of the surrounding buildings. The room needed bit of cleaning which was promptly addressed. The a-la-cart breakfast included in the room rate was very good."

"The hotel is conveniently located to great eateries and restaurants just round the corner. It is also near to Eaton Center great for shopping and a huge urban eatery with lots of varieties of food for everyone. The hotel room is a little small but there's a gym, indoor heated pool and laundrette which is very useful. Finally, Hilton hotel is famous for its home-baked cookies which is given out to guests staying in the hotel."

"Really enjoyed my stay here! Extremely good value - good location, super friendly owners, very low noise, private room (with key to lock it too!), own heater/fan so can control your room heat, and even access to a shared kitchen if you want to cook during your stay! Only thing is the entire household speaks Chinese so they use translators or gestures to communicate to you if you only speak English. However, host Jason speaks perfect English so there is always a safety in case you need anything. Additionally, they give you free instant noodles, fruits, and water during your stay so you don't have to worry about going hungry here! Free coffee, tea, rice porridge too as long as you can make it. Surprisingly there's a meal menu as well and the prices are extremely reasonable, $2 for rice porridge in the morning, $8 for a homemade tomato egg soup, both were really good! The location is good - right next to Queen Street so you have direct tram access, but it's on a side street so no noise, easy parking, no wind, etc. The room itself is large, clean, and spacious. Very little noise which meant really good sleep quality. Shared bathroom but it's unused 90% of the time, so no issues there either. For utilities: the WiFi was fast, tap water and showers were hot, microwave, toaster, and water kettle all provided, and they even offered free butter for my toast! Overall great stay and I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Toronto!"

"Toronto şehir merkezinde harika bir konum. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tek sorunumuz klimayı kendimiz açamamaktı. MMisafir KullanıcıBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

MMisafir KullanıcıI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

MMisafir KullanıcıNot being much for gambling, I chose this Canadian hotel because of the recent US boycott campaigns. This was an excellent choice and I loved my stay, even though I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet. I took advantage of the restaurants and food stalls within the casino itself and the pizza place was out of this world (Pizzariola?? I think that was the name). Just a single slice ($7.50) was a meal on its own. Thanks to all the food servers in the casino - you really cheered me up on such a dreary rainy day. And if the horse track was open, I would've placed a bet or two.
In my room, the bed was incredibly soft and cozy and the TV line-up was also exceptional. I would've walked the grounds of this fine establishment but unfortunately I wasn't dressed for this particularily cold May day. And I loved the fact that this place was so close to the airport too. Highly recommend.

LLivyC75The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

AAnonim KullanıcıLocation is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep.
Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :(
If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe location is great, among shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small, with only a couple of couches to sit. There is a restaurant and bar in the restaurant as well, with tables and chairs but the division is not as clear between what is lounge area for hotel guests and restaurant seatings. We were waiting for our room to be serviced and my husband sat at a table to do some work on the labtop and only about 20% of the restaurant had customers with the remaining tables empty. He was approached by a couple of waitstaff and he explained that he's there to do some work and didn't want to order any food. At which point, a manager approached him and asked him to move to the sofa area and not occupy a table and he did and then the manager approached him again, asking what room are we staying in as well as other details. There's not much work/lounge space in the area at all. I feel that they could have let him sit at a table, considering many of the tables were not occupied. I've seen people sit there on a previous day with their laptops and not order anything. So it was kind of unpleasant that that happened. Also, our room had absolutely no natural light, which made it very depressing. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.

MMisafir KullanıcıA very well-maintained hotel, despite its vintage. Good service , good city view. Staff are helpful during check-in. Ample car parking space with CAD 20 parking fee charged for overnight parking, very reasonable.
