之前住過三亞的MO，設備陳舊，沙灘也一般般，讓人大失所望，所以之後很少選擇MO。 這次預訂的時候看到盧塞恩MO酒店是新裝修的，所以儘管價格偏高，我抱着再試試的心態訂了兩晚，確實感覺各方面都比較優秀，值得一住： 1）裝修風格簡約、典雅、精緻、時尚，設備一流，無可挑剔👍 2）酒店地理環境優越，緊靠湖邊。 3）服務一流，看得出服務生都經過很好的培訓，服務很到位。 唯一覺得遺憾的是這次碰到上海來的一位朋友，她自己直接跟酒店預訂的房間，價格比攜程便宜，而且酒店還給她升級房型，贈送消費券，攜程這麼大的公司，應該更容易能去爭取到這些吧？

Geçtiğimiz ay Avrupa seyahatimizde kaldığımız oteller arasında açık ara en sevdiğim otel burası diyebilirim. Yemekler harikaydı ve personel çok cana yakın ve nazikti. Otelin atmosferi bir ev gibi hissettiriyor. Bir dahaki sefere Lucerne'e gittiğimde kesinlikle bu oteli tekrar rezerve edeceğim.

Very convenient location. Near the train station and the old town. But it is also very noisy at night and in the early morning. The hotel is next to a club, you can hear people talking loudly from 11pm onwards to early morning from your room. On weekdays, you can hear the rubbish truck around 5-6am.

Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs, Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university.

Harika bir konum! Köpekli aileler için mükemmel. Çok mutluyum. Çok misafirperverler! Ve İngilizce kanalları var! Kahvaltı harika! Sınırsız pastırma — tam anlamıyla mükemmel! Bir dahaki sefere tekrar rezervasyon yapacağım.

The hotel looked good on the outside, it is clean and designed with a castle interior. though it was good on the outside, there were no particular facilities and fun attractions other than the view seen from the restaurant.

The hotel (i.e. the building with a Swiss flag in my photo) has an excellent location, which is close to Luzern train station, the pier and a main bus stop. Ground floor is their restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast with a fantastic view of Chapel Bridge. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The room is cozy and clean. It is not big but I can still open my large suitcase. With its central location and service quality, I think it is absolutely a good value of money.

Encontramos la habitacion un poco pequeña. Coincidimos con una ola de calor y como carece de aire acondicionado parecía un horno.El desayuno muy completo.

A bit far from train station and need to take luggage up to stairs at the entrance!
