Wi-Fi Olanağına Sahip Luzern Otelleri

Geçtiğimiz ay Avrupa seyahatimizde kaldığımız oteller arasında açık ara en sevdiğim otel burası diyebilirim. Yemekler harikaydı ve personel çok cana yakın ve nazikti. Otelin atmosferi bir ev gibi hissettiriyor. Bir dahaki sefere Lucerne'e gittiğimde kesinlikle bu oteli tekrar rezerve edeceğim.

Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs, Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university.

The hotel offers a convenient location near the train station, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From a facilities standpoint, everything met expectations. However, the service provided during the night shift was disappointing. Shortly after midnight, I contacted the front desk for assistance with locating an Apple Store or confirming the train route to the airport, as my phone screen had just been damaged. The staff member on duty displayed impatience and a clear unwillingness to communicate. He repeatedly told me not to worry in front of him and to “figure it out myself,” which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. His information was also inconsistent—first claiming the Apple Store near the train station could repair phones, then insisting there was no Apple Store in the area. When I approached the reception directly for further assistance, he again refused to help. By contrast, the morning receptionist was courteous, patient, and provided clear guidance, including the fact that a train transfer was required to reach the airport—details the night staff had not mentioned. It is unfortunate that one staff member’s attitude overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. With more consistent and professional service across all shifts, this hotel would be an excellent choice for travelers.

Hotel has a long history and beautifully furnished, but was located quite far from the station and there was not much of a view. Loved the breakfast.

Ayrıca tuvaletteki sprey düzgün çalışmıyordu. Otelin yemek seçenekleri tatmin ediciydi. Yediğim yemekler lezzetli olsa da, özellikle uzun süre kalan misafirler için menü seçeneklerinin biraz daha çeşitli olabileceğini hissettim.

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Tüm İsviçre ve Fransa gezimizde en çok beğendiğimiz oteldi, çok memnun kaldık. Öncelikle konumu harika; tren istasyonuna bir dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Tüm resepsiyon çalışanları çok cana yakın ve profesyoneldi; hatta tüm e-tren biletlerimizi yazdırmamıza bile yardımcı oldular. Odalar da çok güzel ve oldukça genişti. Sıcak su, kahve ve çay gibi tüm olanaklar mevcuttu. Oda otantik bir tarza sahipti; koridorun halısının rengini çok beğendim. Kapell Köprüsü ve kale hepsi otelin hemen önündeydi.

This is by far the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 days in Switzerland. The location is right in the center of Lucerne old town, which is only about 9 minutes walking to the main station. Most importantly, the hotel is very well-decorated and stylish. The lightings and the atmosphere are perfect. Truly recommend this hotel for your trip to Lucerne.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, merkeze birkaç adım mesafede. Göl ve köprülere yürüme mesafesinde. Otel çok büyük değil ama resepsiyon personeli çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi. Her sorumuza net ve anlaşılır cevaplar verdiler. Biraz gürültülüydü, camlar ses yalıtımı konusunda zayıftı. Özellikle sabahları çöp kamyonu sesi ya da benzeri yüksek bir gürültü geliyordu. Odalarda kahve makinesi, poşet çay ve su ısıtıcısı bulunması çok pratikti.
